This user manual includes these types of Mowing Decks:
•Mowing Deck MD130
•Mowing Deck MD165
•Mowing Deck MD195
•Mowing Deck MD270
Please read this manual carefully for important information and
instructions before you use your Mowing Deck. Save this manual for
future reference.
You will get the best results with the Mowing Deck when:
•Regularly maintenance is done by using preventive maintenance
instructions.
•You are careful and you obey the safety precautions.
•Maintenance is done with manufacturer-supplied parts.
When this manual refers to “the manufacturer”, this means AllTrec.
Purpose of this manual
The purpose of this user manual is to make sure that you do
maintenance on above product and that you use it safe and correct.
Adherence to the instructions herein will help to prevent personal injury,
equipment damage and/or property damage. It will also increase the
reliability and service life of all components.
This manual must be available within the system. Operators and
maintenance personnel must read this manual before working with/near
the Mowing Deck.

Requirements for operators
Only adult operators that are at least 16 years old are permitted to work
with the Mowing Deck if they:
•Read the user manual carefully and make sure that they
understand all content
•Obey the local laws and local regulations and the safety instructions
in this user manual
•Are trained and qualified persons to operate the system
•Have an applicable license before operating a system
Operators must make sure that:
1. Maintenance work on the electrical parts must only be done by:
•A person authorized by AllTrec
•Trained personnel under the direct supervision of a person
authorized by AllTrec

1. Introduction
The Mowing Deck is a fully electric powered implement, specially
designed for use in combination with the AllTrec 4810T and 8015F
implement carriers. You can easy connect the implement to the AllTrec
vehicle without tools.

1.1 Intended use
The Mowing Deck is designed to be used for work activities in public
green spaces in the city and municipality, at camping sites and at
holiday and amusement parks.
Related to the attached Mowing Deck type, assembled onto the AllTrec
vehicle, the Mowing Deck is only applicable for mowing grass.
Use the Mowing Deck only for the work activity given above. The CE
marking according to the system directive does not apply to other work
activities.
If you want to use the Mowing Deck for other work activities, please ask
your dealer what is possible.
1.2 Non-intended use
You must not use the Mowing Deck for:
•Mowing plants other than grass
•Shredding all but grass

1.3 Identification
You can identify the Mowing Deck by the type plate (Fig. 1-2, pos. 1) on
the left side of the Mowing Deck on the top housing.
Your AllTrec dealer will have these details ready for you.

1.4 Warranty
AllTrec guarantees the soundness of the products as to the material
and/or manufacturing faults. The warranty is valid for one year, with a
maximum of 1000 operating hours after the delivery date.
The warranty does not include wear on the parts.

2. Description of the system
There are four possible configurations of the Mowing Deck system.
NOTE
In this user manual, only the Mowing Deck MD270 is
shown in the user manual. All four configurations have
the same working principle.

2.1 System model
There are four possible configurations of the Mowing Deck system.
NOTE
There are two variants available of the Mowing Deck
configurations. The difference between the two versions
is the control voltage, the communication and their
ePTO plugs.
See Table 2-1 for the different model descriptions.
The system model gives the capacity, model and available versions of
the tool carrier, see Table 2-1.
