accompany it throughout its working life until it is demolished.
2Always refer to the instructions for the carrying out of all operations.
3Always scrupulously adhere to all the steps described in the
instructions.
4Do not allow the machine to be used by operators who are not familiar
with the contents of the instruction manual.
5Keep the instructions in good, legible condition in a place which is
easily accessible to operators.
6Be sure to hand the manual over to any other users or subsequent
owners of the machine.
7Operations which could be potentially dangerous for machine
operators are marked with the symbol shown in the margin.
8By “OPERATOR” we intend the person or persons responsible for the
machine’s installation, operation, servicing, cleaning and
transportation.
9Before operation, the operator should take off personal ornaments or
cloth that will hinder work like bracelet tie etc.
10 Ensure that the voltage of the electrical socket corresponds to the
voltage required by the machine.
11 The machine must be placed in the work area on a floor with the
capacity to bear its weight.
Our company will have not responsibility for malfunctions, breakages,
accidents etc. caused by failure to read or to follow the instructions
contained in this manual.

our permit.
BCheck
Check the supplied equipment(s) & the accessories and make sure they are correct
and did not affect in any way by transportation. If there is any incorrect or affect,
please contact with us immediately.
CInstallation
The minimum space required for the machine for production, cleaning and
maintenance purposes is illustrated in the following drawing.
DPreliminary cleaning
The machine requires preliminary cleaning. This particular applies to the parts
which come into contact with the products. ANKO FOOD MACHINE CO., LTD.
carries out reliminary cleanings for these materials after making a test dough.
The worm screw and the inside of the dough sheathing are then greased with
protective oil.

1. INTRODUCTION
The HLT-700 Multipurpose Filling & Forming Machine is designed to produce
form-molded food products filled with stuffing. The HLT-700 allows
independent control of the stuffing, pastry wrapper, and conveyor belt, which
can produce a greater variety of products. Food products the HLT-700 can
make include dumplings, egg rolls, noodles, samosa, curry puff pastries, and
etc. Various stuffing can be used such as beef, pork, seafood, and vegetable.
The HLT-700 is perfect for food processing factories, central kitchens, and
restaurant chains.

Machine parts in contact with food materials are constructed from stainless
steel. Machine parts in contact with dough material are coated with Teflon,
making it easy to clean.
The HLT-700 allows continuous variable speed adjustment of several
systems. The maximum speed is limited to 60 Hz. For example, if the speed
is adjusted to 50 Hz, production capacity will decrease by one-sixth (1/6).
A cooling system prevents degradation of dough quality from heat produced
by machine parts.

1.First adjust the tension adjusting screw at A, move the main transmitting
shaft forward to increase belt tension. Loosen “A”if reaching its limit. Adjust
the support of B press down to tighten and fix belt and fix belt, then readjust
“A”.
2.If it is still unable to drive, please adjust the gap between front axis of belt and
roller scraper. When gap is too small, belt will be stuck by roller scraper. Turn
the support at D or back the front axis at C to enlarge the gap.
3.If 1 and 2 are in good condition, it may be dough dreg stuck at C, please clean
with air compressor to blow it away.

stuffing pump and fix it with 4 pcs of wing
nuts.
2Set and fix the stuffing pump on the
machine. (Pull up 2 handles at the both
sides to fix.)
3Set the copper bushing horizontally into
stuffing pump. The copper bushing
should be able to turn and slide inside. If
it does not, set it again.
4Set the axis of stuffing pump evenly on the
copper bushing and be sure its protrusion
is facing down. The axis should be able to
turn and slide inside.

9Place rotor cover plate (Fig. 1-6) evenly.
The plate is facing up and aiming at the
protrusion of stuffing pump.
10 Place stuffing hopper (Fig.1-5). Turn it
counter-clockwisely and use a 115-130
hook wrench to tighten it.
11 Push the coupling (Fig. 1-3) up. Place
into the stuffing propeller then push
down the coupling to couple it. Be
sure to insert the transmitting key into
the indentation of coupling. Install the
stuffing stopper and tighten it..
12 Insert auxiliary propeller (Fig. 3-4) into
dough hopper (Fig. 3-2) and cover with
