Excavaciones de acuerdo con el esquema para realizar los zócalos de hormigón. (NOTA: Sólo una vez el equipo esté totalmente montado).
ATENCIÓN: Dimensiones de la excavación (si no están indicadas): 40cm x 40cm. Dimensiones tomadas de centro a centro de la excavación.
Make diggings as shown in below scheme. Into these diggings foundation plinths will take place. (NOTE: only once equipment is totally

12345Comprobar que toda la zona de instalación esté libre y plana.Carefully check thewhole area, itmust be free and flat.
Hacer una excavación de 50 cm de profundidad con las medidas indicadas, tratando al máxi-mo la linealidad de las paredes.Make a 50 cm deep digging with indicated dimensions, taking care of linearity of faces.
Hacer una base de soporte sólida y duradera (ladrillos, hormigón) de 10 cm de altura, perfec-tamente plana. Esta base de apoyo va a ser la base principal del conjunto.Make a hard and long-lasting support base (bricks, concrete) 10cm tall, perfectly flat. This support
base is gonna be the main base of the wholeplayground.
Coloque el poste en la cimentación, asegúrelo en la base con un zócalo de hormigón de 25 cm. El zócalo debe tener las paredes inclinadas a 45º y las esquinas superiores deben serredondeadas. En suelos de caucho, llenar el orificio con hormigón nivelándolo con el suelo.Put the pole into foundation. Secure it at the base with a 25 cm tall concrete plinth. Plinth must
have sides 45° inclined and higher corners must be rounded. When using rubber surfacing
direct-ly fill hole with concrete leveling it with ground.

Coloque los polos siguiendo la numeración como en el esquema.

2.Conecte las cubiertas a los polos según el esquema en las siguientes páginas. Verifique la altura de la plataforma desde el nivel del suelo.
ADVERTENCIA: CONSIDERAR EL ESPESOR DE LA SUPERFICIE DE GOMA SI SE INSTALARÁ.

Insert the guardpanel from top by sliding the bolts heads in the railings of
the poles and place it in support of the deck.

Conecte los soportes premontados al panel de protección de la lámina de HDPE en los postes y verifique la distancia exacta desde la plataforma.
Conecte el protector de HDPE a la plataforma con los 2 orificios inferiores.
Connect the pre-assembled brackets to th HDPE sheet guardpanel on the poles and check the exact distance from deck.

TOBOGÁN MODULAR | MODULAR SLIDES
La fijación del tobogán a la plataforma debe hacerse con pernos conectados a los insertos roscados en el módulo inicial.
ATENCIÓN: LA SALIDA DEL TOBOGÁN NO DEBE SER SUPERIOR A 20 CM DEL NIVEL DEL SUELO.
Una vez el tobogán esté conectado, es obligatorio hacer un zócalo de hormigón en la base. El borde superior de éste debe estar a máximo 10 cm
bajo el nivel del suelo, luego debe cubrirse con tierra.
ANTES DE FIJAR DEFINITIVAMENE REALIZAR LA PRUEVA DE LA SALIDA DEL AGUA.
Connection of slide to deck must be done using bolts jointed to threaded inserts inside starting module.
WARNING: EXIT OF SLIDE MUST NOT BE HIGHER THAN 20cm FROM GROUND LEVEL.
Once slide is connected it’s mandatory to make a concrete plinth on lower base of slide. Top edge of plinth must be maximum at 10 cm below
ground level and covered with soil.
