Die MEGA POINT red line ist eine feine Präzisions-

MEGA POINT red line is a true Universal Drill
Grinding Machine. Most commercially available
drills, carbide or highspeed steel, can be reshar-
pened and optimised perfectly in a very short
time.
Einfache Bedienung
Teilhülse ist auf Markierung A. Nun schieben wir
das Spannfutter in den Schwenkarm, bis der
Bohrer am Saphirglas ansteht und richten die
Schneide ungefähr parallel zu einer der Hilfslinien
auf der Mattscheibe aus und spannen.
Opération simple
La douille diviseur est en position (A). Introduisons
le mandrin porte-pinces dans le support amovible
et appuyons la pointe du foret contre la glace
saphir. Visualisons l’arrête de coupe sur l’écran;
positionons-la parallèlement aux lignes situées sur
l’écran, bloquons le mandrin.
Affûter
Maintenant, basculons le support amovible en
direction de la meule et procédons au premier
meulage qui sera celui de l’angle de dépouille.
Revenons au point de départ et relevons le support
amovible en le tirant contre le haut, maintenant
nous procédons au deuxième meulage qui serat
celui de l’angle de coupe.
Simple operation
Rotate the index sleev to position A. We clamp
the drill with the chuck and slip the chuck into
the swivel-arm, until the drill touches lightly the
sapphire glass, then we line up the cutting edge
almost parallel with one of the lines on the screen.
Now we clamp the chuck on the swivel-arm.
Grinding
Held and guide the swivel-arm with the drill in
it across the grinding wheel. The upper position
grinds the primary clearance angle and the lower
one grinds the secondary angle.
Schleifen
Jetzt ergreifen wir den Schwenkarm und schwen-
ken den Bohrer über die Schleifscheibe. In der
unteren Stellung wird der Hinterschliff und in der
angehobenen Stellung die Freifläche geschliffen.
Kontrollieren
Wir schwenken den Bohrer vor das Saphirglas und
kontrollieren, ob alle Verschleissmarken weg-
geschliffen sind und ob die Schneidkante parallel
zueinerderHilfslinienausgerichtetist.DasProjektions-
system mit zwei zehn Watt Halogenlampen gibt
Contrôler
Basculons le support amovible et présentons la pointe
du foret devant la glace saphir. Contrôlons sur l’écran si
toutes les anciennes traces de meulage ont disparues
et si l’arête de coupe se positionne parallèlement aux
lignes de référence située sur l‘écran.
Supervision
We position the drill in front of the sapphire lens and
check in the optical projection system with 10 power
lens whether all the ware marks are removed and
whether the edge line is parallel with one of the
lines on the screen.
Une image claire et nette est obtenue sur l’écran
grâce au système de projection équipé de deux
lam-pes halogènes de 10 watts. Un objectif avec
grossissement de 10 fois permet le positionnement
précis du foret.
Point splitting
Rotate the index sleeve to position B, extend the
stop pin and lower the swivel-arm while pulling
out the position-nub. Split point the drill right to
its center. Use the micro-meter screw to andjust
depth, and split the point on both sides equaly.

Tourner la douille diviseur de la position sur la
position (B), pousser le goujon de blocage, tirer
le doit d’indexage, abaisser le braset, amincir
jusqu’au centre du foret au moyen de la vis
micrométrique.
