ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
ATTENZIONE: questo kit è previsto per l’utilizzo Racing quindi per moto sprovvista di
fanaleria.
1. Smontare la carenatura laterale destra
2. Posizionare il collare sul gambale destro come in fotografia.
3. Inserire l’ammortizzatore nell’attacco alla misura indicata nella figura e serrare la vite M8x35.
4. Posizionare la staffa nel supporto cablaggi (i cablaggi originali dovranno essere disposti in
maniera diversa in modo da permettere il corretto funzionamento dell’ammortizzatore stesso).
5. Fissare la vite M8x30 – ranella – or – dado come in figura.
6. Effettuare alcune sterzate complete a destra e a sinistra assicurandosi che si raggiungano, fine
corsa sul telaio della moto senza sollecitare l’ammortizzatore di sterzo. In caso contrario variare
la posizione dell’ammortizzatore rispetto all’attacco spostandolo assialmente.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING : THIS KIT IS SUITABLE FOR RACING MOTORCYCLE, WITHOUT HEADLIGHT
1. To take out the right body.
2. Insert the fork clamp on the left fork leg as shown in the photography in next page.
3. Insert the steering damper body in his attachment with the correct measure shown in the photo,
and tighten the M8x35 screw.
4. Position the support on the wiring – support (the original wirings should be arranged in a
different way so that the functioning is correct).
5. Fixing the M8x30 screw – washer – or – nut as for the photo.
6. After installation make a few complete steerings to the right and to the left in order to check the
correct functioning of the kit between the two stroke-ends. Make sure that the two stroke-ends of
the frame are reached without forcing too much the steering damper. If the stroke ends are not
reached, change the position of the steering damper moving it along the axis towards the proper
position.

INDICAZIONI GENERALI – GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Coppia di serraggio consigliata per gli attacchi sterzo:
Adviced torque on the bolt screw for tsteering damper clamps:
GR3412 : 6.0 Nm
GR3417 : 6.0 Nm
GR3409 : 7.0 Nm
GR3420 : 7.0 Nm
Bitubo declina ogni responsabilità sul montaggio errato e o sull’uso improprio del materiale contenuto in questo Kit.
AVVERTENZE
- Ingrassare le viti con un grasso speciale al rame anti-grippaggio (per esempio Molykote).
- È indispensabile fare installare il KIT da un professionista.
- Leggere attentamente le istruzioni di montaggio prima dell’installazione.
- L’ammortizzatore è garantito per la durata di 2 anni (dalla data del documento fiscale) per
un normale utilizzo (esclusa la competizione)
- Dopo aver applicato l’ammortizzatore, consigliamo di utilizzarlo per i primi chilometri alla
frenatura minima (SOFT), in seguito irrigidendolo (HARD) un click per volta.
- Tutte le modifiche del KIT realizzate dall’installatore senza nostri accordi annullano la
garanzia.

ATTENTION
- Grease the screws with a special copper grease (such as Molykote).
- It is essential that a professional man assembles the kit.
- Read the assembly instructions before starting the assembly.
- The shock absorber is guaranteed for 2 years (date of invoice) for a normal use
(competition excluded).
- After assembling the shock absorber, for the first chilometers use it with soft damping,
then with hard damping, with one release at a time.
- All the modifications of the KIT realised by the installer without our accordance makes void
the Warranty
