THE APP!
1Deploy THE CALL
First, let’s open the call to reveal its speakers and
controls. To do this, twist the top area of the call about a
1/8 of a turn counter-clockwise, in much the same way
you would unscrew and open the lid on a jar. Then pull
upward to open the call. Once opened, turn approxi-
mately 1/8 of a turn clockwise to lock it into the open, or
“deployed” position.
This will reveal the speakers on one
side, and the ground stake/decoy storage and
controls on the other.
As you are sliding the speaker portion out, rotate the
caller to where the storage cavity is facing upwards/
speaker facing down. This ensures that the stake and
decoy remain in the cavity and are easy to access.
If this cavity is facing downward the stake and decoy
could fall out. Once you do this a few times it will
become natural.
HELPFUL TIP:
2CHARGE THE CALL
There is a USB cable and wall charger included
with the call. Please check your product box for
this cable and insert one end into the calls’ USB
port, marked in the image at right. The power
light should come on & be bright orange.
You can charge by plugging the other end of the
cable into the supplied AC wall charger or your
vechicle’s USB port, or a USB port on your
computer.
The power light is orange during charging, and
when it’s fully charged, it will turn solid GREEN.
(No power light shows when in use.)
Wall charge takes approximately 4 hrs
for a full charge.Charging using USB
from another device or vehicle can take
approximately 9 hours to fully charge.

With the call still in the open, or “deployed” position, push the power button and you
should see the Bluetooth light start to blink. It will be solid when paired with a device.
The call is now on. Press the power button again to turn the unit off.
The Bullet HP has an internal, high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack that provide over
10 hours of continuous run time. This means you will never have buy batteries and
you can concentrate on the hunt - and hunt all day without the worry of replacing
depleted batteries or having to recharging mid-hunt.
As the battery on the Bullet HP becomes low, the power light will flash (red) to let
you know that the battery is starting to get low. When the battery level flashes, you
have approximately 20% of your battery life left.

4BLUETOOTH PAIRING
Grab your mobile device (iOS or Android) and open to your Bluetooth settings. Make
sure Bluetooth is turned “on”.
Push and hold the bluetooth button on the Bullet HP for 3-4 seconds and release.
The blue Bluetooth light will start flashing. After a few seconds, you should see
“Bullet 0.07” appear (on your mobile device) in your list of available devices to which
you can connect. The light will be solid blue when successfully paired with a device.
Follow your devices prompts to connect to the Bullet HP (Bullet 0.07) and you should
see the status on your mobile device show “connected” and the Bluetooth light on the
Bullet HP should be a solid blue color to indicate that you have successfully paired.
If there is a problem with connecting to the call, turn Bluetooth off on your mobile
device and repeat the steps above to pair with Bullet HP
NOTE: When the device is looking for a new pairing (after pressing pairing button),
blue LED flashes rapidly, whereas when the device is looking to re-establish an
existing pairing, it is a slow blink.
In some instances, if your device is having trouble pairing, Bluetooth memory needs
to be “erased” so that it will “forget” all past paired devices. This can be done by
pressing (and holding) the Bluetooth button on the Bullet HP for 10 seconds.

8GOOD LINE OF SIGHT
Make sure you download a Convergent Hunting Solutions mobile app to use with your
Bullet HP game call. They are easy to use, and offer the controls you need to run your
game call and decoy from your Apple or Android mobile device.
Range of operation is up to approximately 100 meters. Bluetooth operations require
“line of sight” with the call, so you’ll want to keep that in mind when you set-up not only
the location of the Bullet HP, but also where you position yourself and your mobile
device while controlling the call and decoy.
To firmly anchor the Bullet HP to your hunting terrain, use the included ground stack.
Simply thread it into the bottom of the call, and then push your call into the ground by
gripping the lower portion of the call (not the top) until the call is firmly anchored.
CAUTON! Close the call when pushing into the ground to anchor it. Once you have it
secured in the ground, twist open the Bullet HP and lock in the open position for use.
Pushing the call into the ground when open can cause damage to the call.

ADDITIONAL APPS & ACCESSORIES
For best results keep your phone above the ground approximately 24 inches or
more (to keep a unobstructed line of sight between your mobile device and the
Bullet HP) while calling to ensure best performance and quality of signal & audio.

The Bullet HP is equipped with an 10 watt “Audio Out” jack (3.5 mm) so that you can
connect it to an external speaker. Simply plug external speaker into the “Audio Out”
jack on the Bullet HP and the sound will be re-directed through the external speaker.
NOTE: Internal speakers become inactive when external speaker is plugged into the
“audio out” jack.
CAUTON! Do not charge bullet while external speaker plugged in, some external
speakers systems might cause system to malfunction.
When using the Bullet HP, it is important to know the basics of how Bluetooth
operates. The simpliest term to remember is “Line of Sight”. For best results and
longest range, maintain a good line of sight between the controller device running the
app and the Bullet HP.

This diagram shows what a bad line of sight looks like. The hunter has lost sight of
the Bullet HP, and as a result, may lose control of the call. Always maintain a good
line of sight with the Bullet HP for best peformance and range.
