The Duux Bluetooth® Baby Projector helps your baby fall asleep easily by turning the room
into a sky full of stars and soothes your baby with sweet lullabies or music playback via
Bluetooth®. Set up sound activation to automatically turn on the projection function once
your little one starts crying at night.

1. Put the power adapter in the power socket
2. Put the adapter into the Bluetooth® baby projector (back side)
3. Switch on the baby Bluetooth® baby projector by pressing the nightlight, projector or
lullaby button.

2 Important!
Read these instructions carefully before using the device!
Retain these instructions for future reference!
General
The baby projector may only be used in accordance with these instructions.
The Bluetooth® baby projector is designed to help. It is not a substitute for proper
supervision by adults and should not be used as such.
Use only the supplied adapter.
Do not immerse any part of the Bluetooth® baby projector in water or other liquids.
Do not use the Bluetooth® baby projector in a humid environment or near water.
Use the device at a temperature between 10°C and 40°C.
While powered on, keep the device out of the reach of children and persons who may
not be able to safely operate the baby projector.
 Ensureagoodoutowofheat.DonotcovertheBluetooth®babyprojectorandnever
use it next to a heat source. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Make sure the adapter cord does not get damaged and avoid tripping or falling over this
cord.
 Repairsmayonlybeperformedbyaqualiedelectrician.Donottrytorepairthedevice
yourself. Always return to the point of sale in the event of defects or damage.
Only use accessories that are recommended by the supplier. The use of other
accessories may cause damage to the baby projector and pose a risk to the user.
Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance.

Installation
Do not install the Bluetooth® baby projector during a thunderstorm.
The device is intended to be installed and assembled by an adult.
Only connect or disconnect the adapter to/from the Bluetooth® baby projector when
the plug is removed from the AC power supply.
Only use the provided adapters listed in this user guide. Check if the voltage indicated
on the adapters and chargers matches the local voltage before connecting to the
Bluetooth® baby projector.
Use
Test the Bluetooth® baby projector before use. Become familiar with its functions and
features.
Do not place the Bluetooth® baby projector in the bed or playpen.
Only use the Bluetooth® baby projector in an upright position.
Never open the casing of the Bluetooth® baby projector in order to prevent electric
shocks. Opening the casing will invalidate the warranty.
Always remove the plug from the outlet when the Bluetooth® baby projector is not
being used.
Environment
The outer packaging of this Bluetooth® baby projector can be returned as waste paper.
However, we recommend keeping all packaging, so that the unit can be transported
safely, in the appropriate packaging.

Important!
The Bluetooth® baby projector must be placed in a completely dark environment to ensure
thedesignedbrightnessofthedeviceduringoperation.Restthedeviceontheoororona
atsurfaceatthecenteroftheroom,thedevicewillprojectstoadistancebetween1mto
max. 3m.
Touch buttons
The Bluetooth® baby projector is equipped with a capacitive touch-sensitive buttons, which
canbecontrolledbypressingthemgently.Preferablywiththetipofyourngerforoptimal
touch contact.
Bluetooth®
TheBluetooth®wirelesssignalrangeisspeciedupto100meters.However,therange
may be limited by one or more interference factors such as cardboard, glass, wood, stone,
concrete, metal and aluminum within the area between the two units. Furthermore, the
Bluetooth class and version of the transmitter (e.g. smartphone or PC/Mac) may also limit
the range if this is lower than the version of the receiver. In practice, the range for indoor
use is approx. 10 to 25 meters

4 Maintenance!
Cleaning
Disconnect the adapter before cleaning.
Only clean the Bluetooth® baby projector and adapter with a dry cloth, do not use chemical
cleaners. Make sure the cleaned Bluetooth® baby projector is dry before connecting to the
power supply.

Spare parts and accessories can be requested at the point of purchase.

5 Warranty & service!

Register your warranty on www.duux.com/register.
The Duux Bluetooth® baby projector has a warranty of 12 months after the date of
purchase. During this period we guarantee the repair of defects caused by material
and manufacturing defects. This must be assessed by the distributor in the country
concerned.Intheeventofadefectpleaserstconsultyourusermanualandtheonline
FAQ(frequentlyupdatedonwww.duux.com)atalltimes.Ifnosolutionisoered,youare
requested to contact your supplier. If the supplier is unable to repair the defect, they will
contact Duux customer service.
Warranty period
The warranty period will not be extended, even in the event of repairs being made.
The warranty provides a right to have a product repaired but not to exchange or return
a product.
Duux’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of
defective parts as deemed necessary and as covered under this warranty.
Duux reserves the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any
obligation to modify the previously manufactured products.
The warranty may only be invoked if you provide Duux or its distributor with the
original proof of purchase (receipt) along with the defective product. Your warranty
 registrationmustbeonlewhenwarrantyserviceisrequired.

Limitation of Warranty
Ifyouhavemadeorarrangedformodicationsorrepairstobemadewithoutwritten
permission from Duux or its distributor you shall void the warranty.
Normal wear and tear or damage due to accident, carelessness, lack of maintenance,
misapplication, improper use or use of accessories and parts which are not
manufactured by Duux, as well as altered and/or disassembled components shall all
void the warranty.
Defects resulting from any use or maintenance other than what is indicted in the user
guide shall void the warranty.
This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded.
Important:
This warranty period commences upon purchase of the product and is validated by
registering online at www.Duux.com/register.
In the event of any dispute regarding product warranty, Duux reserves the right to
 makeallnaldecisionsonwarranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty
 givesyouspeciclegalrightsandyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstate
to state.

How come I see blurry projections on the ceiling and walls?
Please put your projector on a higher surface to reduce the projecting distance (max. 3
meters). The farther away you put the projector, the blurrier the images get.
Can I use functions simultaneously?
Yes, all functions (nightlight, projector and lullabies) can be used simultaneously! Please do
note that sound activation and lullabies will be disabled as long as Bluetooth® is enabled or
in use.
Will the sound activation also activate the lullabies?
No, you can only use projections with voice activation. If the sound activation accidentally
activates at night, the child will not wake up from the projecting, but could wake up from
the lullabies.
