PŘEDSTAVENÍ VÝROBKU

Děkujeme vám za zakoupení bezdrátového osobního hotspotu a „cestovního”

směrovače Edimax BR-6258nL! Tento miniaturní směrovač představuje ideální

volbu pro toho, kdo stále cestuje. Jeho snadná instalace umožňuje jakémukoli

uživateli počítače nastavit během několika málo minut své síťové prostředí a

sdílet připojení k internetu.

I. Obsah balení

Předtím, než začnete tento směrovač používat, zkontrolujte prosím, zda v

balení nechybí žádná položka (položky), a pokud by se tak stalo, obraťte se na

svého prodejce:

Cestovní směrovač (1 ks)

Stručný návod k instalaci (1 ks)

CD s vícejazyčným průvodcem instalací a uživatelskou příručkou (1 ks)

II. Vzhled výrobku

a. Konektor a kabel USB. Tento konektor lze zasunout do portu USB na

počítači, nebo do napájecího adaptéru USB, jako je například adaptér, který

je součástí příslušenství mobilních telefonů.

Poznámka: Konektor USB tohoto zařízení přenáší

pouze elektrické napětí, avšak nepřenáší data. Toto

zařízení lze nakonfigurovat pouze po jeho připojení k

bezdrátové síti.

Poznámka: Abyste předešli poškození zařízení,

držte při připojování nebo odpojování kabelu

samotný konektor USB. Netlačte na skříňku

tohoto cestovního směrovače.

b. Port sítě Ethernet. Tento port se používá pro připojení k internetu

prostřednictvím kabelového připojení.

Poznámka: Nepřipojujte prosím tento port sítě

Ethernet k portu sítě Ethernet na vašem počítači; toto

připojení nebude funkční. Tento port by měl být

připojen k přístupovému bodu nebo xDSL/kabelovému

modemu.

c. Tlačítko WPS/Reset. Stiskněte toto tlačítko na 2 sekundy pro aktivaci

režimu WPS, nebo na 10 sekund pro resetování zařízení.

d. Indikátor LED. Pod krytem zařízení jsou dva indikátory LED; jeden modrý a

jeden zelený.

Poznámka: Pokud bliká indikátor LED režimu WPS,

znamená to, že probíhá režim WPS. Nestiskejte znovu

tlačítko WPS, dokud indikátor nepřestane blikat,

protože v opačném případě to může vést k chybám.

IV. Rychlá instalace

Poznámka: Před uvedením tohoto cestovního

směrovače do provozu prosím nastavte svůj počítač

jako klienta DHCP (automatické získáváníadresy IP ze

serveru DHCP). Pokud si nejste jisti, jako provést,

podívejte se do uživatelské příručky.

1. Odstraňte ze zařízení průhledný plastový obalový materiál.

2. Zasuňte konektor USB tohoto cestovního směrovače do portu USB na svém

počítači nebo do napájecího adaptéru USB.

Modrý indikátor LED se rozsvítí na 10 až 15 sekund. Indikátor LED začne poté

rychle blikat dalších 10 až 15 sekund, protože probíhá inicializace zařízení.

Jakmile modrý indikátor LED přestane blikat a začne nepřerušovaně svítit, je

inicializace zařízení dokončena.

3. Vyhledejte nejbližší bezdrátové připojení pro síť, jejíž ID kód je podobný

Edimax5fb728 (viz níže uvedený obrázek). Posledních šest znaků bude

odlišných u každého cestovního směrovače, přičemž toto číslo vychází z

adresy MAC vašeho směrovače.

Počítač

Napájecíadaptér USB

ID kód svého zařízení najdete na přiložené kartě s přístupovým kódem (Access

Key) nebo na štítku, který je nalepen na samotném směrovači.

Připojte zařízení k této bezdrátové síti.

4. Spusťte webový prohlížeč, jako například Internet Explorer(enter

http://edimax.setup) . Budete požádáni o zadání uživatelského jména (User

name) a hesla (Password). Výchozí uživatelské jméno (username) je admin,

a výchozíheslo (password) je 1234.

5. Nyníse zobrazíprvnístránka s nastavením. Prvním krokem procesu

nastavováníje zadánínázvu směrovače a bezpečnostního klíče. Výchozím

názvem zařízení je ID kód zařízení; délka řetězce bezpečnostního klíče musí

být mezi 8 až 32 znaky. Po nastavení obou položek klepněte na tlačítko

„NEXT” (Další) pro pokračování.

6. Cestovní směrovač si toto nastavení uloží a restartuje se. Zařízení se v

průběhu restartu automaticky odpojí od vašeho počítače.

7. Jakmile se zobrazí následující obrazovka, je restartování zařízení dokončeno.

Připojte se znovu k cestovnímu směrovači vyhledáním dostupných

bezdrátových sítí pro „device name” (název zařízení) a „security key”

(bezpečnostní klíč), který jste nastavili v kroku 5 (vaše nastavení se na

monitoru počítače zobrazuje jako bod se šipkou).

Pokud je váš počítač úspěšně znovu připojen k zařízení, klepněte na tlačítko

„NEXT” (Další).

8. Nyní budete dotázáni, zda chcete zvolit režim s kabely nebo WISP.

IV.a. Wired Connection Mode (Režim připojení s kabely)

Režim Wired Connection Mode (Režim připojení s kabely) umožňuje

cestovnímu směrovači přijímat připojení k internetu s kabely prostřednictvím

portu sítě Ethernet, a toto připojení bezdrátově vysílat.

1. Zasuňte kabel sítě LAN s připojením k internetu do portu sítě Ethernet na

cestovním směrovači, a pak na obrazovce nastavení zvolte možnost Wired

Mode (Režim s kabely).

2. Cestovní směrovač provede detekci typu vaší sítě WAN a otestuje připojení

k internetu.

3. Pokud síť WAN používá dynamické adresy IP a pokud je připojení úspěšné,

uvidíte závěrečnou obrazovku s blahopřáním. Pokud budete muset zadávat

informace od svého poskytovatele připojení (ISP), uživatelské jméno (user

name), heslo (password) nebo informace o DNS, postupujte prosím podle

pokynů na obrazovce. Po úspěšném uskutečnění připojení si můžete vybrat,

zda chcete ihned používat internet, nebo zda budete provádět další

pokročilou konfiguraci. Na této obrazovce máte možnost nastavit záložku

na webovou adresu http://edimax.go, která vás dovede přímo na

obrazovku pro nastavovánícestovního směrovače prostřednictvím

webového rozhraní.

IV.b. Režim WISP

V režimu WISP cestovní směrovač přijímá signál bezdrátové sítě a vysílá ho do

několika bezdrátových zařízení.

1. Na obrazovce nastavování zvolte položku WISP mode (Režim WISP).

2. Cestovní směrovač začne automaticky vyhledávat dostupné bezdrátové sítě

Wi-Fi. Zvolte síť, k níž se hodláte připojit. Pokud tato síť vyžaduje zadání

bezpečnostního klíče, zadejte jej v tomto kroku.

Pokud se síť, k níž se chcete připojit, nezobrazí, zkuste prosím klepnout na

tlačítko „Refresh” (Obnovit) nebo cestovní směrovač přemístěte blíž k

základnímu (root) bezdrátovému přístupovému bodu.

Pokud bezdrátová síť, k níž se chcete připojit, nevysílá svůj identifikátor

SSID (což znamená, že síť byla nastavena tak, aby svůj identifikátor skryla),

můžete se k této síti připojit manuálně, pokud její identifikátor SSID znáte.

Klepněte na tlačítko „NEXT” (Další) pro pokračování.

3. Cestovní směrovač si toto nastavení uloží a může se restartovat. Pokud se

tak stane, připojte se k cestovnímu směrovači znovu vyhledáním

dostupných bezdrátových sítí pro název zařízení, který jste nastavili v kroku

5 v části Rychlá instalace. Zadejte řetězec bezpečnostního klíče (8 až 32

znaky), který jste nastavili.

4. Po opětovném připojení si cestovní směrovač připojení verifikuje. Pokud je

připojení úspěšné, uvidíte na obrazovce nastavení kód ID bezdrátové sítě a

bezpečnostní klíč. Poté budete dotázáni, zda má směrovač provést

automatické nastaveníparametrů pro připojení k internetu, nebo můžete

zvolit možnost manuálního nastavení těchto parametrů pro připojení k

internetu. Ve většině případů bude fungovat, zvolíte-li položku „Setup

Internet Automatically” (Nastavit internet automaticky). Pokud směrovač

není schopen nastavit připojení k internetu automaticky, budete vyzváni k

manuálnímu nastavení parametrů připojení. Podrobnosti ohledně

manuálního nastavení parametrů připojení si prosím vyhledejte v

uživatelské příručce.

5. Po nastavení parametrů pro připojení k internetu uvidíte závěrečnou

obrazovku s blahopřáním. Na této obrazovce máte možnost nastavit

záložku na webovou adresu http://edimax.go, která vás dovede přímo na

obrazovku pro nastavování cestovního směrovače prostřednictvím

webového rozhraní.

Od této chvíle můžete začít ihned procházet internet, nebo můžete

provádět další pokročilou konfiguraci.

Kromě toho se zobrazí závěrečné potvrzení názvu cestovního směrovače a

bezpečnostního klíče; tento název a klíč si prosím poznamenejte pro své další

bezdrátové klientské zařízení, abyste se k němu mohli kdykoliv později

připojit.

V. Připojení k cestovnímu směrovači

Jakmile je směrovač připojen k internetu, ať už prostřednictvím připojení

pomocí kabelů nebo v režimu WISP, mohou se k tomuto cestovnímu

směrovači připojovat další bezdrátová zařízení a jeho prostřednictvím se

připojovat k internetu.

1. Vyhledejte blízké bezdrátové sítě Wi-Fi pro ID kód cestovního směrovače a

připojte se k nim.

2. Zadejte bezpečnostní klíč bezdrátové sítě, který jste předtím nastavili.

3. Tento postup zopakujte tolikrát, kolik bezdrátových zařízení hodláte připojit

k internetu. Cestovní směrovač bude vysílat bezdrátový signál pro připojení

k internetu, čímž se vytvoří osobní hotspot pro vás a vaše bezdrátová

zařízení.

VI. Resetování cestovního směrovače

Pokud se stane, že cestovní směrovač přestane pracovat tak, jak má, nebo

budete-li chtít resetovat a smazat jeho veškeré nastavení, můžete zkusit

cestovní směrovač resetovat na výchozí tovární nastavení.

1. Zkontrolujte, zda je zařízení napájeno (připojením konektoru USB do

počítače nebo napájecího adaptéru USB).

2. Držte skříňku zařízení v jedné ruce a kancelářskou sponkou nebo hrotem

propisovací tužky stiskněte a podržte tlačítko WPS/Reset přibližně 10

sekund, až začne blikat modrý indikátor LED. Jakmile začne indikátor LED

blikat, můžete tlačítko uvolnit; zařízení zahájí reset na výchozí tovární

nastavení.

3. Indikátor LED se nejprve rozsvítí (bez blikání) na přibližně 10 až 15 sekund.

Poté začne indikátor LED dalších 10 až 15 sekund rychle blikat, protože

probíhá inicializace zařízení. Jakmile začne modrý indikátor LED

nepřerušovaně svítit (bez blikání), znamená to, že zařízení dokončilo proces

resetování, a že je připraveno pro další konfiguraci.
