Step 1 - Unpack and Identify Parts
1. Remove stair assembly (two person
lift)
Remove bolts on both sides, one
person holds the Stair while bolts
are removed
2. Take out all parts (check off parts as
per list below)

Step 1 - Unpack and Identify Parts
4. Install pump handle - slide into place
(as per detail A) and tighten grub screw
into indent at base of handle

Step 2 - Deck Installation
1. Loosen M12 Bolts on both sides and
rotate deck into position
2. Hold Deck in position and insert bolts
in to holes shown.
Ensure bolt heads are on the inside
(facing the deck)

12 x M10 Nyloc Nut
24 x M10 Flat Washer

Step 3 - Castor Wheel Assembly
1. Lift the G20 with forklift to access
underbody bolt positions (ensure
safe support of the G20)
2. Fit 4 x castor assemblies as shown,
2 left hand and 2 right hand, 1 with
directional lock
Note: Lock all castor brakes during
assembly
3. Tighten to a maximum of 50Nm
(37 ft/lbs) torque

Step 4 - Fitting Fixed Stair
1. Lift Stair into position (two people
required for this)
2. Insert Bolts where indicated
3. Tighten to a maximum of 50Nm
(7.5 ft/lbs) torque

8 x M10 Flat Washer
M10 x 80mm Bolt

1. Install the two Stair Handrail
assemblies as shown

assemblies as shown

assemblies as shown
2. Once in position tighten all M8 Cap

1. Ensure the G20 is lifted up two steps
before fitting these handrails
2. Install the Upper Platform Stair
Handrail assemblies as shown

1. Lower the G20 back to the lowest
position
2. Fit left corner post and gate assembly
as shown
3. Align gate and lock/latch before
tightening bolts
