Va multumim pentru achizitionarea acestui produs EVOTOOLS, fabricat
conform celor mai inalte standarde de siguranta si de functionare.
Avertizare! Pentru siguranta dumneavoastra cititi cu atentie acest manual
si instructiunile generale de siguranta inaintea utilizarii echipamentului.
Nerespectarea acestor reguli poate avea ca rezultat producerea
electrocutarilor, a incendiilor si/sau a ranirilor personale.
Simboluri
Simbolurile utilizate in manual sau pe produs au urmatoarele semnificatii:
Masuri de siguranta generale pentru uneltele electrice
Zona de lucru
Pastrati zona de lucru curata si bine iluminata. Umiditatea si zonele intunecate pot crea
accidente
Nu utilizati unealta in zonele cu potential exploziv, de exemplu in prezenta lichidelor, gazelor
sau particulelor inflamabile. Uneltele electrice genereaza scantei care pot aprinde aceste
materiale.
Nu lasati copii sau persoanele neautorizate in zona de lucru. Distragerea atentiei poate
cauza pierderea controlului uneltei.
Nu folositi uneltele electrice daca sunteti sub influenta bauturilor alcoolice, a drogurilor sau a
medicamentelor care pot afecta capacitatea de concentrare.
Masuri de siguranta a echipamentului in exploatare
ATENTIE! Verificati intotdeauna ca tensiunea de alimentare sa corespunda cu
cea inscrisa pe placuta uneltei.
Nu rasuciti cablul electric de alimentare al uneltei

Nu transportati unealta tinand-o de cablul electric si nu trageti de cablul electric pentru a o
scoate din priza.
Tineti cablul electric de alimentare a masinii la distanta fata de sursele de caldura, de petele
de ulei, de grasimi si de obiectele ascutite.
Verificati stecherul si cablul electric in mod regulat si in caz de deteriorare a acestora apelati
la un electrician autorizat.
Evitati pornirile accidentale ale uneltei. Asigurati-va ca intrerupatorul este in pozitia “Oprit”
inainte de introducerea cablului de alimentare in priza.
Nu utilizati unealta in conditii de ploaie sau umiditate excesiva. Patrunderea apei in interiorul
uneltei creste riscul unui scurtcircuit.
Folosiți cabluri de prelungire care sunt atestate și marcate în mod corespunzător pentru
utilizarea in mediul exterior.
Nu suprasolicitati unealta electrica! Masina poate fi folosita in conditii de siguranta daca sunt
respectati parametrii de exploatare care o caracterizeaza. Nu utilizati unelte electrice cu un alt
scop fata de cel pentru care sunt destinate.
Masuri de siguranta personala
Intotdeauna utilizati o imbracaminte adecvata. Nu purtati haine largi sau bijuterii. Daca aveti
parul lung, acestatrebuie legat. Apare riscul prinderii acestora de catre partile componente ale
masinii aflate in miscare.
Utilizati intotdeauna ochelari de protectie si casti antifonice iar atunci cand lucrati in mediul
exterior va recomandam sa utilizati manusi si bocanci de protectie.
Intotdeauna folositi o masca de praf atunci cand in procesul de prelucrare se produce praf.
Service
Repararea trebuie realizata numai de catre personal autorizat prin inlocuirea cu accesorii si
piese de schimb originale pentru a se evita producerea accidentelor datorate reparatiilor
necorespunzatoare.
Masuri de siguranta specifice sapei electrice
Inspectati produsul inaintea fiecarei utilizari. Suruburile trebuie sa fie stranse, aparatorile si
accesoriile bine fixate. Verificati, de asemenea, starea cablurilor electrice. Daca observati
deteriorari, luati legatura cu un service autorizat pentru eventualele reparatii.
In timpul utilizarii, manevrati produsul tinandu-l ferm de ambele manere. Nu manevrati
produsul tinandu-l cu o singura mana, deoarece pierderea controlului poate provoca vatamari
si daune utilizatorului sau obiectelor din jur.
In timpul utilizarii produsului trebuie mentinuta starea de echilibru in permanenta. Verificati
inaintea utilizarii eventualele obiecte straine si obstacole care v-ar putea impiedica in lucru si
indepartati-le. Purtati incaltaminte de protectie adecvata.
In tipul utlizarii, tineti produsul la o distanta de siguranta fata de picioare. Nu
apropiati picioarele de lamele in miscare. Acestea va pot cauza vatamari grave.
Purtati incaltaminte de protectie adecvata.
In timpul functionarii, lamele produsului pot antrena diverse obiecte care va pot
rani (bucati de pamant, pietre, alte obiecte). Purtati incaltaminte de protectie
adecvata si pantaloni lungi pentru a va preveni eventualele vatamari.
Folositi produsul doar pe timp de zi, cand lumina este suficienta pentru a lucra
in conditii de siguranta.
Purtati echipament de protectie: ochelari de protectie, incaltaminte de protectie, protectii
antifonice, pantaloni lungi.
Folositi produsul cu atentie sporita atunci cand terenul este denivelat. Pierderea controlului
produsului atunci cand este folosit in panta poate cauza vatamari corporale. Nu folositi
produsul pe terenuri foarte inclinate.
Pastrati o distanta de siguranta fata de persoanele din jur atunci cand folositi produsul.

Dupa ce ati oprit functionarea produsului, asteptati oprirea completa a lamelor inainte de orice
alta actiune. Nu apropiati mainile sau picioarele de lame inainte ca acestea sa se opreasca
complet.
ATENTIE! Nu folositi produsul pe timp de ploaie. Exista risc de
electrocutare.
Produsul este dublu izolat. Aceasta inseamna ca este prevazut cu doua tipuri complet
independente de izolatie care impiedica operatorul sa intre in contact direct cu partile metalice
ale cablurilor. Această măsură reprezintă un grad ridicat de protectie împotriva
electrocutarilor.
Domeniu de utilizare
Sapa electrica este destinata uzului personal pentru operatiile de afanare a solului pe suprafete
reduse.
NU ESTE PROIECTAT PENTRU UZ INDUSTRIAL.

Pregatirea pentru punerea in functiune
DECUPLATI ALIMENTAREA PRODUSULUI INAINTE DE MONTAREA SAU
DEMONTAREA MANERELOR SI A CUTITELOR!
Montarea manerelor
Atasati segmentele intermediare ale manerelor de portiunea inferioara a cadrului cu ajutorul
bolturilor si a piulitelor fluture, precum in Fig. 1.
Asamblati manerul superior, introducand manerul drept, respectiv cel stang, in suportul din plastic,
iar mai departe atasand manerele de segmentele intermediare anterior montate, precum in Fig. 2.
ATENTIE! Montati manerele astfel incat ansamblul motor sa fie in fata acestora!

Montarea lamelor
Ansamblul lamelorse fixeaza pe axul antrenor cu ajutorul a cate unuibolt si piulita. Pentru montarea
acestora, pozitionati ansamblul de lame pe ax astfel incat gaurile axului si ale ansamblului sa se
potriveasca si introduceti boltul, apoi strangeti piulita.
ATENTIE! NU MONTATI SAU DEMONTATI LAMELE FARA A DECUPLA
ALIMENTAREA ELECTRICA A PRODUSULUI SI FARA A ASTEPTA CA ACESTEA
SA SE OPREASCA COMPLET.
Utilizare
ATENTIE! IN CAZUL IN CARE APAR ZGOMOTE ANORMALE IN FUNCTIONARE
OPRITI IMEDIAT UNEALTA SI ADRESATI-VA UNUI SERVICE AUTORIZAT PENTRU
CONSTATARI SI REPARATII.
INAINTE DE A ACTIONA INTRERUPATORUL, VERIFICATI DACA ANSAMBLUL DE
LAME ESTE CORECT MONTAT.

FOST CORECT MONTATE.
Pornirea sapei electrice
Pentru pornirea produsului, conectati cablul de alimentare la un prelungitor compatibil la folosirea
in mediu exterior, pozitionati lamele la inceputul zonei de sapat si apasati intrerupatorul (2) tinand
ferm produsul de manere (1).
ATENTIE! La pornirea sapei electrice este necesara atentie sporita pentru a nu
pierde controlul asupra uneltei.
ATENTIE! Pastrati o distanta de siguranta intre picioare si lame pe tot parcursul
utilizarii pentru a preveni eventuale vatamari corporale.
ATENTIE! Utilizati echipament de protectie. Lamele pot antrena diverse obiecte
care pot provoca vatamari sau daune utilizatorului, persoanelor sau a obiectelor din jur.
Activarea/dezactivarea modului de functionare continua
Pentru a activa modul de functionare continua a uneltei, apasati intrerupatorul (2) si, tinand apasat
intrerupatorul (2), apasati butonul de blocare (3). Eliberati intrerupatorul (2). In acest moment sapa
electrica functioneaza fara a mai tine apasat pe intrerupatorul (2).
Pentru dezactivarea modului de functionare continua apasati din nou pe intrerupatorul (2). Butonul
de blocare (3) va reveni singur. Eliberati intrerupatorul (2) si unealta se va opri.
Afanarea solului
Porniti sapa electrica si tineti-o pe loc tragand-o usor in spate pana cand lamele sapa la adancimea
dorita. Inaintati incet si, din nou, mentineti unealta pe loc si trageti-o usor in spate pentru a sapa la
adancimea dorita.
Continuati saparea conform instructiunilor de mai sus pana la finalizarea operatiunii.
ATENTIE! Nu folositi produsul pe timp de ploaie. Exista riscul de electrocutare.

Nu incercati sa grabiti procesul de sapare fortand unealta sau inaintand prea repede.
Nu folositi produsul pe terenuri foarte inclinate.
Asigurati-va ca nu exista pietre sau alte obiecte ce pot reprezenta obstacole in calea uneltei.
Curatati terenul de pietre si obiecte straine inaintea utilizarii.
Oprirea sapei electrice
Pentru oprirea functionarii uneltei, eliberati intrerupatorul (2).
Daca modul de functionare continua este activat, apasati intrerupatorul (2), iar butonul de blocare
(3) va reveni. Eliberati intrerupatorul (2) si unealta se va opri.
ATENTIE! Dupa oprirea uneltei, asteptati ca lamele sa se opreasca complet inainte
de a face orice alta actiune. Nu apropiati mainile sau picioarele de lame si nu
manevrati unealta in niciun fel inainte ca lamele sa se opreasca complet.
Suprasarcina
Motorul poate fi deteriorat când este suprasolicitat prin aplicarea excesivă pe o durată prelungită a
presiunii de lucru asupra produsului. Nu incercati sa grabiti procesul de sapare aplicand o forta
excesiva.De aceea, nu trebuie să accelerați viteza de lucru prin creșterea presiunii pe mașină.
Curatare si intretinere
ATENTIE! Inainte de orice interventie asupra echipamentului, deconectati
alimentarea cu energie electrica de la retea.
Curatare
Pastrati curate fantele de ventilatie ale carcasei pentru a preveni supraincalzirea motorului.
Regulat, de preferat dupa fiecare utilizare curatati echipamentul cu o carpa moale. Daca
murdaria persista, utilizati o carpa umezita intr-o solutie de apa si sapun
NU utilizati solventi (de ex.: petrol si derivati, alcool) intrucat acestia pot deteriora partile din
plastic.
Intretinere
Echipamentul nostru a fost proiectat astfel incat sa poata fi utilizat pentru o perioada indelungata cu
un minimum de intretinere. Veti putea obtine intotdeauna o satisfactie maxima in timpul utilizarii
respectand indicatiile de mai sus.
Depozitare
Intotdeauna inainte de depozitarea curatati carcasa cu o carpa putin umezita in apa cu sapun.
Depozitati unealta electrica intr-un spatiu inaccesibil copiilor intr-o pozitie stabila si sigura
intr-un loc racoros si uscat, evitand temperaturile prea ridicate sau scazute.
Protejati unealta electrica fata de actiunea directa a razelor solare si pastrati-o intr-un loc
intunecos, daca este posibil.
Nu pastrati masina ambalata in folie sau in punga de plastic pentru a evita acumularea
umiditatii.
Garantie
Garantia acopera toate materialele componente si viciile de fabricatie cu exceptia, fara insa a fi
limitate la:
Componente uzate ca urmare a unei exploatari normale (perii colectoare, rulmenti, cabluri,
etc) sau accesorii
Defecte cauzate de o exploatare, intretinere si depozitare necorespunzatoare, modificari
neautorizate asupra echipamentului.
Pagube materiale si leziuni corporale rezultate in urma exploatarii necorespunzatoare a
echipamentului.
Deteriorari cauzate de lichide, patrundere excesiva de praf, distrugere intentionata, utilizare
inadecvata (pentru scopuri in care acest echipament nu este proiectat), etc.

General power tools safety warnings
Working area
Keep working area clean and well lit. Untidy and dark areas can lead to accidents.
Do not operate power tools in potentially explosive surroundings, for instance, in the
presence of inflammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may
ignite the dust, liquids or fumes.
Keep children and bystanders at a distance when operating a power tool. Distractions can
cause you to lose control of it.
Do not use the power tools when under influenced by alcohol or any drugs which could
decrease the capacity of concentration.
Electrical safety
Always check that the power supplycorresponds to the voltage on the rating
plate.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will
increase the risk of electric shock.

Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power
tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled
cords increase the risk of electric shock.
When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use.
Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
Personal safety
Use safety equipment. Always wear eye and ear protection. Using safety equipment such as
a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, whenever it is needed
Avoid accidental starts. Ensure the switch is in the off position before inserting the plug.
Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in power tools when the
switch is in the on position makes accidents more likely.
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and
gloves away from the power tool. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can become
entangled in the moving parts.
Service
Your power tool should be serviced by a qualified specialist using only standard spare parts. This
will ensure that it meets the required safety standards.
Specific safety instructions for electric tiller
Before each use, inspect the product. The screw must be tightened, the protection covers and
the accesories must be well fixed.
While working, handle the product using the both hands on handles. Never handle the product
using a single hand. Make sure that the grip is proper. Losing the control of tools may cause
damages to user, people around or objects around.
While working, the user must maintain a proper balance. Check the working surface before
use in order to eliminate all the foreign objects and any other objects that could obstruct the
tool. Always wear protection shoes.
While working, keep the product at a safe distance of feet. Do not get them
close to moving blades. Disregarding these instructions coudl cause serious damages.
Always wear protection shoes.
While working,the blades could throwobjects (soil parts, stones, other objects)
which could harm the user, the people around or the objects around. Always wear
protection shoes, long trousers, eye and ear protection. Make sure that all the persons
around are at a safe distance of working area.
In the case that the working area is not flat, use the tools with caution due to the risk of losing
control. Do not use the tools if the slope is too high.
Wear protection equipment: protection shoes, long trousers, eye and ear protection.
Always keep a safe distance from any persons while working.
After stopping the product, wait for the blades to stop completely before any other action.
WARNING! Do not use the product in rain conditions. There is high risk
of electric shock.
The product is double insulated. The product is equipped with 2 independent systems of
insulation in order to prevent the user being in contact with parts which could cause an electric
shock.

Application
DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT FOR ANY OTHER OPERATIONS FOR WHICH IT IS
NOT DESIGNED.
The product is intended for personal use for tilling small areas.
IT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR PROFFESIONAL USE.
Assembly
Disconnect the power plug before carrying out any adjustments or maintenance.
Installing the handles
Attach the mid segments of handles on the lower part of the frame using the bolts and the wing nuts
(Fig. 1).
Install the superior handles by introducing the left and rioght handles on the plastic support holes.
Then attach the assembly to mid segments using bolts and wing nuts (Fig. 2).
WARNING! The motor housing must be in front of the handles.

Installing the blades
The blades assembly must be fixed on the gearbox shaft using for each side a bolt and a nut. Attach
the left and right blades assemblies on the gearbox shaft in such way that the fixing holes match.
Put the bolt in the fixing hole and tighten the nut.
WARNING! Disconnect the power plug before mounting/dismounting the blades.
WARNING! Before any operation related to blades assembly, wait for it to stop
completely.

Operation
WARNING! Inblades case of any abnormal noise, immediately turn off the tool
and contact an authorized service facility for repairs
Before turning the tool on, check if the blades assembly is properly installed.
Before turning the tool on, check if the handles are properly installed.
Turning on the electric tiller
For turning on the tools, connect the power plug in a cord which is suitable for use outdoor, put the
blades on the beginning of working area and press gently the on/off switch (2). While turning the
tools on, make sure that you have a good grip on handles in order to avoid losing control of tool.
WARNING! Turning on the tool requires a high level of attention in order to avoid
losing control of it.
WARNING! Keep the feet at a safe distance of the blades assembly during turning
on/off and working in order to avoid damages.
WARNING! Wear protection equipment. The blades could throw objects while
working which could harm the user and the persons nearby or damage the objects nearby.
Locking/unlocking throttle
For locking on the throttle, press the switch on/off (2) and, in the same time, press the locking button
(3). Release the switch on/off (2). In this moment the tools works without having to press the switch
on/off (2).
For unlocking the throttle, press again the switch on/off (2). The locking button (3) will unlock by
itself. Release the switch on/off (2) and the tool stops.
Tilling
Turn on the tool and pull it gently backwards without moving until the blades dig at the desired
depth. Walk slowly forward and again stop and pull the tiller gently backwards until the blades dig
at the desired depth.
Keep going following the upper instructions until the entire working area is finished.
WARNING! Do not use the tool in rain conditions. There is high risk of electric
shock.
Do not try to speed up the process by applying too much force on tool or by walking too
fast.
Do not use the tool for tilling working areas having high slopes.
Before tilling, inspect the working area and remove all the big stones or any other objects
which could obstruct the tilling process.
Turning off the electric tiller
For turning off the tool, release the switch on/off (2).
If the throttle lock is on, release the switch on/off (2), and the locking button (3) should unlock by
itself.

WARNING! After turning off the tool, wait for the blades to stop completely before
any action. Do not get the hand or feet close to blades assembly and do not handle
the tool in any way before the blades stop completely.
Motor overload
The motor could be damaged if a high pressure is apply on tool and if it is used for very long periods
of time. Do not apply too much pressure on tool for speeding up the tilling process.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before performing anywork on the equipment, pull the power plug.
Cleaning
Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine
The air intake filters can be pulled out to cleaning. After cleaned it, please ensure the air
intake filter is dry before insert it into housing.
Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. If the dirt
does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.
Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
Maintenance
Our machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and regular
cleaning.
Storage
Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its accessories.
Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and secure position, in a cool and dry
place, avoid too high and too low temperatures.
Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it in the dark, if possible.
Don’t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity build-up.
Warranty
This warranty covers all material or production flaws excluding:
Defective parts subject to normal wear & tear such as bearings, brushes, cables, and plugs,
or accessories;
Damage or defects resulting from maltreatment, accidents or alterations; nor the cost
transportation.
We also disclaim all liability for any bodily injury resulting from inappropriate use of the
tool.
Definitely excluded from the warranty is damage resulting from fluid permeation, excessive
dust penetration, intentional damage (on purpose or by gross carelessness), inappropriate
usage (use for purposes for which the device is not suitable), incompetent usage (e.g. not
following the instructions given in the manual), inexpert assembly, lightning strike, erroneus
net voltage. This list is not exhaustive.
