2. TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE TOOLS

When using this air tool, the following basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk to
personal injury:
Always wear safety glasses with side shields in accordance with applicable regulations.
Air powered equipment are capable of propelling materials such as metal chips, saw dust and other debris at
high speed, which could result in serious eye injury. Tool attachments can become loose or break and

When using the tool are generated abrasive dust and debris that can be harmful to the lungs and respiratory
system in general. Some materials (for example: adhesives, tar, etc.) contain chemical substances whose

WARNINGS
- Never carry the tool by the hose. Always hold the tool only from the the ergonomic handle it is endowed

- Before removing the compressed air supply hose from the tool, make sure to have previously closed the tap
supply compressed air coming from the supply
- Remove air hose to lubricate or add attachments and accessories to the tool.
- Never operate tool while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Do not use accessories designed for use without a manual as locking systems.
- Make sure that any attachments are securely assembled before to use the tool.
- Do not remove the labels placed on the tool.

Before each use:
ATTENTION
Before proceeding with the operation of lubrication, detachment / attachment, adjustment or
installation of accessories, disconnect the air supply hose from the tool, having first taken care to
close the tap of compressed air supply

Always use clean, dry air at 90 PSI (6.2 bars) maximum air pressure. Dust, corrosive fumes and/or
excessive moisture can ruin the internal components of a pneumatic tool.

USE:
1. Turn air compressor on and allow air tank to fill.
2. 90 PSI (6.2 bars). This tool operates at a maximum 90 PSI (6.2 bar) pressure.
3. Loosen the collect by twisting the chuck, then insert the selected drill bit. Tighten the collect again by twisting the chuck with
reverse direction.
4. Connect the tool to air hose of recommended size (see the Technical specifications paragraph of this user manual).
IMPORTANT: The use of air filters and air line lubricators is recommended
5. Position the drill bit at the point to be drilledand depress the trigger.
ROTATING DIRECTION:
o The clockwise rotation is obtained by rotating the forward/reverse lever placed near the trigger of the tool
towards the F position.
o The counterclockwise rotation is obtained by rotating the forward/reverse lever placed near the trigger of the
tool towards the R position.
6. Depress the trigger placed on the tool handle to operate tool.
7. If the drill bit penetrates the work piece, keep the tool running makes it easier to remove this tool from work piece.
8. Release the trigger to stop the tool.
9. When job is completed, turn off the air compressor and store the air tool after lubrication.
WARNINGS
- Use the tool only in conjunction with accessories (bits) that have a secure attachment during
operation.
- Use the tool only with accessories (bits) that are appropriate to the type of material to be drilled
(wood, metal, plastic, concrete, etc...)
- Check the integrity of the locking devices (chuck) before using the tool..

Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight and ensure equipment is in safe working conditions.

Do not use damaged, frayed or deteriorated air hoses and fitting
WARNING
- Before start operating this tool, make sure the rotating direction.
- Do not change the tool direction of rotation while it is running.
4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE TOOL

LUBRIFICATION
Air tools require regular lubrication throughout the life of the tool. The air motor and bearing use compressed air to power
the tool. Because moisture in compressed air will rust the air motor, you must lubricate the motor daily. An inline oiler is
recommended.
To lubricate the air motor manually:
Disconnect the tool from the air supply holding it so the air inlet faces up.
Depress the trigger and place one to two drops of air tool oil in the air inlet
Connect the tool to an air source, cover the exhaust end with a towe
l and run for a few
seconds.
Do not lubricate tools with flammable or volatile liquids such as kerosene, diesel or jet fuel.
If the tool does not start:
make sure that in the compressed air circuit there is really pressure;
check that all the valves are opened;
check all the connections of the air supply;
check if the safety valves are actived;
if the problem persists, the tool need to be repaired from qualified personell.
When the tool is not usable and not repairable, dispose it according to regulations of the place in order to safeguard the environment.

Any excess oil in the motor is immediately expelled from the exhaust port. Always direct exhaust port away
from people or objects.

This tool is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (for a normal use of service) for a period
of one year.
Any instrument found detective within one year from the delivery date and returned to the factory with transportation
charges prepaid, will be repaired, adjusted, or replaced at no charge to the original purchaser.
