riparo dalle intemperie.
Il presente foglio istruzioni contiene informazioni tecniche relative
all’installazione del kit. Per quanto concerne le altre tematiche corre-
late all’installazione del kit stesso (a titolo esemplicativo: sicurezza
sui luoghi di lavoro, salvaguardia dell’ambiente, prevenzioni degli
infortuni), è necessario rispettare i dettami della normativa vigente
ed i principi della buona tecnica.
L’installazione o il montaggio improprio dell’apparecchio e/o dei
componenti, accessori, kit e dispositivi potrebbe dare luogo a proble-
matiche non prevedibili a priori nei confronti di persone, animali,
cose. Leggere attentamente le istruzioni a corredo del prodotto per
una corretta installazione dello stesso.
L’installazione e la manutenzione devono essere eettuate in ottem-
peranza alle normative vigenti, secondo le istruzioni del costruttore e
da parte di personale abilitato nonché professionalmente qualicato,
intendendo per tale quello avente specica competenza tecnica nel
settore degli impianti, come previsto dalla Legge.

Montaggio Kit.
Immergas declina ogni responsabilità per danni a persone o
cose in caso di errori nell’installazione dovuti all’inosservanza
delle istruzioni contenute nel presente foglio.
Prima di installare il telaio è opportuno vericare che lo stesso
sia giunto integro; se ciò non fosse certo, occorre rivolgersi im-
mediatamente al fornitore. Gli elementi dell'imballaggio (grae,
chiodi, sacchetti di plastica, polistirolo espanso, ecc...) non devono
essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto fonti di pericolo.
N.B.:durante l'installazione dei componenti rappresentati di
seguito prestare la massima attenzione ai fori utilizzati e
al corretto posizionamento reciproco degli stessi.
a) Fissare le lamiere di supporto (9) utilizzando le viti (17).
b) Assemblare le squadrette DX (14) e SX (13) alle lamiere di
supporto (9) utilizzando le viti (17) (g. 2).
c) Inlare i tubolari (12) nei fori predisposti del telaio posteriore
(1) (g. 3).
Kit Assembly.

tions contained in this sheet.
Before installing the frame, ensure that it has been delivered in
perfect condition; if in doubt, contact the supplier immediately.
Packing materials (staples, nails, plastic bags, polystyrene foam,
etc.) constitute a hazard and must be kept out of the reach of
children.
N.B. during installation of the components represented below,
pay full attention to the holes used and their correct re-
ciprocal positioning.
a) Fix the supporting plate (9) by using the screws (17).
b) Assemble the R (14) and L (13) brackets to the supporting
plate (9) using screws (17) (g. 2).
c) Insert the tubulars (12) in the holes prepared on the rear frame
(1) (g. 3).
N.B.: inserire i tubolari (12) con i fori lettati rivolti verso il
basso.
N.B.: insert the tubulars (12) with the threaded holes facing
downwards.

FISSAGGIO TELAIO A PARETE O SCHIENA-SCHIENA
d) Fissare i tubolari (12) al telaio posteriore (1) utilizzando le viti
(17) e rispettando la quota indicata in g. 4.
e) Fissare la traversa (18) ai tubolari inferiori (12) come indicato
in g. 5 utilizzando le viti (17).
f) Fissare le squadrette (15) alla traversa (18) come indicato in
g. 5 utilizzando le viti (16) e le rondelle (4).
g) Fissare le traverse (10) al telaio posteriore (1) e ai tubolari
inferiori (12) come indicato in g. 6 utilizzando le viti (17).
FIXING THE FRAME TO THE WALL OR BACK-TO-BACK
d) Fix the tubulars (12) to the rear frame (1) using screws (17)
and respecting the height indicated in g. 4.
e) Fix the cross member (18) to the lower tubulars (12) as indi-
cated in g. 5 by using screws (17).
f) Fix the brackets (15) to the cross member (18) as indicated in
g. 5 by using screws (16) and washers (4).
g) Fix the cross member (10) to the rear frame (1) and to the
lower tubulars (12) as indicated in g. 6, using screws (17).

h) Avvitare i piedini (11) al telaio posteriore (1) e ai tubolari
inferiori (12) come indicato in g. 7.
Fissaggio telaio singolo a parete.
i) Fissare il telaio (1) a parete e le squadrette (15) a terra come
indicato in g. 8 utilizzando il dispositivo di ssaggio più
adatto alla supercie su cui si deve eseguire l'installazione
(escluso dalla fornitura).
ATTENZIONE: Immergas non si assume alcuna responsabilità
per danni/lesioni causati da ssaggi errati.
Fissaggio telai schiena-schiena.
i) Fissare due telai (1) schiena-schiena come indicato in g. 9 utiliz-
zando le viti (3), rondelle (4) e dadi (5). Fissare le squadrette (15) a
terra utilizzando il dispositivo di ssaggio più adatto alla supercie
su cui si deve eseguire l'installazione (escluso dalla fornitura).
ATTENZIONE: Immergas non si assume alcuna responsabilità
per danni/lesioni causati da ssaggi errati.
h) Screw on the legs (11) to the rear frame (1) and to the lower
tubulars (12) as indicated in g. 7.
Single wall-mounted frame xing.
i) Fix the frame (1) to the wall and the brackets (15) to the
ground, as indicated in g. 8 using the most suitable xing
device for surfaces on which installation must be executed
(not supplied).
ATTENTION: Immergas is not responsible for damage/injury
caused by incorrect xings.
Fixing frames back-to-back.
i) Fix two frames (1) back-to-back as indicated in g. 9, using
screws (3), washers (4), and nuts (5). Fix the brackets (15) to
the ground using the most suitable xing device for surfaces on
which installation must be executed (not supplied).
ATTENTION: Immergas is not responsible for damage/injury
caused by incorrect xings.

Fissaggio telai aancati.
i) Fissare i telai (1) aancati come indicato in g. 10 utilizzando
le viti (3), rondelle (4) e dadi (5).
l) Fissare i telai (1) a parete e le squadrette (15) a terra come
indicato in g. 11 utilizzando il dispositivo di ssaggio più
adatto alla supercie su cui si deve eseguire l'installazione
(escluso dalla fornitura).

Fixing frames side-by-side.
i) Fix the frames (1) side-by-side as indicated in g. 10, using
screws (3), washers (4), and nuts (5).
l) Fix the frames (1) to the wall and the brackets (15) to the
ground, as indicated in g. 11 using the most suitable xing
device for surfaces on which installation must be executed
(not supplied).

d) Fissare i tubolari (12) al telaio posteriore (1) utilizzando le viti
(17) e rispettando la quota indicata in g. 12.
e) Fissare la traversa (18) ai tubolari inferiori (12) come indicato
in g. 13 utilizzando le viti (17).
f) Fissare le squadrette (15) alla traversa (18) come indicato in
g. 13 utilizzando le viti (16) e le rondelle (4).
g) Fissare le traverse (10) al telaio posteriore (1) e ai tubolari
inferiori (12) come indicato in g. 14 utilizzando le viti (17).
h) Avvitare i piedini (11) ai tubolari inferiori (12) come indicato
in g. 15.
FIXING THE FRAME IN THE CENTRE OF THE ROOM
d) Fix the tubulars (12) to the rear frame (1) using screws (17)
and respecting the height indicated in g. 12.
e) Fix the cross member (18) to the lower tubulars (12) as indi-
cated in g. 13 by using screws (17).
f) Fix the brackets (15) to the cross member (18) as indicated in
g. 13 by using screws (16) and washers (4).
g) Fix the cross members (10) to the rear frame (1) and to the
lower tubulars (12) as indicated in g. 14, using screws (17).
h) Screw on the legs (11) to the lower tubulars (12) as indicated
in g. 15.

m) Fissare la squadretta sostegno fumisteria (2) al telaio posteriore
(1) come indicato in g. 16 utilizzando le viti (17).
n) Fissare sulle squadrette DX (14) e SX (13) i semicollari inferiori
(20) come indicato in g. 17 utilizzando il grano (19), rondelle
(4) e dadi (5).
o) Fissare le squadrette (8) al telaio (1) come indicato in g. 18
utilizzando rondelle (7), viti (6) e dadi (21), oppure ssare la
piastra (22) al telaio (1), come indicato in g. 19, utilizzando
rondelle (7), viti (6) e dadi (21).
m)Fix the ue supporting bracket (2) to the rear frame (1) as
indicated in g. 16 by using screws (17).
n) Fix the lower semi-collars (20) onto the R (14) and L (13)
brackets as indicated in g. 17 by using the grub screw (19),
washers (4) and nuts (5).
o) Fix the brackets (8) to the frame (1) as indicated in g. 18 by
using washers (7), screws (6), and nut (21) or x the plate (22)
to the frame (1), as indicated in g. 19, by using washers (7),
screws (6), and nut (21).

p) Agganciare la caldaia (A) alle squadrette (8) precedentemente
ssate oppure alla piastra (22) (vedi g. 20).
q) Adagiare le tubazioni ai collari (20) precedentemente predispo-
sti come indicato in g. 21 e eseguire i collegamenti idraulici
con la caldaia.
r) Al termine bloccare le tubazioni sul telaio montando i semi-
collari superiori (20) come indicato in g. 22.
p) Couple the boiler (A) to the previously xed brackets (8) or
to the plate (22) (see g. 20).
q) Lay the pipes to the collars (20) previously prepared as in-
dicated in g. 21 and make the hydraulic connections to the
boiler.
r) At the end, block the pipes onto the frame assembling the
upper semi-collars (20), as indicated in g. 22.
