KIT HI-TIP IT
KIT HI-TIP (SCARICO ALTO)
Descrizione
Il kit Hi-Tip è composto da un telaio a pantografo (1) mosso
da un cilindro a sfilo multiplo (2) con valvola paracadute in
discesa. Il telaio superiore può accogliere il cassone
standard munito dell’apposita protezione (3) anche in
configurazione con pala autocaricante specifica per questo
kit.
La particolare configurazione permette di raggiungere
un’altezza di scarico di circa 1,6 metri ottimale per lo scarico
su camion di medie dimensioni o negli appositi cassoni. Il kit
può essere montato sulle macchine Carry107 con carro
allargabile.
Uso
Usare l’accessorio cassone e la pala auto caricante nelle modalità descritte sul manuale della
macchina.
ATTENZIONE. Nella configurazione HT, il baricentro della macchina è rialzato, riducendone la
stabilità in particolari condizioni di lavoro. La macchina può lavorare su superfici compatte con
leggere sconnessioni e lievi ondulazioni con pendenze non superiori al 12%. Se si lavora su
terreno molto sconnesso o coperto di pietre e rocce o molto soffice e cedevole, il trasferimento
deve essere effettuato con cautela a velocità molto lenta usando la singola velocità. NON
CAUSARE MAI colpi ai cingoli o alla macchina con arresti o accelerazioni improvvise.

3 Targa identificazione
•Durante gli spostamenti con macchina carica usare sempre il carro nella configurazione
allargata.
•Non spostarsi MAI con il kit Hi-Tip sollevato. Il baricentro alto rende la macchina
particolarmente instabile al ribaltamento.
•Effettuare il sollevamento SOLO in prossimità del punto di scarico e SOLO su terreno
compatto e piatto.
•NON EFFETTUARE ASSOLUTAMENTE il sollevamento su terreni in pendenza!
•Assicurarsi che non vi siano persone nell’area di lavoro.

Cautele durante i trasferimenti in pendenza
Scarico
Per effettuare lo scarico avvicinarsi con la macchina al punto
desiderato tenendo l’accessorio posizionato in basso. Sollevare
l’accessorio all’altezza richiesta manovrando con l’apposita leva (1),
quindi, se necessario, avvicinarsi al punto di scarico avanzando con
cautela a bassa velocità.
Ribaltare l’accessorio con cautela eseguendo le manovre
necessarie come riportato al punto 2.1.3. del manuale della
macchina.
Se l’attrezzo deve rimanere sollevato per periodi prolungati (ad esempio durante la manutenzione)
deve essere inserita la sicura (2) ruotandola verso l’interno del telaio in modo da bloccare il
movimento del pantografo.
Manutenzione
Ispezionare giornalmente l’attrezzatura. Rimuovere eventuale sporcizia o materiali depositati sulle
guide delle ruote di scorrimento. Controllare la presenza di eventuali perdite di olio. Controllare che
non vi siano parti danneggiate od usurate. Eventualmente provvedere alla sostituzione o al
ripristino. Periodicamente controllare il serraggio delle viti, l’integrità dei cilindri e dei tubi idraulici
Eseguire la lubrificazione delle boccole degli snodi con la cadenza delle lubrificazioni della
macchina.

•Assicurarsi che non vi siano persone vicine o nel raggio di azione della macchina.
•Ridurre il regime di giri del motore.
•Selezionare l’avanzamento in singola velocità procedendo a velocità moderata e costante.
•Spostarsi con i cingoli disposti nel senso della pendenza e non trasversalmente ad essa.
•Non cambiare direzione di marcia.
•
In caso di arresto non lasciare le leve istantaneamente ma riportarle in posizione neutra.

ISTRUZIONE DI MONTAGGIO DEL KIT HI-TIP (HT)
Le istruzioni riportate di seguito sono necessarie solo in caso di montaggio su macchine in opera.
Effettuare il montaggio del kit in officina attrezzata e munita di mezzi di sollevamento. Posizionare
la macchina in prossimità di un mezzo di sollevamento. Arrestare il motore. Rimuovere l’accessorio
dalla propria sede (vedi punto 2.8). Avviare il motore e sollevare il telaio porta accessori. Arrestare
il motore. Agganciare il porta accessori al mezzo di sollevamento.
Togliere pressione al circuito idraulico (vedi punto 3.6.4). Liberare il cilindro di sollevamento dal
porta accessori.
Smontare il supporto (1) dal
telaio di base e rimuoverlo
completamente. Smontare i tubi
idraulici dal cilindro di
sollevamento (2) e chiuderli con
tappi G1/4. Contrassegnare il
tubo fissato al raccordo del
fondello. Raccogliere con un
contenitore l’eventuale l’olio che
fuoriesce.
Attenzione! Non disperdere olio
nell’ambiente. Smaltire l’olio
esausto secondo le norme
vigenti.
Rimuovere il cilindro (2) dal
telaio base. Rimuovere i
paracolpi in gomma (3) e (4).
Rimuovere il carter frontale (5)
lato cassone.
Posizionare il telaio
inferiore HT (5) sul telaio
base della macchina
fissandolo con le viti,
rondelle e dadi (6),
smontate in precedenza
e le viti, rondelle e dadi
(7) forniti a corredo.
Fissare il distributore (8)
in dotazione con il kit, sul
lato dx. del telaio guida
usando le apposite viti a
pomello.

collegarlo al tubo (11) (1130723010)
sulla porta (12) del distributore HT.
Collegare il tubo (13) (1130723012)
alla porta (10) sul distributore

(15) del distributore HC allo scarico
(16) della macchina. Sollevare il kit
HT e posizionarlo sul telaio base.
Fissare con le apposite viti, dadi e
rondelle. Collegare il tubo (17)
(1130723009) al cilindro multi sfilo di
sollevamento HT. Fissare al telaio HT
con l’apposita fascetta (18). Avviare il
motore e sollevare il kit HF
manovrando con l’apposita leva del
distributore HT. Arrestare il motore ed
inserire la sicura. Collegare il tubo
disconnesso dal fondello del cilindro
con il tubo del kit contrassegnato
rosso, collegare il tubo disconnesso
dalla testata del cilindro al tubo
contrassegnato grigio. In caso di
presenza dell’impianto per pala auto
caricante procedere come segue:
- smontare l’innesto maschio dal tubo del circuito a bordo
macchina e congiungere lo stesso con il tubo
contrassegnato bianco del kit HT;
- fissare l’innesto rapido all’altra estremità;
- smontare l’innesto femmina dal tubo del circuito a bordo
macchina e congiungere lo stesso con il tubo
contrassegnato blu del kit HT. Fissare l’innesto rapido
all’altra estremità;
- avviare il motore togliere la sicura ed abbassare il telaio
a pantografo. Arrestare il motore;
- montare ed agganciare l’accessorio (vedi punto 2.8.2).
Avviare il motore e ribaltare l’accessorio.
In caso di pala auto caricante accoppiare gli innesti rapidi.
Eseguire varie volte tutte le manovre portando i cilindri a
fine corsa. Controllare l’esatta rispondenza delle manovre ed
eventuali perdite di olio. In caso di manovre non rispondenti
provvedere all’inversione dei tubi interessati. In caso di perdite
provvedere a serrare a fondo gli accoppiamenti.
Nota: Pulire e rimuovere ogni traccia d’olio.
Rimuovere la finestrella passatubi dal carter frontale. Applicare
la guarnizione ad “U” (19). Posizionare il carter nella propria
sede e fissarlo con le apposite viti (20). Applicare l’etichetta
adesiva “salita/discesa HT” in prossimità del distributore HT.
Fissare la prolunga (21) delle sponde cassone con le viti (22) di
corredo dopo aver eseguito le necessarie forature usando la
prolunga come riferimento.

HI-TIP KIT
Description
The Hi-Tip kit consists of a pantograph frame (1) operated by
a multi-stage telescopic cylinder (2) equipped with a safety
valve for protection against sudden drops. The top frame can
accommodate a standard bucket provided with a protective
border (3), also when mounted on the self-loading shovel
specifically designed for this kit.
The kit’s design makes it possible to reach an unloading
height of approx. 1.6 metres, which is ideal for unloading onto
medium-size trucks or into the specific containers. The kit can
be installed on machines Carry107 with expandable
undercarriage.
Use
Use the tipping bucket accessory and the self-loading shovel as described in the machine's user
manual.
ATTENTION. In the Hi-Tip configuration, the machine's centre of gravity is lifted up, reducing its
stability in particular work conditions. The machine can work on compact surfaces with slight
bumps and moderate slopes with inclinations no greater than 12%. When working on very bumpy
ground or covered with rocks and stones or on extremely soft ground, the machine must be driven
carefully and in very low speed, using just one gear. NEVER CAUSE blows to the crawlers or to
the machine with sudden stops or accelerations.

•While traveling with load on machine, always use the lower frame on expansion
configuration.
•NEVER travel with the Hi-Tip kit in the raised position. If the centre of gravity is too high,
the machine becomes highly prone to tipping over.
•Raise the accessory ONLY when close to the point of discharge and ONLY when the
machine is standing on firm, level ground.
•ABSOLUTELY NEVER RAISE the accessory when the machine is on a slope!
•Always make sure that there are no persons inside the working area.

Precautions while driving on slopes
Dumping
To perform dumping, move the machine close to the desired spot
keeping the tipping bucket low. Lift the tipping bucket to the requested
height by manoeuvering the specific lever (1), then, if necessary,
approach the dumping spot by moving forward carefully at low speed.
Tip the bucket carefully, performing the manoeuvres required as
shown in point 2.1.3 of the machine user manual.
When you need to leave the accessory in the raised position for relatively long periods (e.g., when
performing maintenance), apply the safety device (1) by turning it towards the inside of the frame
so that it blocks the pantograph.
Maintenance
Inspect the equipment daily. Wash off any dirt or debris from the runner guides. Check for oil leaks.
Make sure there are no damaged or worn-out parts, and repair or replace if necessary. Periodically
check the tightness of the bolts and the conditions of the cylinders and hydraulic hoses.
Lubricate the bushings on the joints following the lubrication schedule for the machine.

•Make sure that no one is close or within the range of action of the vehicle.
•Reduce engine speed.
•Select forward movement in one gear proceeding at moderate and constant speed.
•Move with the crawlers in the direction of the slope and not sideways.
•Do not change direction.
•When stopping, do not release the levers immediately but move them to neutral.

HI-TIP KIT (HT) INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The following instructions apply only when installing the kit on machines on the worksite.
Install the kit in an adequately equipped workshop provided with hoisting equipment. Bring the
machine close to the hoisting equipment. Stop the engine. Remove the accessory from its housing
(see sect. 2.8). Start the engine and raise the accessory-holder frame. Stop the engine. Attach the
accessory holder to the hoisting equipment.
Depressurize the hydraulic circuit (see sect. 3.6.4). Disconnect the lifting cylinder from the
accessory holder.
Uncouple the support (1) from
the frame base and take it
completely out. Disconnect the
hydraulic hoses from the lifting
cylinder (2) and close them
using G1/4 plugs. Mark the
hose fastened to the bottom
connection. Use an appropriate
container to collect the oil that
comes out.
Warning! Do not disperse oil in
the environment. Used oil must
be disposed of as required by
law.
Remove the cylinder (2) from
the frame base. Remove the
rubber bumpers (3) and (4).
Remove the front casing (5) on
the bucket side.
Place the HT bottom
frame (5) on the
machine’s frame base
and secure it using the
screws, washers and
nuts (6) previously
removed and the screws,
washers and nuts (7)
supplied.
Fasten the control valve
(8) supplied with the kit to
the RH side of the guide
frame using the knob-
head screws.

Disconnect the hose (9) from the port
(10) of the control valve of the machine
and connect to the hose (11)
(1130723010) to the port (12) of the HT
control valve. Connect the hose (13)
(1130723012) of the port (10) of the
control valve on the machine. Connect
the hose (14) (1130723011) on the
discharge port (15) of the control valve
to the discharge (16) on the machine.
Lift the Hi Tip kit and place it on the
frame base. Fasten it using the screws,
nuts and washers provided. Connect the
hose (17) (1130723009) to the multi-
stage lifting cylinder and fasten it to the
frame with the clamp (18). Start the
engine and raise the Hi Tip kit using the
lever on the control valve. Stop the
engine and apply the safety device.
Connect the hose that was disconnected
from the cylinder bottom to the hose on
the kit marked in red, and connect the
hose that was disconnected from the
cylinder head to the hose marked in
grey.
In case a self-loading shovel is used,
proceed as follows:
- disconnect the male coupling from the
hose of the circuit on the machine and connect it to the
hose marked in white on the HT kit;
- connect the quick-action coupling to the other end;
- disconnect the female coupling from the hose of the circuit
on the machine and connect it to the hose marked in blue
on the HT kit. Connect the quick-action coupling to the
other end;
- start the engine, release the safety and lower the
pantograph frame. Stop the engine;
- install and fasten the accessory (see sect. 2.8.2). Start the
engine and tip the accessory.
If a self-loading shovel is used, attach the quick-action
couplings. Carry out a few manoeuvres, bringing the
cylinders to the end-of-stroke position. Make sure the
equipment responds as expected and check for any oil leaks. If
the manoeuvres are not performed as expected, invert the
relevant hoses. If you notice any leaks, tighten the couplings.
Note: Clean and remove every trace of oil.
Remove the hose window on the front casing. Install the U-section
seal (19). Put the casing in place and fasten it with the screws
(20). Apply the “HT Up/Down” sticker close to the HT control
valve. Fasten the bucket side extension (21) with the screws
supplied (22) after drilling the holes using the extension as
reference.

KIT HI-TIP (DÉVERSEMENT ÉLEVÉ)
Description
Le kit Hi-Tip est composé d'un châssis à pantographe (1)
actionné par un vérin télescopique (2) avec soupape de
sécurité en descente. Le châssis supérieur peut accueillir la
benne standard, dotée d'un dispositif de protection
spécifique (3) même dans la configuration avec pelle
chargeuse spécialement prévue pour ce kit.
La configuration particulière permet d'atteindre une hauteur
de déversement d'environ 1,6 mètre, qui est optimale en cas
de déchargement sur un camion de dimensions moyennes
ou dans les bennes spécifiques. Le kit peut être installé sur
les machines Carry107 avec le porteur extensible.
Utilisation
Utiliser l'accessoire benne et la pelle auto-chargeuse dans les modalités décrites dans le manuel
de la machine.
ATTENTION. Avec la configuration HT, le barycentre de la machine est relevé, ce qui réduit sa
stabilité dans des conditions de travail particulières. La machine peut fonctionner sur des surfaces
compactes ayant de légères irrégularités et ondulations avec des pentes inférieures à 12%. Si l'on
travaille sur un terrain très irrégulier ou recouvert de pierres et de roches ou très souple et instable,
le transfert doit être effectué avec précaution à une vitesse très lente en utilisant une vitesse. NE
JAMAIS CAUSER de coups aux chenilles ou à la machine avec des arrêts ou des accélérations
inattendus.

•Tout en voyageant avec la charge sur la machine, toujours utiliser le châssis inférieur
avec la configuration de l’expansion.
•Ne JAMAIS se déplacer avec le kit Hi-Tip soulevé. Le barycentre en position haute rend
l'engin particulièrement instable lors du basculement.
•N'effectuer le levage QU'à proximité du point de déchargement et UNIQUEMENT sur un
terrain compact et plat.
•Ne jamais effectuer le levage sur des terrains pentus!
•S'assurer de l'absence de toute personne dans la zone de travail.

Précaution durant les transferts en pente
Déchargement
Pour effectuer le déchargement, s'approcher avec la machine à
l'endroit souhaité en tenant l'accessoire positionné vers le bas.
Soulever l'accessoire à la hauteur demandée en manœuvrant avec
le levier (1) prévu à cet effet, par conséquent, si nécessaire,
s'approcher au point de déchargement en avançant avec précaution
à basse vitesse.
Basculer l'accessoire avec précaution en effectuant les manœuvres
nécessaires comme reporté au point 2.1.3 du manuel de la
machine.
Si l'outil devait rester longtemps en position haute (par exemple durant l'entretien), il est
nécessaire d'activer le mécanisme de blocage (1) en le tournant vers l'intérieur du châssis de
manière à bloquer le mouvement du pantographe.
Entretien
Contrôler l'équipement tous les jours. Éliminer toute trace de saleté ou de dépôt de matériau sur
les rails des roues de guidage. S'assurer de l'absence de toute fuite d'huile. S'assurer de l'absence
de toute partie endommagée ou usée. Remplacer ou réparer si nécessaire. Contrôler
périodiquement le serrage des vis, le bon état des vérins et des tuyaux hydrauliques
Lubrifier les douilles des articulations selon la fréquence des lubrifications prévue pour l'engin.

•Vérifier qu'il n'y ait personne aux alentours ou dans le rayon d'action de la machine.
•Réduire le régime de tours du moteur.
•Sélectionner l'avancement avec une vitesse en procédant à une vitesse modérée et constante.
•Se déplacer avec les chenilles mises dans le sens de la pente et pas en transversale.
•Ne pas changer la direction de marche.
•
En cas d'arrêt ne pas lâcher les leviers instantanément mais les remettre en position
neutre.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE DU KIT HI-TIP (HT)
Les instructions fournies ci-après ne sont nécessaires qu'en cas de montage sur des engins in
situ.
Effectuer le montage du kit dans un atelier équipé et doté de moyens de levage. Positionner
l'engin près d'un moyen de levage. Arrêter le moteur. Extraire l'accessoire de son logement (voir
point 2.8). Faire démarrer le moteur et soulever le châssis porte-accessoires. Arrêter le moteur.
Accrocher le porte-accessoires au moyen de levage. Dépressuriser le circuit hydraulique (voir
point 3.6.4). Dégager le vérin de levage du porte-accessoires.
Démonter complètement le
support en (1) du châssis de
base. Démonter les tuyaux
hydrauliques du vérin de levage
(2) et les fermer avec des
bouchons G1/4. Différencier le
tuyau fixé au raccord du fond.
Récupérer dans un bac
collecteur les éventuelles fuites
d'huile.
Attention! Ne pas jeter l'huile
dans la nature. Éliminer l'huile
usée conformément aux
normes en vigueur.
Dégager le vérin (2) du châssis
de base. Enlever les pare-
chocs en caoutchouc (3) et (4).
Enlever le carter avant (5) côté
benne.
Positionner le châssis
inférieur HT (5) sur le
châssis de base de
l'engin en le fixant à
l'aide des vis, rondelles
et écrous (6) démontés
précédemment et avec
les vis, rondelles et
écrous (7) fournis.
Fixer le distributeur (8)
fourni avec le kit sur le
côté droite du châssis de
guidage à l'aide des vis à
poignée.

Déconnecter le tuyau (9) sur la porte
(10) du distributeur de l'engin et le
raccorder au tuyau (11) (1130723010)
sur la porte (12) du distributeur HT.
Connecter le tuyau (13) (1130723012)
à la porte (10) sur le distributeur de
l'engin et le tuyau (14) (1130723011)
sur la porte de décharge (15) du
distributeur au tuyau de décharge (16)
de l'engin.
Soulever le kit Hi Tip et le positionner
sur le châssis de base. Fixer à l'aide
des vis, écrous et rondelles prévus à
cet effet. Raccorder le tuyau (17)
(1130723009) au vérin de levage
télescopique et le fixer au châssis à
l'aide du collier spécifique (18). Faire
démarrer le moteur et soulever le kit Hi
Tip à l'aide du levier du distributeur.
Arrêter le moteur et activer le
mécanisme de blocage.
Raccorder le tuyau déconnecté du fond
du vérin au tuyau rouge du kit,
raccorder le tuyau déconnecté de la
tête du vérin au tuyau gris.
En cas de présence du système pour
pelle chargeuse, procéder comme suit:
- démonter le raccord mâle du tuyau du circuit à bord de
l'engin et le fixer au tuyau blanc du kit HT ;
- fixer le raccord rapide à l'autre extrémité;
- démonter le raccord femelle du tuyau du circuit à bord de
l'engin et le fixer au tuyau bleu du kit HT. Fixer le raccord
rapide à l'autre extrémité;
- faire démarrer le moteur, enlever le dispositif d'arrêt et
baisser le châssis à pantographe. Arrêter le moteur;
- monter et accrocher l'accessoire (voir point 2.8.2). Faire
démarrer le moteur et basculer l'accessoire.
En cas de pelle chargeuse, fixer les raccords rapides.
Effectuer plusieurs fois toutes les manœuvres en amenant
les vérins en fin de course. S'assurer de la bonne exécution
des manœuvres et de l'absence de toute fuite d'huile. En
cas de manœuvres incorrectes, inverser les tuyaux en question.
En cas de fuites, serrer à fond les raccordements.
NOTE: Nettoyer et éliminer toute trace d’huile.
Enlever le volet passe-tuyaux du carter avant. Appliquer le joint
en «U» (19). Positionner le carter dans son logement et le fixer à
l'aide des vis (20) prévues à cet effet.
Appliquer l'étiquette autocollante «montée/descente HT» à
proximité du distributeur HT.
Fixer la rallonge (21) des bords de la benne à l'aide des vis (22)
fournies après avoir réalisé les perçages en utilisant la rallonge
comme référence.

Die Hi-Tip-Ausrüstung besteht aus einem pantographförmigen
Rahmen (1), der über einen Zylinder mit mehrstufigem Auszug
(2) mit Abbremsventil beim Absenken bewegt wird. Der obere
Rahmen kann die Standard-Mulde, ausgestattet mit
entsprechender Schutzvorrichtung (3), aufnehmen, auch in der
Konfigurierung der Ladeschaufel speziell für diese Ausstattung.
Die besondere Konfigurierung erlaubt es eine Abladehöhe von
ca. 1,6 m erreichen, was für Lastfahrzeuge mittlerer Größe
oder für entsprechende Mulden optimal geeignet ist. Die
Ausstattung kann an maschinen Carry107 mit
spurversteelbaren unterwagen.
Verwendung
Die Ausrüstung Mulde und Ladeschaufel wie im Maschinenhandbuch beschrieben verwenden.
ACHTUNG. In der Ausführung HT liegt der Schwerpunkt der Maschine höher, wodurch sich unter
bestimmten Arbeitsbedingungen die Stabilität verringert. Die Maschine kann auf kompakten
Oberflächen mit leichten Unebenheiten oder Bodenwellen und Gefälle nicht über 12% betrieben
werden. Bei Arbeiten auf sehr unebenem, von Steinen oder Fels bedecktem oder weichem und
nachgiebigem Gelände muss der Transport vorsichtig und sehr langsam im 1-Gang-Antrieb
erfolgen. VERURSACHEN SIE KEIN Rucken der Raupenketten oder der Maschine durch
plötzliches Bremsen oder Beschleunigen.

Typenschild
•Während der fahrt mit Last auf Maschine, immer den unteren Rahmen auf expansions
Konfiguration.
•Die Maschine darf NIEMALS bewegt werden, wenn die Hi-Tip-Ausstattung angehoben ist.
Befindet sich der Schwerpunkt der Maschine oben, wird diese besonders instabil und es
besteht Umkippgefahr.
•Es darf NUR nach des Abladepunktes und NUR auf festem und flachen Untergrund
angehoben werden.
•Der Hebevorgang darf auf keinen Fall an Gefällen erfolgen!
•
Prüfen, dass sich niemand im Arbeitsbereich befindet.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen während Gefällefahrten
Abladen
Zum Abladen an die gewünschte Stelle heranfahren und dabei die
Ausrüstung unten positionieren. Die Ausrüstung auf die notwendige
Höhe bringen, indem diese über den entsprechenden Hebel (1)
bewegt wird. Danach vorsichtig und mit niedriger Geschwindigkeit an
die Abwurfstelle heranfahren.
Das Zubehör vorsichtig kippen, wofür die notwendigen Manöver, wie
in Punkt 2.1.3. beschrieben, ausgeführt werden.
Sollte die Vorrichtung für einen längeren Zeitraum angehoben bleiben (z. B. während
Wartungsarbeit), muss eine Sicherung eingesetzt werden, indem diese zum Inneren des Rahmens
hin gedreht wird, wodurch die Bewegung des Pantografs verhindert wird.
Wartung
Die Ausrüstung muss täglich inspiziert werden. Eventuell Schmutz oder Ablagerungen von den
Führungen der Gleiträder entfernen. Kontrollieren, dass keine Öl-Leckagen vorhanden sind.
Prüfen, dass keine beschädigten oder verschlissenen Bauteile vorhanden sind. Eventuell einen
Austausch oder eine Reparatur vornehmen. Der Anzug der Befestigungsschrauben muss
regelmäßig kontrolliert werden, sowie dass sich Zylinder und Hydraulikleitungen in gutem Zustand
befinden. Die Schmierung der Gelenkzapfen mit derselben Regelmäßigkeit der Schmierung der
Maschine durchführen.

• Die 1-Gang-Vorwärtsbewegung auswählen und mit niedriger, konstanter

• Beim Anhalten die Hebel nicht plötzlich loslassen, sondern sie in die Neutralposition bringen.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG DER HI-TIP-AUSRÜSTUNG (HT)
Die im Folgenden aufgeführte Anleitung sind nur notwendig, wenn die Montage an Maschinen
erfolgt, die bereits benutzt werden. Die Montage der Ausstattung in einer Werkstatt vornehmen, die
mit einer Hebevorrichtung ausgestattet ist. Die Maschine nahe der Hebevorrichtung positionieren.
Den Motor ausschalten. Das Zubehör aus seinem Sitz entfernen (siehe Punkt 2.8). Motor
einschalten und den Rahmen anheben, der das Zubehör aufnehmen soll. Den Motor ausschalten.
Die Zubehörhalterung an der Hebevorrichtung einhaken. Den Druck aus dem Hydraulikkreislauf
nehmen (siehe Punkt 3.6.4). Den Hubzylinder von der Zubehörhalterung nehmen.
Die Halterung (1) vom Rahmen der
Basis abmontieren und diese
vollständig abnehmen. Die
Hydraulikleitungen vom Hubzylinder
(2) nehmen und die Deckel G1/4
schließen. Die am Zylinderboden
befestigte Leitung kennzeichnen.
Eventuelle Ölrückstände in einem
Behälter sammeln.
Achtung! Öl darf nicht in die
Umwelt gelangen. Altöl muss
gemäß den geltenden Gesetzen
entsorgt werden.
Den Zylinder (2) vom Basisrahmen
entfernen. Die Stoßfänger aus
Gummi (3) und (4) entfernen. Das
Frontgehäuse (5) Seite Mulde
entfernen.
Den unteren Rahmen HT
(5) auf dem Basisrahmen
der Maschine positionieren
und mit den Schrauben,
Unterlegscheiben und
Muttern (6) befestigen, die
vorher entfernt wurden
sowie mithilfe der
Schrauben,
Unterlegscheiben und
Muttern (7), die in der
Ausstattung enthalten sind.
Den in der Ausstattung
enthaltenen Verteilen (8) an
der rechten Seite des
Führungsrahmens
befestigen, wofür die
entsprechenden Schrauben
mit Drehkopf verwendet
werden.

Die Leitung (9) vom Zugang (10) des
Verteilers der Maschine nehmen und an die
Leitung (11) (1130723010) am Zugang (12)
des Verteilers HT anschließen. Die Leitung
(13) (1130723012) an den Zugang (10) am
Verteiler der Maschine anschließen und die
Leitung (14) (1130723011) am
Ablasszugang (15) des Verteilers an den
Ablass (16) der Maschine anschließen. Die
Hi Tip-Ausstattung anheben und auf dem
Basisrahmen positionieren. Die
entsprechenden Schrauben, Mutter und
Unterlegscheiben befestigen. Die Leitung
(17) (1130723009) am Hubzylinder mit
mehrstufigem Auszug anschließen, und den
Rahmen mithilfe der entsprechenden
Schelle (18) befestigen. Den Motor
anlassen und die Hi Tip-Ausstattung
anheben, indem der entsprechende Hebel
des Verteilers betätigt wird. Den Motor
ausschalten und die Sicherung einfügen.
Die vom Zylinderboden abgenommene
Leitung mit der roten Leitung der
Ausstattung verbinden und die vom
Zylinderkopf abgenommene Leitung an der
grauen Leitung anschließen. Bei Anlagen
mit Ladeschaufeln muss wie folgt vorgegangen werden:
- das Außengewinde der Kreislaufleitung der Maschine
abnehmen und dieses mit der weißen Leitung der HT-
Ausstattung verbinden;
- den Schnellanschluss am anderen Ende befestigen;
- das Innengewinde der Kreislaufleitung der Maschine
abnehmen und dieses mit der blauen Leitung der HT-
Ausstattung verbinden; Den Schnellanschluss am anderen
Ende befestigen;
- den Motor einschalten, Sicherung lösen und den
pantographförmigen Rahmen absenken. Den Motor
ausschalten;
- das Zubehör (siehe Punkt 2.8.2) montieren und einhaken.
Den Motor einschalten und das Zubehör umkippen.
Bei Selbstladeschaufel müssen die Schnellanschlüsse verbunden
werden. Alle Manöver mehrmals ausführen, wobei die Zylinder
ihren Endanschlag erreicht müssen. Die genaue Entsprechung der
Manöver kontrollieren und prüfen, dass kein Öl austritt. Sollten
Manöver nicht entsprechen, müssen die entsprechenden
Leitungen vertauscht werden. Sollte Öl austreten, müssen die
Kupplungsstellen bis zum Anschlag festgezogen werden.
Anmerkung: Es müssen alle Ölrückstände entfernt werden.
Die Durchführungsöffnung für Leitungen vom Frontgehäuse entfernen. Die „U"-Dichtung (19) anbringen.
Das Gehäuse an seinem Sitz positionieren und mithilfe der entsprechenden Schrauben (20) befestigen.
Das Klebeschild „Heben/Senken HT" nahe des HT-Verteilers anbringen. Die Verlängerung der
Muldenbordwände (21) mithilfe der der Ausstattung beiliegenden Schrauben (22) befestigen, nachdem
die notwendige Bohrung ausgeführt wurde. Hierfür die Verlängerung als Bezug verwenden.
