2. Machine
-Thecouplingmustbedoneonlyon thepoints provided forthis purposeinaccordancewith
safetystandards.
-Prohibit usingthemachineas means oftransportofpeople, animals orobjects.
-Themachineshould bein perfectworkingcondition, maintained with originalparts.
-Itis strictlyprohibited to makemodifications on themachinewithoutauthorization ofthe
manufacturer.
3. Utilization
-Prudence is required duringtheattachmentofthemachineto thetractorand duringits
uncoupling.
-Themaintenance, thecleaningas well as theadjustments mustbemadeonlyiftheengine
ofthetractoris turned offand theignition keyis removed.
-Makesure thatno oneis in theoperatingarea ofthemachine.

PREPARATIONANDSTARTUP

Before anywork, makeoil levelofthegear boxcasingup withoil HD 80W90, do notovertighten
theplugto avoid thedeformation ofthegasket
After 30 hoursofwork, replacetheoil ofthegearbox,fillwithoil80W90and checkthequantity
ofwhich is poured byusingthelevelofgauge
Locatetheoperation after100 hours ofwork, oreveryyear
Therotation and thenumber ofrevolutions ofthetractorPTOand themachinemustbethesame
speed 540 t/min
Thespeedthatisdifferentfromthosewhichareindicatedcancauseimportantdamagestothe
operatorand themachine
REPLACEMENTOFTHE BLADES
Before anyrepairon themachine,makesure thattheengineofthetractor,thecardanjointofthe
PTOand all theparties inmovementbestopped
Check thecondition oftheblades and replace thosedamaged ones to ensureaperfectfit
Forthereplacementoftheblades,putthefinishingmoweron solid supports, loosen thenutN04 to
see planebelow,removetheshaftoftheblade,replace it bycenteringtheholeofthebladeon the
shaft,tightenthenutN04byinterposingthewasher N03, thetighteningshouldalwaysbeatleast
10kg/fm.
Every10-12 hoursofworkgreasethesupportsofthebladeand theaxesofwheelswithgrease
EP2
After theworkiscompleted, thoroughlywash themachinetokeepit inperfectcondition, makea
lubrication after everywash
Onlyuseoriginalcuttingbladestoensure yoursafetyand thatofothers(also foraquestion of
guarantee)
CARDAN JOINTOFTRANSMISSION
Onlyusethecardan joints with theprotections ofCE
Once theapparatus isfixedtothetractor,checktheexactlengthofthecardanshaft,ifit istoo
longtoequaltheexternalprotections atfirst,thenthetubesoftransmissionofthecardanjointby
cleaningthemproperly
VERYIMPORTANT:duringthevarious workingpositions, thetubesofthetransmission ofthe
cardan jointofshaftshould beinserted onein theother atleast150mm(diagrambelow)

Repeatthis checkwhen thetoolis fixed to another tractor
Theprotections ofthecardanjointmustbeingood condition and beattachedduringtherotation
ofthisone,usethechains thatisprovidedforthispurpose,foryoursafety,replacetheprotections
ofthecardan jointimmediatelyas soon as theyaredamaged
Whenthemachineisstopped, usetheextra chainthatissuppliedwiththecardanjoint,so thatthis
lastoneis notbased on thefloor
Whenyou fixthecardanjointon thetractorand themachine, makesure it is securelylocked
