Your Lunar Lantern projector is an entertaining electron-
ic device, it has the ability to transform a room, project-
ing stars and floating clouds onto your ceiling and walls.

1. Remove the protective film from the laser aperture.
2. Connect the power supply into a standard electrical
outlet socket.
3. Connect to your Wi-Fi (This is not essential).

How to connect to a Wi-Fi
connection

• To initiate Quick Mode configuration, press and hold
the power button on the side of the Lunar Lantern
Projector for 6 seconds until the blue light blinks
rapidly.
• Go to the ‘Smart Life’ app and tap the icon “+” on the
top right, choose any device, press ‘enter’ into
‘Add Device’.

3. Install the Smart Life App for either iOS or Android.
Once downloaded the app will ask you to register
your device. Enter your mobile phone number and
your email address. Select the Country in which you
live. You will receive a text to your mobile with your
registration code.
4. If you choose the email option you will be asked to
create a password.

• Follow the in-app instructions to connect the Lunar
Lantern Projector to your Wi-Fi network.

Please remember to choose the fast blinking option.

• Once connected the app will prompt you to
connect, now you’re connected press ‘Done’.
• You can now control your Lunar Lantern projector
from your smartphone using the ‘Smart Life’ app.
• Once the configuration has been completed the
indicator light on your projector will remain on, and
the projector will be added to the ‘Device List’.
• Make sure ‘Bluetooth’ is activated on your smart-
phone.
• Hold the button on the Lunar Lantern projector for 6
seconds until the blue light blinks rapidly.
• Enter the ‘add device’ section on your smartphone.
Then press ‘Go to add’.
• Enter your Wi-Fi password and press ‘Next’ to add
your device.
• Once connected the App will prompt you to con-
nect, once connected press ‘Done’.
• Launch the ‘Smart Life’ app on your smartphone.
Sign in to your account and make sure ‘Mini Smart
Star Projector’ is on the device list.
• Minimise the ‘Smart Life’ app, and launch the Alexa
app. Sign in to your Alexa app account. You will need
at least one smart speaker controlled device like the
Amazon Echo Dot etc to make this work.
• In the upper left corner of the Home page press the
app menu button. Select ‘Skills’ from the options.

• Type in ‘Smart Life’ in the search and press the
search button next to it.
• Go back to the app menu section and then select
‘Smart home’.
• In the ‘Smart Home’ page you can group your
devices. Your ‘Smart Life’ app has now been paired
with Alexa. This will allow you to control your Lunar
Lantern Projector through Alexa.

• Launch the Google Home app and make sure you
have a Google Home Speaker installed. If not then
you’ll have to install this.
• Once Google Home is installed go to the app menu
button in the upper left corner. Then press ‘Home
Control’ in the menu.
