- Wartung, Anpassungen oder Reperaturarbeiten dürfen nur von
Fachkräften oder in einer Fachwerkstatt ausgeführt werden.
Die mitgelieferten Komponenten sind ausschließlich für eine Montage
an einer massiven Stein- und Betonwand geeignet. Sollte die
Beschaffenheit der Wand abweichen, müssen Sie entsprechendes
Montagematerial benutzen. Wir raten Ihnen in diesem Fall eine
Fachkraft für die Montage hinzuzuziehen.
DRUCKFEHLER UND TECHNISCHE ÄNDERUNGEN VORBEHALTEN
IMPORTANT: Ensure you have received all parts against the component checklist prior to installing. If any parts
are missing or faulty, telephone the special franchiser for a placement.
Warning: A minimum of two qualified people are required for this operation.
• Hook the TV mounted display brackets over the top of the wall plate as shown in fig. 4.1.
• Tighten the safety screws on the display brackets with a proper screw driver.
As shown in fig. 4.1.
Important: Make sure the TV is correctly hooked and the safety locking screws are locked safely before loosening the TV.
1a WOOD STUD WALL MOUNTING:
WARNING
• Make sure that the supporting surface will safety support the combined load of the equipment and all attached hardware and
components.
• Tighten wood screws firmly, but do not over tighten. Over tightening can damage the screws, greatly reducing their holding power.
• Make sure that mounting screws are anchored into the center of the stunds. Use of an „edge to edge“ stud finder is highly
recommended.
• Hardware provided is for attachment of mount through standard thickness drywall or plaster into studs. Installers are responsible to
provide hardware for other types of mounting situations.
• Wall plate can be mounted to two studs. Use a stud finder to locate the edges of the studs. Use of an edge-to-edge stud finder is
highly recommended. Based on their edges, draw a vertical line down each stud’s center.
• Place wall plate on wall as a template. And mark the center of the four mounting holes. Make sure that the mounting holes are on the
stud centerline.
• Drill four 1/8” (3mm) dia. Holes 1.2” (30mm) deep, secure it using four lag bolts
(W-A) and four M6 washers (W-C) as shown in fig. 1.1.
1b SOLID BRICK AND CONCRETE BLOCK MOUNTING:
WARNING
• When installing wall mounts on cinder block, verify that you have a minimum of 1-3/8” of actual concrete thickness in the hole to be
used for the concrete anchors. Do not drill into mortar joints! Be sure to mount in a solid part of the block, generally 1” minimum from
the side of the block. It is suggested electric drill on slow setting is used to drill the hole instead of a hammer drill to avoid breaking out
the back of the hole when entering a void or cavity.
• Installer must verify that the supporting surface will safely support the combined load of the equipment and all attached hardware and
components.
• Use the wall plate as a template to mark four holes locations on the wall. Two in the top row slots and two more in the bottom row, as
shown in fig.1.2.
• Pre-drill these holes with a 10mm masonry bit to at least 60mm in depth. Insert a concrete anchor (W-B) into each of these holes.
Attach the wall plate to the wall using four lag bolts (W-A) and four M6 washers (W-C), as shown in fig.1.3.
2.Assembling Adapter Brackets
• Screw the safety screws on the adapter brackets as shown in fig.2.1.
3.Installing Adapter Brackets
• To prevent scratching the screen, set a cloth on a flat, level surface that will support the weight of the screen.
• Place screen face side down. Place adapter brackets on the back of screen, align to holes, and center on back of screen, as shown
in fig.3.1.
• Attach the adapter brackets to the back of the screen using the appropriate combination of screws, washers, as shown in fig.3.2.
Screw must make at least three full turns into mounting hole and fit snug into place. Do not over tighten.

Safety instructions
The fixing material supplied is only suitable for walls made from stone, concrete, hollow blocks and solid wood. Walls made from other
materials requires different fixing materials.

Warnung / Hinweis
Montage an einer Holzwand
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wand an der die Halterung befestigt werden soll,
das Gewicht der Geräte und aller montierenden Komponenten tragen kann.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Schrauben nicht zu fest anziehen. Dies könnte
zu Beschädigungen an den Schrauben führen und die Belastbarkeit der
Schrauben verringern bzw. beeinträchtigen.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Schrauben in der Mitte eines Holzbalkens
befestigt werden.
• Benutzen Sie einen Holzbalkenfinder und markieren Sie die Stellen an denen
sich die Holzbalken befinden.
• Die Halterung muss an zwei Holzbalken befestigt werden, wie in Bild 1.1
• Benutzen Sie die Halterung als Schablone und markieren Sie die
vier Bohrlöcher.
Achten Sie darauf, dass sich die Löcher auf den Holzbalken befinden.
• Schrauben Sie die 3mm Holzschrauben (W-A) rund 30mm tief und benutzen
Sie die Unterlegscheiben (W-C), wie in Bild 1.1 dargestellt.
Warnung / Hinweis
Montage an Beton- und Ziegelwänden:
•
wollen, dass die Bohrlöcher eine tatsächliche Dicke von 3-9mm haben.
Bohren Sie nicht in Mörtelfugen! Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Halterung an
einer massiven Stelle des Betonklotzes befestigt wird und mindestens einen
Abstand von 2,5cm vom Rand hat. Bohren Sie die Löcher nicht mit einem
Schlagbohrer. Dies kann dazu führen, dass das Bohrloch brüchig wird. So
können die Schrauben keinen festen Halt finden und eventuell ein Teil der
Tragfähigkeit verlieren.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wand an der die Halterung befestigt werden soll,
das Gewicht der Geräte und aller montierenden Komponenten tragen kann.
• Benutzen Sie die Halterung als Schablone und markieren Sie die vier
Bohrlöcher. Zwei in der Oberen und zwei in der Unteren Reihe, wie in Bild 1.2
dargestellt.
• Bohren Sie die Löcher mit einem 10mm Steinbohrer rund 60mm tief. Führen
Sie in jedes Bohrloch einen Dübel (W-B) ein. Halten Sie die Halterung an die
Wand und befestigen Sie diese mit den Schrauben W-A und die
Unterlegscheiben W-C, wie in Bild 1.3 dargestellt.
Achten Sie darauf, wenn Sie die Halterung an einen Betonklotz befestigen

•Drehen Sie die Sicherheitsschrauben in die Adapterschienen,
wie in Bild 2.1 dargestellt.

Damit keine Beschädigungen am Display entstehen, empfehlen wir eine Decke
oder weiches Kleidungsstück über die Vorderseite des TV Gerätes zu legen.
Legen Sie Ihr TV Gerät vorsichtig mit der Vorderseite auf den Boden und
befestigen Sie die Adapterschienen, wie in Bild 3.1 dargestellt.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Schrauben mit mindestens 3 vollen Umdrehungen
anziehen. Bitte achten Sie auch darauf, dass die Schrauben nicht zu fest
angezogen werden. Dies könnte zu Beschädigungen an den Schrauben führen
und die Belastbarkeit der Schrauben verringern bzw. beeinträchtigen.
Die Montage des TV-Gerätes an der Wand
Warnung / Hinweis: Wir empfehlen für diesen Schritt mindestens zwei
Erwachsene Personen zur Montage bereit stehen zu haben!
• Hängen Sie Ihr TV Gerät mit den Adapterschienen an die obere Kante der
Wandhalterung, wie in Bild 4.1 dargestellt.
• Drehen Sie die Sicherheitsschrauben fest. Bitte lassen sie den Bildschirm
noch nicht los!
Wichtig: Nachdem Sie die Sicherheitsschrauben festgedreht haben, lassen Sie
Ihr TV Gerät noch nicht los. Bitte überprüfen Sie noch einmal ob Ihr TV Gerät
richtig eingehackt ist und ob beide Sicherheitsschrauben fest angedreht sind.
Sicherheitshinweis
Alle mitgelieferten Materialien eignen sich nur
für Wände aus Stein, Beton 󰾬󰾬und Massivholz.
Wände aus anderer Beschaffenheit erfordern
unterschiedlichere Befestigungsmaterialen.
Wichtig: Bitte vergleichen Sie das mitgelieferte Montagematerial mit dem in dieser
Anleitung abgebildeten Lieferumfang. Benutzen Sie niemals defektes Montagematerial.
