1) KULLANIM ŞARTLARI
TERMS OF USE
Bu tanıtma ve kullanma kılavuzu, size makinenin kullanımı ve bakımı hakkında genel bilgi vermek
amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Herhangi bir teknik problemle karşılaşmanız durumunda lütfen size en yakın
bayimizi veya yetkili servisimizi arayınız.
This introductory guidelines and operating manual is prepared with the objective to provide you general
information pertaining to the operation and the maintenance of the machine. In case you encounter a
technical problem, please call our nearest distributor or authorized technical service.
1. Bu makine bir çayır biçme makinesi olarak tasarlanmışolup, makine bu kılavuz içerisindeki güvenlik
kurallarına göre kullanılmalıdır.
This machine has been designed as a lawn mower and therefore it should be used in accordance with
the safety rules provided within this manual.
2. Kılavuz içerisinde belirtildiği şekilde kullanılmayan makinelerde meydana gelebilecek hasarlardan
şirketimiz sorumlu değildir. Bu durumda sorumluluk tamamıyla kullanıcıya aittir.
Our company shall not be responsible for damages to the machines due to misuse, contrary to those
instructions specified within the manual. In such a case, the customer will be fully responsible.
3. İmalatçı tarafından tavsiye edilen kullanım, bakım ve tamir malzemeleri makine kullanımının eksiksiz
bir parçasıdır.
The operation, maintenance and repairing equipment recommended by the manufacturer are an integral
part of the operation of the machine.
4. Yalnızca makineyi tanıyan ve tehlikelerden haberdar olan kişiler kullanım, bakım ve onarım yapabilirler.
Only those persons who know the machine well and who are aware of the hazards, may operate, carry
out maintenance and repair the machine.
5. Bu makinede yetkisiz kişilerce ve imalatçı onayı olmadan yapılan değişikliklerin yol açacağı hasarlardan
imalatçı sorumlu değildir.
The manufacturer shall not be responsible for damages that may occur as a result of alterations to the
machine by unauthorized personnel and without the approval of the manufacturer.
2) GÜVENLİKULLANIM KURALLARI
SAFELY OPERATING CONDITIONS
1. Makinenin çalıştırılmasını ve kullanımını tamamıyla anlayana kadar bu kılavuzu okuyunuz. Makinenin
nasıl çalıştırılacağını nasıl kullanılıp kontrol edileceğini ve nasıl durdurulacağını öğreniniz.
Please read this manual until you can completely understand how to operate and use the machine.
Please learn how to operate, how to use and control and how to stop the machine.
2. 18 Yaşından küçükler ve makineyi yeterince tanımayanlar makineyi kullanmamalıdır.
Those persons under the age of 18 and those who do not know the machine well enough should not
operate the machine.
3. Makineyi kullanan operatör, makine ile çalışırken makinenin etrafında insanlar ve diğer eşyalar
olmalıdır. Bu durumdan emin olunmadıkça makine çalıştırılmamalıdır. Oluşabilecek direkt ve dolaylı
hatalardan kullanıcı (Operatör) sorumludur.
When the operator using the machine is working, there should not be other people and objects around
the machine. Unless it is ensured that there aren’t any other people or objects around, the machine
should not be started. The Operator is responsible for all direct and indirect faults that may occur.
4. İnsanlar (özellikle çocuklar), hayvanlar ve diğer eşyaların yakınında iken makine ile kesinlikle
çalışılmamalıdır.
The machine cannot be absolutely operated when other people (and especially children), animals and
other objects are around.

5. Makine ile çalışırken el ve ayak yaralanmalarına karşı maksimum dikkat gösterilmelidir.
When operating the machine, maximum attention should be paid in order to prevent hand and foot
injuries.
6. Makine ile güvenli bir kullanım sağlamak için makine üzerinde daima orijinal yedek parçalar
kullanılmalıdır.
In order to ensure the safe operating of the machine, original spare parts should be used on the machine
at all times.
7. Makine kapalı alanlarda asla çalıştırmamalı ve kullanılmamalıdır. Egzoz gazı sağlığa zararlıdır.
The machine should not be operated and used in closed areas. The exhaust gas is harmful to health.
8. Makine ile çalışırken, kapalı elbiseler ve tamamen kapalı ve sert güvenlikli ayakkabılar giyinmelidir.
When working with the machine, the operator should wear clothes that cover the body completely and
fully closed and hard safety shoes.
9. Ayrıca, Çayır biçme Makinesi ve bıçak grubunda yapılacak herhangi bir bakım veya tadilat işleminde
mutlaka eldiven takılmalıdır.
In addition to this, gloves should be absolutely worn during any maintenance and repair work applied to
the Lawn Mower and the blades.
10. Makine ile çalışmaya başlamadan önce bütün bağlantı elemanlarının sıkılığı kontrol edilmelidir.
The stiffness of all connectors should be controlled before starting to work with the machine.
11. Makine ile çalışmaya başlamadan önce, çalışılacak alandaki taş, tel, cam parçası, genişçalılar, metal
cisimler, ağaç kütükleri vb. temizlenmelidir.
All kinds of rocks, wires, glass, thick bushes, metal objects, tree logs etc. should be cleaned from the site
before starting to operate the machine.
12. Makine üzerindeki güvenlik cihazları iyi durumda değil ise makine çalıştırılmamalıdır.
In case the safety devices on the machine are not in good condition, the machine should not be operated.
13. Makine ile çalışma esnasında, bir cisme çarpılır ise makine durdurulmalı ve hasar kontrol edilmelidir.
When operating the machine, if the machine hits an object, it should be stopped immediately and the
damage should be assessed
14. Makine ile gün ışığında ya da yeterince aydınlatılmışortamda çalışılmalıdır. Yeterinse aydınlatılmamış
ortamlarda makine çalıştırılmamalıdır.
The machine should be operated either during daylight or after the working environment is sufficiently
enlightened. In those places when there isn’t enough lightning, the machine should not be operated.
15. Makine çalışır vaziyetteyken asla kullanıcısız (Operatörsüz) bırakılmamalıdır.
The machine should not be left without a user (operator) while working.
16. Makinenin motoru çalıştırılmadan önce, makine vites kolunun boşta ('N' konumunda) olduğundan emin
olunmalıdır.
You should be sure that the machine’s gearstick is in neutral position (N) before the machine’s engine is
started.
17. Çayır biçme makinesini, makine ile çalışılan alanın dışına hareket ettirilmeden önce, biçme bıçaklarının
çalışmadığından kesinlikle emin olunmalıdır.
Before moving the lawn mower outside the working area, you should be absolutely sure that the mowing
blades are not working.
18. Motor çalışırken makine kesinlikle kaldırılmamalıdır.
The machine should not be lifted when the engine is working.
19. Çayır biçme makinesinde temizlik ve bakım işlemleri yapılmadan ve farklı bir araçla nakledilmeden
önce makinenin motoru kesinlikle durdurulmalıdır.
The engine of the machine should definitely be stopped before the maintenance and cleaning works start
and before the machine is transported with another vehicle.
20. Makine üzerindeki orijinal parçalar çıkarılmamalı, değiştirilmemeli veya tadil ettirilmemelidir.
The original parts on the machine should not be dismantled, changed or modified.
21. Yangın tehlikesinden kaçınmak için aşağıdaki maddelere uyulmalıdır;
In order to prevent a fire hazard, you should comply with the items indicated below

•Yakıt ikmalinde motor ve şasiye yakıt dökülmemesi için genişbir huni kullanılmalıdır.
A wide funnel has to be used during fuel delivery in order to prevent fuel spilling onto the engine and
the chassis.
•Yakıt deposu, depo seviye göstergesine uygun şekilde doldurulmalıdır.
The fuel tank has to be filled in accordance with the tank level indicator.
•Yakıt ihmali yapılırken kesinlikle sigara içilmemeli ve yanıcı maddelerden uzak durulmalıdır.
During fuel delivery, smoking is absolutely prohibited and flammable materials should be absolutely
avoided.
•Yakıt ikmali yapılmadan önce motorun durdurulduğundan emin olunmalıdır.
During fuel delivery, it should be ensured that the engine has been stopped

The lawn mower cannot be operated when there are flammable, explosive and combustible materials
around.
•Makine üzerinde, herhangi bir bakım veya ayar yapmadan önce yakıt deposunda yakıt olup olmadığı
kontrol edilmelidir. Eğer depoda yakıt var ise makine devrilmemelidir.
The fuel tank should be controlled as to whether there is any fuel left within the tank before any kind
of maintenance or adjustment on the machine can be carried out.
22. Makine kesinlikle yokuşaşağı ve yokuşyukarı kullanılmamalıdır. Bu tarz kullanımlardan kesinlikle
kaçınılmalıdır. Makine, max. 20˚meyilli arazide kullanılabilir.
The machine should never be used uphill and downhill. Such usages should be avoided at all times. The
machine may only be used at those lands with a maximum 20˚ slope.
23. Makine ile kenarlarda ve meyil içeren arazilerde çalışılırken, motor yağsız kalabilir. Bu tarz
çalışmalarda makinenin yönü değiştirilirken dikkatli olunmalıdır.
The engine may be left without any oil when the machine is working around the edges and within those
lands that has a slope. During such cases, the operator should pay extra attention when changing the
machine’s direction.
24. Makine motorunun egzoz susturucu ve yakınındaki parçalar 80˚ye kadar ısınabilir. Susturucu yüzeyine
dokunulmamalıdır. Yanma tehlikesine karşı dikkatli olunmalıdır!
The machine’s engine exhaust silencer and the surrounding parts may warm up to 80˚. The silencer’s
surface cannot be touched. Please be careful against any fire hazard!
25. Çayır biçme makinesi, kullanma ve bakım kılavuzunda belirtilen ilerleme hızlarından daha yüksek
hızlarda kullanılmamalıdır.
The lawn mower should not be operated at those moving speed rates that is higher than those indicated
within the operating and maintenance manual.

26. Makine üzerindeki akünün, kutup başları ve terminalleri kurşun, kurşun bileşimleri ve sülfürik asit
içermektedir. Bu nedenle makine üzerindeki akü kullanılamaz duruma geldiğinde çevre için riskli,
tehlikeli bir atıktır. Kullanılmayacak durumda olan aküler hiçbir zaman çöpe atılmamalıdır. Bu aküler,
atık akü toplama yetkisi ve belgesi olan kişi veya kuruluşlara teslim edilmelidir. Akü ile ilgili her türlü
çalışma sonrasında, ciddi sağlık sorunları oluşmaması için eller mutlaka bolca su ve sabun ile
yıkanmalıdır.
The battery on the machine, the battery terminals and stations contain lead, lead compositions and
sulphuric acid. For this reason, when the battery on the machine is no longer usable, it becomes a
hazardous waste, which is risky for the environment. Those batteries that are not usable anymore should
never be thrown away. These batteries should be turned over to those individuals or establishments that
have the authority and the necessary documentation to collect waste batteries. Following all kinds of
work regarding the battery, the hands should be washed with plenty of water and soap in order to
prevent serious health problems.
27. Çayır biçme makinesi yağışlı havalarda ve ıslak zeminlerde kullanılmamalıdır. Makinenin ıslak
zeminlerde kullanılmaması kayma tehlikesi içerebilir. Bu durumda yaralanmalara neden olunabilir.
The lawn mower should not be used during rainy weathers and on wet floors. Using the machine on a
wet floor might yield danger of sliding. In such a case, injuries might occur.
28. Makine elektrik sisteminin tamirinde kullanılacak olan kabloların özellikleri aşağıdaki şekilde olmalıdır.
The cables that are going to be used for the repair of the machine’s electrical system should have the
following features.

Long-term use of the lawn mower should be avoided. In order not to be affected from the vibrations
occurring on the handle lever, the lawn mower should not be operated for a long period. Gloves may be
used during mowing.

riskini önlemek amacıyla kulaklık kullanılmalıdır.
The lawn mower should not be used for a long period. Headphones should be worn when working with the
machine in order to prevent hearing loss risks.
3) GARANTİŞARTLARI
TERMS OF GUARANTEE
TARAL Tarım Makine ve Aletleri Sanayi A.Ş. tarafından imal edilmişolan bu makinenin garanti şartları,
makine ile birlikte verilen Garanti Belgesinde belirtilmiştir. 23.02.1995 tarihli 4077 no'lu Tüketicinin
Korunması Hakkında Kanun ile bu kanuna istinaden yayınlanmışyönetmelik ve tebliğlere göre hazırlanan
bu Garanti Belgesi, Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi Genel
Müdürlüğünce verilmiştir.
The terms of guarantee for this machine, which has been manufactured by TARAL TARIM MAKİNE VE
ALETLERİSANAYİA.Ş. has been specified within the Certificate of Warranty given with the machine. This
Certificate of Warranty has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law number 4077
and dated 23.02.1995 as well as the regulations and declarations published with respect to this law, and it
has been issued by the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance within the
Ministry of Customs and Trade.
1) Bu kılavuzda belirtilen ilk çalıştırma işlemi yapılmadan kullanılması halinde makine garanti kapsamı
dışında kalır.
In case the machine is used without the first start-up operation indicated as part of this manual, the
machine is not warrantable anymore.
2) İmalatçı firmanın sorumluluğu, defo veya imalat hatalarına bağlı olsa bile, makinenin kullanımı
esnasında kişilere ve eşyalara verilen zararı kapsamaz. Buna bağlı olarak dolaylı ve doğrudan verilen
zarar ve hasarı bedeli ödenmeyecektir.
The manufacturer company’s responsibilities do not include the damages to people and objects during
the operation of the machine even though they are caused by flaws or manufacturing defects. In this
regard, the relevant direct and indirect damages and losses will not be compensated.
3) Makine üzerinde damgalanmışseri numarası değiştirilmişise, herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmışise,
makine bir kazaya uğramışise, satın alan sözleşmedeki ödeme yükümlülüklerde gerektiği gibi uymamış
ise, montaj firmanın yetkili elemanları tarafından yapılmamışise, imalatçı firmanın onayı alınmadan
değişiklik veya onarım yapılmışise, garanti geçerli değildir.
The warranty shall not be valid if the stamped serial number on the machine has been altered, modified,
if the machine was involved in an accident, if the purchaser did not fulfill the payment obligations
specified within contract as required, if the installation of the machine had not been done by the
authorized personnel of the company, if modifications or repairs were done without the approval of the
manufacturing company.
4) Herhangi bir anlaşmazlık durumunda, ilgili yasa, yönetmelik ve tebliğlerde belirtildiği üzere, tüketici,
ilgili hakem heyetine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkına sahiptir.
In case of any disputes, the consumer has the right to apply to the related arbitration court and
consumer court as indicated within the relevant legislation, regulation and declarations.
5) Çayır biçme makinesinin kullanım ömrü (10) yıldır.
The expected life of the lawn mower is (10) years.
6) Makinenizle birlikte size TARAL YETKILI SERVIS KITAPÇIĞI verilecektir. Servis ve yedek parça

4) İLK ÇALIŞTIRMA
FIRST OPERATION
Değerli müşterimiz, ürünümüzü kullanmaya başlamadan önce, ürünle birlikte verilen ILK ÇALIŞTIRMA
KUPONU ile birlikte size en yakın TARAL Yetkili Servisine başvurarak makinenizin ILK
ÇALIŞTIRMASINI yaptırınız. Bu işlem için sizden, makineye eklenecek yağ, yakıt vb. sarf malzemeler
dışında herhangi bir ücret talep edilmeyecektir. İlk çalıştırma işlemi esnasında, satın almışolduğunuz
makinenin kullanımı ve bakımı hususunda gerekli bilgiler servis yetkili tarafından verilecektir. TARAL
Yetkili Servisince İlk Çalıştırma İşlemi yapılmamışmakineler GARANTİKAPSAMI DIŞINDA
KALACAKTIR.
Dear customer, before you start using our product, please get your machine’s FIRST START-UP done by
applying to the nearest TARAL Authorized Service together with your FIRST START-UP COUPON that has
been given to you together with the product. A fee will not be demanded from you for this procedur except
for the materials to be added to the machine like oil, fuel, etc. During the first start-up procedure, the
authorized service personnel will provide you with the necessary information related to the operation and
the maintenance of the machine you had bought. Those machines, for which the First Start-up procedure
had not been completed by TARAL Authorized Service, will NOT BE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
5) ÇAYIR BİÇME MAKİNESİNİN ÇALIŞTIRILMASINDA DİKKAT EDİLECEK HUSUSLAR
POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN OPERATING THE LAWN MOWER
5.1. Çayır Biçme Makinesinin Kullanılması:
Operating the Lawn Mower:
19S Çayır biçme makinesi 1 ileri, 1 geri viteslidir.
19S Lawn Mower has 1 forward, 1 reverse gear.
30S Çayır biçme makinesi 2 ileri, 2 geri viteslidir.
30S Lawn Mower has 2 forward, 2 reverse gears.
Çayır biçme makinesi motorunu çalıştırmak için 19S ve 30S model makinelerde aşağıdaki işlem
basamakları izlenmelidir.
In order to get the lawn mower’s engine working, the following steps should be followed for 19S and 30S
models.
19S model çayır biçme makinesi:
19S model lawn mower:
Makineyi çalıştırmak için şekil-1'de görülen makine şanzımanı vitesi (1) ve kesme şanzımanı kuyruk mili
vitesi (2) nötr (boş) konuma alınmalıdır. Daha sonra makine gaz kolu (3) rölanti konumuna alınmalıdır.
Makine debriyaj maneti (4) şekil-1 içerisinde göründüğü konumda olmalıdır. Motoru çalıştırmadan önce,
kolay ilk çalıştırma sağlamak amacı ile dekompresyon tertibatı devreye alınmalıdır. Son olarak motor
starter ipini çekerek çalıştırılmalıdır.
In order to start the machine, the machine’s gearbox’s gear (1) and the scission gearbox tail axle gear
should be at neutral (empty) position as it can bee seen in figure-1. Following this, the machine’s throttle
lever (3) should be brought to idle mode. The machine’s clutch lever (4) should be at the position as it is
shown in figure-1. In order to ensure an easy first start-up the decompression equipment should be switched
on before starting the engine. Finally, the engine should be started by pulling the starter rope.

30S model model lawn mower:
Makineyi çalıştırmak için şekil-2'de görülen makine şanzımanı vitesi (1) ve kesme şanzımanı kuyruk mili
vitesi nötr (boş) konuma alınmalıdır. Daha sonra makine gaz kolu (3) rölanti konumuna alınmalıdır. Makine
debriyaj maneti (4) şekil-2 içerisinde göründüğü konumda olmalıdır. Eğer motor starter ipi ile çalıştırılacak
ise, motoru çalıştırmadan önce, kolay ilk çalıştırma sağlamak amacı ile dekompresyon tertibatı devreye
alınmalıdır. Son olarak motor starter ipini çekerek çalıştırılmalıdır. 30S model çayır biçme makinesi aynı
zamanda marşanahtarı ile de çalıştırılabilmektedir.
In order to start the machine, the machine’s gearbox’s gear (1) and the scission gearbox tail axle gear

engine should be started by pulling the starter rope. 30S model lawn mower may also be started with a
starter key.

Makine didonu yüksekliği şekil-3’de görüldüğü gibi didon ayar kolu (1) ile kolayca ayarlanabilir. Didon
yüksekliği için 4 ayrı konum bulunmaktadır. Bunun için ayar kolu(1) aşağıya doğru bastırılarak, didonun
sabitleme yuvalarından kurtulması sağlanmalıdır. Aynı zamanda didon borusu aşağıya veya yukarıya doğru
hareket ettirilerek uygun konuma getirilmelidir. Burada yaylı sistem olduğundan, didon sabitleme yuvasına
geçip sabitlenmelidir.
The machine handle height can be easily adjusted with a handle adjusting lever (1) as may be seen in
figure-3. There are 4 different positions for the handle height. In order to do this, the adjusting lever (1)
should be pushed down so that the handle may be freed from the immobilization sockets. At the same time,
the handle bar can be moved up and down so that it is adjusted at the most appropriate position. Since there
is a system with springs, the handle should be stabilized after it is positioned within the immobilization
socket.

5.1.1. Çayır biçme tertibatının makineye monte edilmesi:
Çayır biçme makinesinin montajının gerçekleştirebilmek için öncelikle iki ayrı kolide gönderilen makine ve
biçme tertibatı çıkarılmalıdır.
In order to complete the installation of the lawn mower, first of all the machine and the mowing device sent
in two separate packages should be taken out.
Öncelikle biçme tertibatının montajı gerçekleştirilmelidir. Şekil-4’de görülen makinenin bıçak hareket
parçası(1) biçme tertibatı (Kesici grup) üzerine monte edilmelidir. Bu işlem sonrasında biçme şanzımanı
hareket topuzu(2), bıçak hareket parçası üzerindeki boşluğa yerleştirilmelidir.
First of all, the mowing device should be installed. The machine’s blade moving part (1) seen in figure-3
should be installed onto the mowing device (Sharp group). Following this procedure, the mowing gearbox
movement knob (2) should be placed within the space above the blade movement piece.

Montajı tamamlayabilmek için, şekil-5’de görülen 6 adet cıvata bağlantısı gerçekleştirilmeli ve biçme
şanzımanının bıçaklara olan bağlantısı sağlanmalıdır.
In order to complete the installation, 6 bolt couplings as shown in figure-5 need to be done and the
connection between the mowing gearbox and the blades should be completed.

Son olarak biçme şanzımanı hareket topuzunun, sağve sol yanlarındaki ayar vidaları şekil-5’de görüldüğü
şekilde sıkılmalı ve topuzun boşluğu alınmalıdır.
Finally, the adjustment screws on the right and left sides of the mowing gearbox movement knob should be
tightened as shown in figure-6 and the knob gap should be filled.

Once the gap adjustment is completed, 2 adjustment screws shown in figure-7 should be tightened and the
installation of the scission gearbox onto the mowing device should be completed.

Following the installation of the lawn mowing device onto the scission gearbox, the sledge height
adjustment shim that is beneath the mowing device should be assembled to the mowing device as shown in
figure-8 in order to ensure the appropriate mowing height.

makinesinin merkezleme yatağına (2) şekil-9’de görüldüğü gibi geçirilmelidir.
Following the procedures described above, the centering bush (1) of the mowing device should be installed
to the lawn mower’s centering bed (2) as shown in figure-9.

After this procedure, the scission gearbox’s milling bush should be assembled to the lawn mower’s tail axle
outlet as shown in figure-10.

Son olarak, kesme şanzımanı (1), çayır biçme makinesi kuyruk mili çıkışına şekil-10’da görüldüğü gibi
takılmalı ve 2 adet sabitleme cıvatası (2) sıkılarak montaj işlemi tamamlanmalıdır.
Finally, the scission gearbox (1) should be assembled onto the lawn mower’s power take off as shown in
figure-11 and the 2 fixing bolts (2) should be screwed in order to complete the installation procedure.

Çayır biçme makinesi, tarlalardaki ve meralardaki otları biçmek için dizayn edilmiştir. Biçme tertibatının
makineye bağlanması yukarıda anlatıldığı gibi gerçekleştirilmelidir. Makine ile ilgili biçme tertibatının
kurulumu ve bakımı hakkında gerekli bilgiler kılavuz içerisinde kullanılmaktadır. Biçme tertibatının tam ve
düzgün bir şekilde montajının yapılabilmesi için bu bilgilere uyulması gerekmektedir.
The lawn mower is designed to mow the grass in fields and meadows. The mowing device should be
assembled onto the machine as described above. The necessary information related to the machine and the
setup of the mowing device as well as the maintenance may be found within the manual. In order to ensure
the complete and accurate installation of the mowing device, the information provided within the manual
should be followed.
5.2. Çayır Biçme Tertibatının Bakımı:
The Maintenance of the Lawn Mowing Device:
Biçme tertibatının nakliyesi, kurulumu ve saklanması esnasında güvenlik şartlarının sağlanması amacıyla
daima şekil-12’de görünen koruyucu muhafaza kullanılmalıdır.
In order to comply with the safety regulations during the delivery, installation and the storage of the
mowing device, the protective shield shown in figure-12 should be used at all times.
