Rokas elektriskâ urbjmaðîna (ar reversu) IE-1305-16/1300R vai IE-1305A-16/1300ER
(turpmâk – urbjmaðîna) paredzçta urbðanai un urbumu paplaðinâðanai tçraudâ, krâ-
sainajos metâlos, plastmasâ, kokâ un citos materiâlos urbjiem ar konisko asteni ar
diametru no 14,5 lîdz 23 mm.
Urbjmaðînâ IE-1305A-16/1300ER pielietots slçdzis ar iebûvçtu elektronisko
apgriezienu skaita regulçðanas bloku, kas ïauj strâdât vajadzîgâ reþîmâ. Lai
paaugstinâts darba raþîbu strâdâjot ar urbjmaðînu, tai ir paredzçts reverss urbja
izvilkðanai no izurbtâ urbuma. 1. zîm.

DROÐÎBAS TEHNIKAS NOTEIKUMI
Gatavojot urbjmaðînu darbam vai veicot tehnisko apkopi, kontaktdakðai jâbût
atvienotai no elektrotîkla.
Pirms pievienoðanas elektrotîklam pârbaudiet,vai kontaktdakðai un vadam nav
izolâcijas bojâjumu. Atrodot bojâjumus, vadu nomainiet tuvâkajâ remontdarbnîcâ.
Urbjmaðînu aizliegts ekspluatçt, ja radies vismaz viens no sekojoðiem bojâjumiem:
– lûzumi vai plaisas korpusdetaïâs vai rokturî;
– slikti strâdâ slçdzis;
– stipra dzirksteïoðana starp sukâm un kolektoru, uguns joslas parâdîðanâs ap
kolektoru;

Nepieïaujiet vada saskari ar karstâm vai eïïainâm virsmâm, kâ arî asâm ðíautnçm.

Sekojiet, lai urbis bûtu labi uzasinâts.
Urbjmaðînu nav jâiezemç.
Nedrîkst urbt vietâs, kur varçtu atrasties apslçptâ elektroinstalâcija.

Beidzot darbu atvienojiet urbjmaðînu no elektrotîkla.
Urbjmaðînu uzglabâjiet bçrniem nepieejamâ vietâ.
Pârçjos droðîbas tehnikas noteikumus lasiet «Droðîbas instrukcijâ».

apgriezieniem, kurus iestâda, pagrieþot ripinu diapazonâ no «+» lîdz «–». Nospieþot

– Atslçdziet urbjmaðînu no elektrotîkla.
– Pirms patronas uzstâdîðanas vai noòemðanas atveriet tâ þokïus
tâ, lai tie bûtu iegremdçti patronas korpusâ.
Uzstâdîðana: Uzlieciet patronu uz tapòa un ar viegliem koka
âmura uzsitieniem nofiksçjiet to.
Noòemðana: Turot tapni rokâ, ar viegliem koka âmura uzsitieniem noòemiet to no tapòa.
Patronas ar tapni vai urbja ar konisko asteni

Uzstâdîðana:
– atslçdziet urbjmaðînu no elektrotîkla.
– ievietojiet patronu ar tapni vai urbi ar konisko asteni

– ar urbjmaðînas îsu ieslçgðanu panâkiet, lai sakrît
urbumi reduktora korpusâ un darbavârpstâ.

Urbja ar cilindrisko asteni uzstâdîðana vai noòemðana
– Atslçdziet urbjmaðînu no elektrotîkla.
– Grieþot patronas kustîgo daïu pret pulk-
steòrâdîtâja virzienâ, atveriet þokïus, lîdz
var ievietot urbi.
– Òemiet atslçgu un ievietojiet to vienâ no
patronas urbumiem. Grieþot atslçgu pulk-
steòrâdîtâja virzienâ, saspiediet þokïus.
Tad atslçgu izòemiet.
– Lai izòemtu urbi, ievietojiet atslçgu vienâ
no trim patronas urbumiem un, grieþot to
pret pulksteòrâdîtâja virzienâ, atspîlçjiet
þokïus.
Urbjot vai paplaðinot urbumus vajag stingri nostiprinât apstrâdâjamo detaïu, strâdât
ar uzasinatu urbi, samazinât slodzi urbim izejot no apstrâdâjamâ materiâla, urbjot
caurejoðus urbumus.
Izvelkot urbi no izurbtâ urbuma, ieteicams strâdât ar urbjmaðînu reversa reþîmâ.
Beidzot darbu, izòemiet urbi no patronas un ar koka âmura viegliem
uzsitieniem pa patronas sânu virsmu atbrîvojiet to no putekïiem un
skaidâm.

Urbjmaðînu (turpmâk – maðîna) ieteicams uzglabât sausâs telpâs ar gaisa temper-
atûru virs +50C.
Pçc maðînas transportçðanas ziemas apstâkïos ïaujiet tai 2–3 stundas sasilt lîdz
istabas temperatûrai.
Ja maðîna ir norasojusi, neieslçdziet to lîdz mitrums bûs pilnîgi noþuvis.
Regulâra tehniskâ apkope ilga maðîna darbamûþa garantija.
Veicot tehnisko apkopi, kontaktdakðai jâbût atvienotai no elektrotîkla!
Pçc darba maðînu attîriet no netîrumiem, sekojiet, lai ventilâcijas atveres bûtu
brîvas un tîras. Kolektora tehniskâ apkope
Laika gaitâ kolektors pârklâjas ar oksîdu kârtiòu, kas pastiprina dzirksteïoðanu starp
kolektoru un sukâm un var bût cçlonis dzinçja pârkarðanai. Lai notîrîtu kolektoru,
Jûs varat griezieties REBIR RSEZ AS vai specializçtajâs remontdarbnîcâs.

GARANTIJAS SAISTÎBAS
Prasîjumu pieteikðanas termiòð par izstrâdâjuma kvalitâti tiek noteikts no tâ pâr-
doðanas datuma un nosaka saskaòâ ar «Patçrçtâju tiesîbu aizsardzîbas likumu».
Izstrâdâjuma remonts un servisa apkalpoðana garantijas termiòa laikâ jâveic servisa
darbnîcâs.
Garantijas termiòð tiek pagarinâts uz laiku, ko izstrâdâjums ir pavadîjis garantijas
remontâ. Detaïâm un mezgliem, kas nomainîti remontçjot darbnîcâ, tiek pieðíirta 3
mçneðu garantija.
Izstrâdâjuma ekspluatâcija ir aizliegta parâdoties paaugstinâtas sasilðanas
pazîmçm, paaugstinâtai dzirksteïoðanai starp sukâm un kolektoru, kâ arî troksnim
reduktorâ. Bojâjumu iemeslu noskaidroðanai pircçjam jâgrieþas garantijas darbnîcâ.
Bojâjumi, kas raduðies raþotâja vainas dçï, garantijas termiòa laikâ darbnîcâ vai rûp-
nîcâ-izgatavotâjâ tiek novçrsti bez maksas.
Noteikumos noteikto izstrâdâjuma darba noteikumu, kâ arî tâ eïïoðanas un apkopes prasîbu
neievçroðana noved pie tâ priekðlaicîgas salûðanas un tiesîbâm uz garantijas apkalpoðanu.
Garantijas remontu veic tikai gadîjumos, kad ir pilnîbâ pareizi noformçts apkalpoðanas talons.

pârdevçja paraksta, izstrâdâjuma rûpnîcas numura, izstrâdâjuma îpaðnieka paraksta).

Garantija neattiecas
Uz izstrâdâjumiem ar bojâjumiem, kas raduðies:
- ekspluatçjot neievçrojot doto noteikumu prasîbas, nevîþîbas vai nepareizas reg-
ulçðanas rezultâtâ;
- mehânisko bojâjumu, kas raduðies trieciena, kritiena u.t.t. rezultâtâ;
- uguns, agresîvu vielu iedarbîbas rezultâtâ;
- ðíidrumu, nepiederoðu priekðmetu iekïûðanas izstrâdâjuma iekðpusç rezultâtâ;
- nevçrîga apieðanâs ar maðînu darba laikâ un uzglabâjot, kâ rezultâtâ parâdâs
apkusuma pçdas vai plaisas, iespiedumi uz raþojuma ârçjâm virsmâm, stiprs
piesâròojums, baroðanas vada bojâjums, maðînas detaïu korozija;
- tehniskâs apkalpes veikðana, pârkâpjot periodiskuma termiòus (elektrodzinçja sukas
garums mazâks par norâdîto noteikumos, nav izdarîta smçrvielas nomaiòa reduktorâ).
Garantija izstrâdâjumam tiek noòemta, ja:
- izstrâdâjumu izmanto ne pçc tâ pielietojuma;
- pielietoti kompletçjoðie, piederumi, izlietojamie materiâli un daïas, kas nav
paredzçtas ðajos noteikumos;
- veikta izjaukðana, patçrçtâjam mçìinot novçrst defektu;
- nesankcionçta konstrukcijas izmaiòa;
- parâdîjuðies defekti, ko izraisîjuði nepârvarami spçki (ugunsgrçks, plûdi, zibens
spçriens, u.c.);
- nepareizi ekspluatç nomainâmo instrumentu (íçdes, sliedes, smalkzâìîðus,
frçzes, zâìripas, slîpripas).

Garantijas saistîbu Pielikumâ. SERVISS
Ja maðînai nepiecieðams remonts, Jums vienmçr palîdzçs rûpnîcâ «REBIR» vai
specializçtajâs remontdarbnîcâs.
APKÂRTÇJÂS VIDES AIZSARDZÎBA
Neizmetiet elektriskos instrumentus sadzîves atkritumos!
Saskaòâ ar Eiropas direktîvu 2002/96/EC par elektronisko un elektrisko
izstrâdâjumu atkritumiem, elektroniskos un elektriskos instrumentus jâsavâc
utilizâcijai atseviðíi un atkârtoti jâpârstrâdâ, pielietojot dabai nekaitîgas metodes.

Ó ìàøèíû èìååòñÿ ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëü íàïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèÿ 9. Íåîáõîäèìîå
íàïðàâëåíèå âðàùåíèÿ øïèíäåëÿ âûáèðàåòñÿ ïóòåì áîêîâîãî ïåðåìåùåíèÿ
ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëÿ.
Èçìåíåíèå íàïðàâëåíèÿ âðàùåíèÿ äîëæíî âûïîëíÿòüñÿ òîëüêî ïðè âûêëþ-
÷åííîé ìàøèíå.
Ëåâîå íàïðàâëåíèå âðàùåíèÿ øïèíäåëÿ ïîçâîëÿåò îòâèí÷èâàòü âèíòû è

øóìà â ðåäóêòîðå. Äëÿ âûÿñíåíèÿ ïðè÷èí íåèñïðàâíîñòè ïîêóïàòåëþ
ñëåäóåò îáðàòèòüñÿ â ãàðàíòèéíóþ ìàñòåðñêóþ.

FUNCTION
The electric reversive drill IE-1305-16/1300R (IE-1305A-16/1300ER) is intended for
drilling and drilling out holes from 14,5 mm to 23 mm in diameter in steel, non-ferrous
metals, plastic, wood and other materials using tapper shank drill bits. It is also possi-
ble to use straight shank drill bits.
IE-1305A-16/1300ER drills include built-in electronic rotational speed control. Electronic
speed control makes it possible to select the rotational speed that is best suited for the
specific job.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Unplug the drill before making any adjustments or inspections.
Check cable and plug for damage prior to connecting the drill to a power supply.
Replace defective or damaged cable at authorized service centre.
Do not operate the drill if:
– any part of the drill is damaged;
– the power switch does not work properly;
– the brushes are sparking at the commutator and a circular flame is visible;
– smoke or a distinctive odour of burning insulation is detected.
Never carry the drill by the cable.
Do not expose the cable to heat or oil.
Make sure that arbour, chuck and drill bit are attached properly prior to turning the
drill on.
Use only sharp drill bits.
Never connect the drill to an electrical ground.
Make sure that there are no hidden wires in the location (wall, panel, ceiling or
floor) where you are going to drill.
Switch off immediately if the drill stops (loss of power, jamming of moving
parts,etc.).
Always wear protective eye glasses.
When working with concrete or stone use a face mask.
Keep children at a distance. Do not allow them to come in contact with the cable.
Do not use the drill in the presence of flammable or explosive liquids, gases or
dusts.
Never allow the drill to become wet.
After finishing the job always remove the plug from the power supply socket.
When not in use, the drill should be stored in a locked place out of reach of children.

Instructions» enclosed.
INITIAL OPERATION
Always use the correct supply voltage. The voltage specifications as shown on
label must correspond to the supply voltage. (±10% deviation is allowed).
INITIAL OPERATION
Switching on for a short time
Switching on: press the power switch 7(Fig. 1).
Switching off: release the switch 7.
Switching on for a longer time
Switching on: press the power switch 7and fix the position by pressing the lock-on
button 6.
Switching off: press and release the power switch 7.
DRILL SPINDLE ROTATION SPEED SELECTION
For IE-1305A-16/1300ER: set the necessary spindle rotation speed by turning the
adjusting wheel 8.
For IE-1305-16/1300R: spindle rotation speed is not adjustable.

DRILLING
Proper operation and care is necessary for a long trouble-free service life of your tool.
Use a side handle 2(Fig. 1) provided for easy and safe work of the drill. Fasten the
side handle to the drill before starting the work.
For IE-1305A-16/1300ER rotation speed is adjusted by the movement the power
switch 7(Fig. 1). It is equipped with built-in electronic variable speed adjustment.
Maximum speed is only recommended for drilling holes. Maximum speed is possible
with the adjusting wheel 8set to «+» and the power switch depressed completely.
If it is not necessary to run the tool at full load (when carrying out some easy work,
e.g. preliminary centre-drilling), you can preselect a lower rotation speed. Set the
adjusting wheel to a position between «+» and «–». The drill will work at the speed
you have selected when you press the power switch completely on.
The drill is equipped with a reverse switch 9. To change the rotational direction, slide
the reverse switch lever to the right or to the left. The left spindle rotation direction is
used to remove or back-out screws as well as to remove the drill bit from the hole.
Turn the drill off before changing the rotational direction.
Do not allow the drill to block stop during operation. Otherwise the electronic con-
trol and electric motor may be damaged.
Prior to drilling out a hole in metal it is necessary first to drill a hole of smaller diam-
eter and then drill out the lager hole diameter (see the table below).
Mounting and removing the chuck
Disconnect the drill from the power supply.
Open the jaws of the chuck so that they resend into the
chuck body before mounting or removing the chuck.
Mounting the chuck: place the chuck onto the arbour.
Then tap lightly on the chuck using a wooden hammer to fix the position.
Removing the chuck: hold the arbour in one hand. Then tap lightly on the chuck
using a wooden hammer to remove it.
Mounting and removing the chuck and arbour or tapper-shank drill bit
Mounting:
– disconnect the drill from the power supply;
– fit the the chuck and arbour or tapper-shank drill bit
into the spindle of the drill and fix the position as
explaned above («Mounting the chuck»).
Removing:
– swith the drill on for a short time in order to align the
holes in the spindle with the holes in the gear box;
– disconnect the drill from the power supply;
– use a hammer and the wedge to drive out the arbour
or the drill bit (see the drawing above). Be careful! Make
sure that the drill is secure and do not apply excessive force to the wedge.

supply;
– rotate the rotary part of the chuck
counter-clockwise until the jaws are suf-
ficiently open. Then insert the drill bit in
the jaws of the chuck;

– take the chuck key and insert it in one of
the three holes in the body of the chuck.
Turn the chuck key clock-wise to tighten the
jaws. Then remove the chuck key. To
ensure that the drill bit is tightly fasten, place
the chuck key into a different hole and turn
clockwise again to tighten the jaws;
– to remove the drill bit insert the chuck
key in one of the three holes in the body
of the chuck. Rotate the chuck key
counter-clockwise to open the jaws.
Remove the drill bit.
When drilling the hole be sure to secure the work piece firmly. Use only sharp drill
bits. When drilling holes be careful to apply less force at the end, when the drill bit
comes through the surface of the work piece.
When removing the drill bit from the hole reverse the drill rotational direction.
It is recommended to keep the chuck free of dust and chips. First
remove the drill bit. Then use a wooden hammer to tap lightly on
the sides of the chuck.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Store the tool in a dry and well ventilated place. Minimal storage temperature is +50C.
Proper care is necessary for a long trouble-free life of the tool.
Leave the tool at room temperature for 2-3 hours before use after transportation
in cold weather.
If condensation forms on the tool do not operate until the tool is completely dry.
Disconnect the tool from the power supply before cleaning or carrying
out any maintenance operations!
Always clean the tool after use. Check if the ventilation slots are clean.
Warning! Do not try to disassemble the tool. You will void the terms and conditions
of the Warranty and Service. Commutator service
In the course of time the commutator becomes oxidized. This will result in loss of tool per-
formance (the brushes are sparking at the commutator) and can cause damage to the motor
rotor. For commutator service please contact an authorized service centre or the factory.
Carbon brush service
The carbon brushes should be serviced after every 50 hours of operation. For brush
service please contact an authorized service centre.
Lubrication
The lubricating grease should be renewed after every 50 hours of operation. Please
contact an authorized service centre.
THE PROCEDURE OF SUBMISSION OF CONSUMER CLAIMS
The consumer has the right to file claims against the manufacturer for the non-con-
formity of products with the terms of the agreement within the term from the moment
of purchase of the product specified in European Parliament and Council Directive
99/44/EC dated May 25, 1999.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Do dispose power tools as unsorted municipal waste!
In conformity with European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste of electrical
and electronic equipment, electric / electronic tools should be collected
separately and recycled using environment friendly methods.
When service life of the power tool is over the tool owner can return it for
further recycling and regeneration to REBIR service centre or to the dealer.
The tool comprises electronic control. Plumbiferous solder is used in wiring lay-out
of this electronic control.
The tool has the ON/OFF switch with electronic control. Plumbiferous solder is used in it.
All plastic components of the power tool are labelled for sorting and categorized recycling.
NOISE / VIBRATION INFORMATION
Measured values are determined according to EN 60745. The sound pressure level
is 99 dB(A). The sound power is 112 dB(A). Due the noise level it is recommended
to wear ear protection!
Typical level of hand-arm vibration does not exceed 2,0 m/s2.

We declare under our own responsibility that this product is in corfomity with the fol-
