STEP 1
Attach the Poly Slide to the Slide Ladder with two Bolts 1/4" x
1-1/4", four Washer Flat 1/4", two Washers Lock 1/4" and two
Nuts Brass 1/4" - as shown in Detail "A."
Slide one Blue Cap 21 on each side of the Slide Pivot - as
shown in Detail "A."
STEP 2
Due to the varying dock systems that the Slide could be
attached to, mounting hardware is not supplied, but
needs to be determined and provided by the installer.
Use eight Pan Screws 1/4" x 1-3/4" to secure all of the
decking sections, that the slide connects to, to the dock
frame.
Lay the Deck Mount Plate flush with the end of the dock
and make a mark on the dock at each corner hole.
Move the plate and drill a 7/16" hole at each mark - as
shown.
Secure Deck Mount Plate to dock with 3/8" diameter
hardware in four places.
CAUTION
The Deck Mount Plate must be flush with the Edge of
the dock and secured with four connection bolts and
locking hardware(lock nuts, lock washers, etc.), not
provided. Failure to do so could results in serious injury
or death.

STEP 3
Measure 111" from the Deck mount Plate and make a mark on the dock -
as shown.
Lay the Slide Ladder Base flush with the mark and in line with the Deck
Mount Plate. Make a mark on the dock at each hole. Move the base and
drill a 7/16" hole at each mark - as shown.
Secure Slide Ladder Base to dock with 3/8" diameter hardware in four
places.
STEP 4
Attach the Slide Ladder to the Slide Ladder Base with two
Bolts 3/8" x 1-1/4", four Washers Flat 3/8", two 3/8" Lock
Washers, and two Nuts 3/8" Brass - as shown in Detail "A."
Attach the Poly Slide to the Deck Mount Plate with six Pan
Screws #12 x 3/4" - as shown in Detail "B"
CAUTION
Secure with four connection bolts and
locking hardware(lock nuts, lock washers,
etc.), not provided. Failure to do so could
results in serious injury or death.
