OWNER’S MANUAL AND INSTRUCTIONS
COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS
Specications
Operation
• Place air mover on a level and stable surface. The SS-1100 can be placed at on the surface with or without use
of the attached motor stand or placed horizontally on the surface.
• Plug unit into a Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) electrical outlet rated for at least 115/120 VAC, 60 HZ 15
amps. This product must be grounded to reduce the risk of electrical shock. Consult with a qualied electrician
if you are in doubt whether an outlet is grounded and protected by a GFCI.
• Use the ON/OFF switch to operate the unit.
• Use carpet clamp proved for securing edge of carpet during drying.
Auxiliary Outlet
The unit comes with a built-in GFCI auxiliary outlet, allowing a daisy chain of up to six additional SS-1100 air mowers.
The total amperage of all devices plugged into the receptacle must not exceed 12 amps.
The GFCI protects the user from potential electrical shocks. Should it detect a sudden ground-fault, the GFCI will
interrupt the current and shut o the unit. It will trip when a short circuit or overload occurs. If the GFCI trips,
unplug the unit, and look for potential hazards such as standing water, a damaged cord or having too many devic-
es plugged into the auxiliary outlet. Once the problem is corrected, plug the unit back in, push the ‘Reset” button
located on the GFCI faceplate, and re-start the unit. If the unit does not re-start, please refer to the trouble shooting
section of this manual. This product MUST BE GROUNDED.
Hour-Meter
This unit comes with a hour-meter that records the total time unit is running.
Power Cord Warning
Never operate a unit with a damaged power cord as this may lead to electrical or re hazards. Never unplug the
unit by pulling the power cord. Grasp the plug rmly and pull straight out Precaution must be used to not damage
the cord in any way. Keep cords away from all water and heated surfaces. Inspect cord before every use. Replace
any cord that shows any damage.

Extension Cord Warning
Never operate unit using a damaged extension cord. Extension cords must be grounded and able to deliver the
appropriate current to the unit. Extension cords up to 25 feet long should use at least 14 AWG wire. Cords up to 50
feet long should be at least 12 AWG wire. Unit is intended for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
Maintenance
• Inspect the electrical cord and wiring for damage or discoloration. Never use a SS-1100 that has a damaged
power cord to prevent a possible electrical shock or re.
• Inspect for loose fasteners.
• Clean safety screens before using the units.
• Listen for abnormal sounds or vibrations. Shut the unit o immediately upon hearing any unusual noises.
• Keep unit clean.
• Use compressed air or a vacuum to remove lint and other debris form the motor, inlet, or fan blades.
• Do not use a water hose, power washer or other water source to clean the units.
• There are no user serviceable parts. Unit has sealed bearing that require no lubrication.
Storage
Units should be stored in a clean dry indoor location.
Units can be stacked securely up to ve (5) units high for transportation or storage. Do not over stack.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
To reduce the risk of re, electrical shock or injury:
• Read and understand this manual and all labels on the Low Prole Air Mover before operating the product.
• Use product only as described in this manual.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not expose to rain, liquids, immerse in or use in standing water.
• Use only with GFCI-protected outlets.
• When storing or transporting, do not stack air movers more than 5 units high.
• Unit is intended for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
• Electrical appliances can ignite ammable vapors or dust. Do not use near combustible liquids, gases or dusts.
• Do not leave plugged into outlet when not in use or when servicing. Turn o unit before unplugging.
• To reduce the risk of inhaling toxic vapors, do not use near toxic or hazardous materials.
• Do not operate with safety grills removed.
• Ensure the inlet and outlet are free from ll materials and away from obstruction to prevent overheating.
• Do not transport the unit while in operation.
• Unplug unit before servicing or cleaning.
• Do not use with solid state speed control device.
• Do not pull on cord. To unplug grasp the plug, not the cord.
• Do not use with damaged cord, plug or other parts on the unit.
• Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Keep cord
away from heated surfaces.
• Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or similar coverings.
• Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from trac area and where it will not be tripped over.
• Do not handle plug, switch or the air mover with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into air intake openings.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, ngers and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
• Direct air discharge only at work area. Do not direct air at bystanders.
• This is not a toy and not to be used by children. Close supervision is necessary when used near children.
• Store indoors in a clean and dry location
• Product should be used only on a at surface.
• No user serviceable parts. Call customer service if your air mover is not operating as it should, has missing parts, has been
dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water.

Sisu Commercial Products, LLC (“Manufacturer”) warrants its products (“the Products”) to be free from
defects in material and workmanship. Manufacturer’s Sleeptight Products shall be warranted for a period of
12 months from the date of shipment.
Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any nonconformity with this warranty shall be, at Manufacturer’s
option, repair or replacement of nonconforming parts, provided that Buyer shall return to Manufacturer,
shipping prepaid, said non-conforming part(s) bearing a durable tag indicating the Serial Number of
the Product from which the part was taken. In addition, Manufacturer may opt not to repair or replace
nonconforming Product or part(s), but instead may refund to Buyer the price thereof, in lieu of repair or
replacement. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for more than a refund of the purchase price or
replacement value of the Product or part(s), whichever is less. This Warranty does not apply to eld labor
charges.
This Warranty does not apply and shall be void as to any Products that are misused or misapplied, that are
installed, operated or maintained not in conformity with Manufacturer’s design, specications, instructions,
or Owner’s Manual, or are installed, operated or maintained in violation of any applicable national or local
codes or industry standards.
Manufacturer does not warrant Products, if they are abused, improperly operated or maintained, subjected
to abnormal wear and tear, damaged due to improper gas or electric service, damaged in transit, or that
have been repaired or modied by others without Manufacturer’s written authorization.
Buyer shall have no right to enforce this Warranty unless it has complied with all of its obligations under
the contract for purchase/lease of the Products, including without limitation, being current on all payment
terms.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS MANUFACTURER’S ONLY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS,
AND IT IS IN LIEU OF AND SUPERSEDES ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER,
WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE REMEDIES AFFORDED BUYER
BY THIS WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY REMEDIES AFFORDED BUYER FOR ANY NONCONFORMITY WITH
THIS WARRANTY OR FOR ANY DEFECT IN PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR REPRESENTATIONS PROVIDED BY
MANUFACTURER IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER BEAR
ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS OR
OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.
Buyer acknowledges that the foregoing warranty, limitations, and exclusions are a reasonable allocation
of commercial risks by and among sophisticated business entities and are not subject to dispute as
to their commercial reasonableness, fairness or ability to satisfy the essential purposes of the parties’
transaction.
Sisu Commercial Products, LLC has a continuous product improvement program; it reserves the right to
change design and specications without notice.
