PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY
⚠CAUTION: Precautions & Safety
•Read all instructions in this manual before using the Stel'Air Portable Mini Twister Stepper
with Resistance Bands. Failure to observe these warnings could result in physical injury or
damage to the equipment.
•Use the Stel'Air Portable Mini Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands only as described.
•Warm up and stretch for 5 - 10 minutes prior to any exercise.
•Begin to exercise slowly and in a controlled manner.
•This product has been tested in accordance with the requirements of EN 957-1, 957-8
•standard, class H (home use). The maximum load is limited to 100 kg.
•Use in a clear area away from obstacles and out of walking path. Keep a clearance of at
least 1 meter.
•The Stepper was designed for individual use, commercial use voids the warranty.
•Use the Stel'Air Portable Mini Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands indoors.
•Only one person at a time should use the stepper.
•Wear good shoes with grip soles.
•Use the stepper on a non-slip, solid, horizontal, flat surface.
•Despite strict quality control, it may occur that small pieces of painting or other small
particles will loosen from moving parts, or that a hydraulic cylinder will leak. Use a mat
under the stepper to protect the surface underneath.
•Keep the stepper away from moisture and dust.
•Do not subject the stepper to heavy shock or treat it excessively.
•Do not disassemble or modify it.
•Do not place the stepper in a location where it will be in contact with direct sunlight or
where it will be exposed to high temperatures or excessive humidity.
•The stepper is an exerciser and NOT a child’s toy, keep children and pets away from the
stepper.
•Keep loose clothing and shoelaces away from moving parts.
•When in use by persons with disability, close supervision may be necessary.
•Keep hands and fingers out of moving parts.
•It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the Stel'Air Portable Mini
Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands are adequately informed of all precautions.
•During use the hydraulic cylinder can get hot. Allow it to cool down before touching or
storing the stepper away.
•Consult your medical practitioner prior to use and follow the warnings on page 7 should
you begin to feel discomfort.
Regular Inspection & Maintenance:
•Inspect the entire Stel'Air Portable Mini Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands regularly
for wear, damage, improper function, and to ensure all fittings are secure and tight. Never
operate if not functioning properly.
•Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Use only non-caustic detergents. Do not use solvents or
cleaners.
•Lubricants are not necessary and can actually damage the stepper.

Using the Display Counter
Display Counter:
Battery Installation: Prior to first time use of the product you have to install the AAA 1.5V
battery. Then, you can choose the various functions of the computer to monitor your
progress of workout.
Display Monitor Battery INSTALLATION
Step 1. Lift out display monitor from frame tube"
Step 2. Install Battery"
Step 3. Press the red MODE button to check if the unit is
working.
Step 4. Place monitor back into frame tube.
Display functions:
•Press red MODE button to select each function.
•Hold on the red MODE button for 3 seconds to reset all
functions to zero.
SCAN: Automatically scans each function in sequence."
TIME: Counts from 00:00 up to 99:59 in one-second increments."
CAL: Accumulates the calorie consumption during your exercise. This is a only rough guide
and should only be used as a comparison figure over several exercise sessions. 0 to 999
COUNT: Accumulates the numbers of strides during a work-out session. 0 to 9999
STRIDES/MIN: Displays strides per minute.
Please Note:
1. To turn on the power, just press the red MODE button or start exercising.
2. With no signal transmitted to the display for 4 minutes, the computer will shut off the
LCD-display automatically.

When you unpack your Stel'Air Portable Mini Twister Stepper with Resistance Bands please
verify your order is complete. Included in your box will be:
•Stepper frame with 2 step pedals
•Display Counter (with battery)
•2 Resistance bands with handles.
•Two piece rear base
•Manual
Inspect the stepper for damage from the shipping and handling. If you find any damages
after delivery proceed as follows:
•Contact the transporter. The number will be on the shipping label.
•Take photo’s if possible and make a list of the issues.
•Contact your supplier with a copy of the information and your receipt/invoice number.
Exercise with Your Stepper
•Place feet in the foot platforms and stand still to ensure you have good balance.
•Start without using resistance bands until you are accustomed to the movement.
•Caution: Looking down while exercising can disturb your ability to balance. Exercise while
looking ahead.
•The closer your feet are to the front of the foot pads the easier it will feel when exercising.
•Start slow to get the feel of the exercise and to warm up.
•Increase the intensity and calorie burning power of the exercise by stepping faster.
Using the Stepper
Using the Resistance Bands
•Clip the bands to the eyelids as shown to
the front left and right of the pedals.
•Coordinate arm movements with leg
movement.
•Alternate between right and left.
Assemble the Rear Base
•Place the stepper on a flat surface.
•Put the Rear Base onto the main frame.
•Secure in place.
Press the button
and insert tube

warranty on manufactures defect. Warranty does not cover product abuse or normal wear.
What is Covered Specifics
Stel’Air Products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a full year
from the date of purchase. Stel’Air Products will at its option, repair or replace the stepper.
Parts: All parts are covered under this warranty.
Labour: All labour is covered under this warranty.
Shipping: For the first 30 days, Stel’Air Products pays for all shipping. After the first 30
days, Stel’Air Products pays for the shipping to the customer and the customer pays for the
shipping to Stel’Air Products.
What is Not Covered Specifics
This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse or misuse. This warranty
does not cover normal wear.
