SAFETY WARNINGS
When using this electric unit, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:
1. Read ALL instructions before using this unit.
2. CAUTION: Risk of Electric Shock. DO NOT open or try to repair the heater yourself.
3. This heater may get hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
4. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, paper, clothes, and curtains at least 3 ft from
the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides, top, and rear. DO NOT place towels or other objects
on the heater.
5. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or the disabled, or when the heater is
left operating and unattended.
6. DO NOT operate any heater with a damaged cord or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical
adjustment, or repair.
7. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. NEVER locate
heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. To protect against electrical hazards, DO NOT
immerse in water or other liquids.
8. DO NOT touch the control panel or plug with a wet hand.
9. DO NOT run cord under carpeting. DO NOT cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange
cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
10. DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric
shock or fire, or damage the heater.
11. To prevent a possible fire, DO NOT block the air intakes or exhaust in any manner. DO NOT use on soft surfaces,
like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
12. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. DO NOT use in areas where gasoline, paint, explosive
and/or flammable liquids are used or stored. Keep unit away from heated surfaces and open flames.
13. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet / receptacle Never use with an extension cord or relocatable
power tap(outlet/power strip)
14. To avoid fire or shock hazard, plug the unit directly into a 120 V AC electrical outlet.
15. To disconnect heater, turn controls to OFF, then remove plug from outlet. Pull firmly on the plug, DO NOT
unplug by pulling on the cord.
16. Always unplug the unit before moving or cleaning, or whenever the heater is not in use.
17. Use only for intended household use as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the
manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. The use of attachments not recommended or
sold by unauthorized dealers may cause hazards.
18. Always use on a dry, level surface.
19. DO NOT use outdoors.
20. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, DO NOT use this unit with any solid-state speed control
device.
21. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on this unit. Doing so will void your
warranty. The inside of the unit contains no user serviceable parts. Qualified personnel should perform all
servicing only.

SAFETY FEATURES
Overheat Safety Feature
This heater is equipped with a overheat safety feature. When the heater’s internal components reach a certain
temperature that could cause overheat or possible fire, the heater will automatically shut off.
WARNING: It is normal for the power cord to feel warm to the touch; however, a loose fit between the outlet and
the plug may cause overheating of the plug. If this occurs, try inserting the plug into a different outlet. Contact a
qualified electrician to inspect the original outlet for damage.

PREPARATION
The heater can be hung on the wall or placed on the ground of living room or bedroom.
Insert the plug into a 120V 60Hz power outlet and turn on the power switch.
When using the remote control, please take out the insulating film as the following steps.
Power button: Powers the heater on and off
Heater button: Set up the heater mode
Flame button: Set the color of the flame
Timer button: Set timer
Temp up button: Increase desired temperature
Temp down button: Decrease desired temperature

WALL MOUNTED INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Your new electric fireplace may be installed virtually anywhere in your home. However, when choosing a location be
sure to follow the general instructions included. For best results install out of direct sunlight. Power supply service
must be either completed or placed within the electric fireplace prior to finishing to avoid reconstruction.
Warning: To prevent fire, there should be no other furniture above the fireplace.
About the safety distance,please refer to the picture above.
Warning: Check the wall to make sure there are no wires, pipes, etc. for drilling holes in this area.
Warning: Do not plug in before hanging on the wall.
Warning: The heater cannot be fixed on the hollow wall. The heater must be installed on a solid wall.

Fix the three expansion screw tubes to the firm and solid wall according to the hole size in the figure above, and then
drive the wall mount bracket into the expansion screw tubes that have been fixed on the wall by three 4*45mm
screws.
4*12mm screws
Align the back bracket of the electric fireplace with the wall bracket. Align the holes on both sides of the wall
bracket with the holes on both sides of the movement,and then use 4*12mm screws to fix the movement and the
wall bracket.
Note: If you choose to hang it on the wall, you can no longer fix the support feet on the product.

FREE STANDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
1. Use 4*18mm screws to fix the support feet on the product.
2. Note: If you choose to place on the ground, you do not need to fix the wall bracket on the wall.
CRYSTAL INSTALLATION

Use a screwdriver to unscrew the two left and
right screws that lock the glass hanger and the
carbon decoration.
Lift the glass first, then take it out

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. First, turn on the power switch on the right side of the fireplace. This switch provides power for all functions of
the fireplace. The function of the fireplace must be in the state of I, including the use of the remote control.
Press the power button in the shutdown state, then enter the standby
state, turn on the flame effect. Press the power button in the working
state or standby state, the heating function and flame effect will stop
working (the fan will be turned off after a delay of 30 seconds).
2. Adjust the flame color
In the standby state, press the flame button to enjoy the flame effect.
In standby mode, press the flame button once to turn on the green flame
function (heating indicator lights). The charcoal fire component will light
up, and pressing the flame button in turn will turn on 10 different flame
effects. When the flame button is pressed for the 11th time, the flame
function will be turned off. Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter the
flame cycle function.
Put the crystal stone into machine and
put the glass back.
Remove carbon decoration.

3. Heating
In standby mode, press the heating button to turn on heating.
In the standby state, press the heating button on the control panel or
remote control, the heating function H mode is turned on (H mode
indicator lights), press the heating button on the control panel or remote
control again, the heating function will switch to L mode ( The indicator
light also switches to L). Press the heating button on the control panel or
remote control again, the heating function is turned off, the indicator light
will also be turned off, and the fan will turn off after a delay of 30 seconds.
4. Timing
Press the timer button to set the on/off time.
In the shutdown state, press the timer button on the control panel or
remote control. After timing, the machine will enter the standby state at
the set time and turn on the flame function. Press the timer button on the
control panel or remote control in standby mode, the machine will shut
down at the set time. (The timer function is turned on every time you
press to increase 1 hour up to 24 hours, and after reaching 24 hours, press
again will change to 0 hour)
5. Increase the set temperature value
When pressing the Up button, the temperature increases
When you press the Up button on the remote control or the machine, you
can increase the set temperature value of the machine (59-95 degrees
fahrenheit)
6. Lower the set temperature value
When the Down button is pressed, the temperature decreases
When you press the Down button on the remote control or the machine,
you can reduce the set temperature value of the machine (59-95 degrees
fahrenheit)

7. Child lock function
Under the lock-free state, press and hold the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons
simultaneously for 3 seconds to hear the buzzer prompt sound, all the
operation keys lock.
Under the lock state, press and hold the "UP" and "DOWN" keys
simultaneously for 3 seconds to hear the buzzer sound, then the electronic
lock is released, and all operation keys resume.
MAINTENANCE
1. Turn off the heater of the power switch.
2. Unplug the unit and let it cool completely.
3. To keep the heater clean, the outer shell may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You may use a mild
detergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the unit with a soft cloth.
CAUTION: DO NOT let liquid enter the heater.
4. DO NOT use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish, or rough brushes to clean the heater. This
may cause damage or deterioration to the surface of the heater.
5. DO NOT immerse the heater in water.
6. Wait until the unit is completely dry before use.
7. If won’t use the unit for a long time, please take out battery in remote control according to following steps,
then take care of the remote control.
STORAGE
Store the heater in a cool, dry location when not in use. To prevent dust and dirt build-up, use the original packaging
to repack the unit.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the heater will not operate, please check the following before seeking repair advice:
1. Check if the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet, if not, plug in.
2. Check if electricity to the main power switch (in the back) is working.
3. Check the power switch is on.
