1. Safety rules
For safe use of the appliance, and for your own safety, please read carefully the following advice regarding safety measures.
SUPPLY
Use the supplied power adapter and connect it only to a 230 Volt AC, 50Hz socket.
The appliance can be powered by connecting it to the 12V car cigarette lighter socket using the special adapter supplied. Do not remove the cover. The inside of
the appliance may have voltages higher than the supply voltage which could endanger the safety of the user. The high voltage is present even when the
appliance is in standby mode, before working on the device it must be disconnected from the mains. Unauthorized removal will immediately void the warranty!
The appliance cannot be repaired in any way by the user, therefore in the event of breakdowns or malfunctions, contact the service center.
POWER CORD
Before connecting the appliance, check the integrity of the power cable, paying particular attention to the point where it exits the device. If the cable is damaged,
do not connect the appliance and contact an authorized service center.
Install the power cord of the appliance so as not to cause it to be crushed by objects placed on or next to it. Also avoid positioning it near passageways where it
can be accidentally stepped on, torn or otherwise damaged.
If the cable is damaged, carefully disconnect the appliance from the power socket and contact specialized personnel or the service center for replacement only.
LIQUIDS
Keep the appliance away from any type of liquid. Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as vases, humidifiers, etc. on the unit. The appliance must not be
installed in places where it can come into contact with splashes or splashes of liquids or in environments with high humidity levels where condensation can form.
In the event that the device accidentally comes into contact with liquids, immediately remove the plug from the socket. DO NOT TOUCH the appliance with your
hands before it has been unplugged.
SMALL OBJECTS
Keep small objects away from the device. Falling them into the appliance through the ventilation slots can cause serious damage.
CLEANING
Before cleaning, unplug the device from the power outlet. To clean the outside of the appliance, use a soft, dry or slightly moistened cloth. Avoid using chemicals
or solvents.
VENTILATION
Make sure that in the place of installation of the appliance, there is good air circulation to allow sufficient heat dissipation and avoid overheating. To allow for
sufficient ventilation, a minimum distance of 10 cm on both sides and a distance of 15 cm above the appliance must be provided.
The ventilation slots must be free, not obstructed by the presence of objects such as newspapers, tablecloths, upholstery fabrics, curtains, carpets, etc.
Avoid installing the device near heat sources (radiators, stoves, etc.) or on top of other equipment that produce heat (video recorders, DVDs, etc.).
ATTENTION
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
Plastic bags in packaging can be dangerous. To avoid suffocation, keep the bags out of the reach of children. Do not expose the receiver or remote control to
direct sunlight. The appliance must be placed on a solid and secure base. Connect the receiver to the mains only after completing the installation.
Do not dispose of the product in the environment to avoid potential damage to the environment and human health and to facilitate the recycling of the components /
materials contained therein. Anyone who loses the product in the environment or throws it with common waste can be punished according to current legislation.
The manufacturer sets up a system of recovery of the WEEE of the product subject to separate collection and treatment systems using plants that comply with the
provisions in force on the subject.
Take the product that is no longer usable (including batteries) to a collection center authorized to manage waste electrical and electronic equipment
as it cannot be combined with common waste or it is always possible to return the used or end-of-life equipment to the same distributor upon the
purchase of a new one of equivalent type.

3 Remote control
Good knowledge of the remote control is the basis for being able to easily navigate the various menus. The functions of the keys are very simple and intuitive.
Inserting and removing the batteries
Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly and that they respect the polarities indicated inside the cover on the back of the remote control.
Compatible batteries: 2 x AAA.
Replace the battery when the remote control no longer responds properly to key presses. Remove the battery cover located on the back of the remote
control, remove the exhausted batteries and insert the new ones (2 x AAA), respecting the correct polarity as indicated inside the cover. Then close the
flap. Exhausted batteries must be disposed of separately from household waste, taking them to any authorized point of sale or collection.
To avoid the loss of corrosive liquid it is recommended to remove the batteries when the device is not used for a long period.

4 First start-up of the TV
After connecting the TV to the mains socket using the supplied adapters and once the battery charging phase has been completed using the AC / DC adapter
supplied, the device must be switched on using the appropriate ON / OFF button on the side. At this point, if the status LED is RED, point the remote control at
the LED and press the POWER button (the LED will turn GREEN). After a few moments, the first installation menu will then be displayed where you will have to
confirm or modify some parameters as described below:

Tongue:
Using the arrow keys ◄ / ► / ▼ / ▲ select the desired On Screen Display (OSD) language.
Press the button OK to continue with the next setting.

Country:
Press the arrow keys ◄ / ► / ▼ / ▲ to change the country of installation. Go to the parameter
next using the key OK.
ATTENTION
Incorrect country setting can lead to incomplete or missed channel detection.
Personal password:
this 4-digit password will be the user's personal password. The user must enter this password to view any blocked channels and / or
to access some menu features
ATTENTION
Should the user forget the password entered during the first installation, it will always be possible to perform a factory reset in order to select a new
password.
After completing your choices, press the OK button to start the automatic channel search. At the end of the scan, the TV will automatically switch to viewing
mode.
NOTE
The television is set up to use the LCN function (Logical Channel Numbering) which allows the automatic sorting of the channels according to the national order
of the television operators.

5 Main menu
The first installation procedure already allows the basic use of the TV.
Through the main menu accessible by pressing MENU, more advanced potentialities and customizations are available, which are briefly described in the
following paragraphs The main menu is divided into six submenus:
Image: management / customization of image quality.
Sound: management / customization of sound quality.
Schedule: allows you to configure time options and sleep timers.
Options: provides some useful tools for using the TV (such as language, audio and subtitle options and factory reset).
Block: this submenu allows you to block some menus of the receiver or some specific TV programs / channels.
Channel: this submenu allows you to perform an automatic (or manual) channel search or to modify the channel list.
Navigating through the menus is simple and intuitive. Use the cursor (arrows and OK) and numeric keys on the remote control.

5.1 Installation
During the first installation, an automatic search for all available channels is performed.
However, it may be necessary to carry out searches following the first one, such as when new channels are activated by the television operators, or when existing
channels are moved to different frequencies.
To access the channel scan function, from viewing mode, press the MENU button on the remote control, select the menu Installation and choose one of the
following items, depending on the desired scan mode:
or Automatic Search
Automatic search of all digital terrestrial channels detectable in the area with your own antenna system.

or Manual Search ( for advanced users)
Allows you to search on a single user-selectable frequency.
Through this menu it is possible to check the signal strength available in the level bars for each single frequency Intensity is Quality.
ATTENTION
When an automatic search is performed, all channels previously stored in memory and the options set by users in the TV and radio channel lists are automatically
deleted.
It is only possible to view the SD and HD channels in clear text.
or LCN
Thanks to the Logical Channel Numbering (LCN), after a channel scan, the channel list will be automatically sorted according to the position assigned by the
television broadcasters. We recommend that you keep this function active.
NOTE
If the LCN mode is active, it is not recommended to use the sorting / moving channels functions available in the menu List
of TV / Radio channels.
If you deactivate or activate the LCN function, it is recommended to perform an automatic search.
5.2 Options

It allows the user to change the preferred options for the language, the audio track and show the information and options in the
menus.
ATTENTION
A language setting other than the country selected may cause the channel information not to be displayed correctly.

Reset the TV to factory conditions by performing a soft reset.

5.3 Block
This menu allows you to set the security function of the TV. To access the menu, the system password must be entered.
Menu lock: if activated, access to some menus will be granted only after entering the password
Parental control: activates the advertisement request based on the channel information that is transmitted directly by the television operator for
sensitive content.
Set password: allows you to change the four-digit system password and enter a customized one
ATTENTION
To access some protected menus and to view previously blocked channels, the TV requires the entry of a PIN (password). This is specified during the first
installation. Write down and keep the new PIN code in a safe place.

6 Channel management
By entering the two menus List of TV channels and List of radio channels it is possible to manage the stored channels. Navigate using the arrow keys, OK and
EXIT. The following options are available.
Fav: allows you to add a TV or radio channel to one of eight favorite channel lists.
Block: allows you to set the password request for access to the selected channel.
Skip: allows you to automatically skip a channel during the advancement with the CH + and CH- keys.
Move: allows you to change the position of a channel.
Other: accesses the following submenu:

WARNINGS
The channels that are deleted can be re-entered by performing the automatic channel search again from the menu or by returning the receiver to default
conditions.

Performing a new automatic or manual search will delete the channel management settings, such as rename or move.
7 Multimedia
The USB and microSD / TF card port of this TV allow you to read multimedia files contained in the connected memory.
WARNINGS
The TV is compatible with USB memory devices formatted with the FAT file system (eg FAT32). For proper operation, some USB self-powered hard drives may
require external power. It cannot be guaranteed with compatibility with all memory devices on the market.
7.1 Multimedia playback
The media file formats supported for reading from the memories are:

To play a multimedia video / music / photo file, press the SOURCE button and select the source (USB or microSD / TF card depending on the connected device).
Navigate through the folders / files using the arrow keys, OK and EXIT and choose the relevant file. Press OK to start playback.
There are several options for managing files:

IMPORTANT
While reading, do not disconnect the memory from the USB or microSD / TF slot: risk of damage to the
device! Due to the multiplicity of video, audio and image codecs on the market it is not possible to guarantee the correct reproduction of all multimedia files. It is
recommended that you do not nest file folders more than three levels.

8 Energy saving
This TV is equipped with an energy saving function.
If the relevant function is active, after four hours in on mode without any user command, the device will automatically switch to standby mode. Two minutes before
switching off, a warning will appear on the screen through which the user can cancel the interruption of viewing.
It will still be possible to activate / deactivate it via the menu.
WARNING

9 Electronic Program Guide
You can access the electronic program guide by pressing the EPG button.
