dringenden Flüssigkeiten zu Funktionsstörungen oder zur Zerstö-

rung des Gerätes führen können.

• Verwenden Sie auch keine Substanzen wie Alkohol, Chemikalien,

Lösungsmittel oder Scheuermittel, da derartige Substanzen eine

Beschädigung der Oberfläche verursachen können.

• Reinigen Sie das Telefon mit einem weichen und nur leicht mit

Wasser angefeuchteten Tuch.

Aus Sicherheitsgründen darf das Telefon nur wie folgt mit

Strom versorgt werden:

• mit dem zugehörigen Original-Netzteil,

• über LAN mit PoE (Power over Ethernet), welches dem

Standard IEEE 802.3af entspricht.

Öffnen Sie niemals das Telefon! Bei Problemen wenden Sie

sich an die Systembetreuung.

Benutzen Sie nur Original-Zubehör!

Das Benutzen von anderem Zubehör ist gefährlich und

führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie, Produzentenhaftung

und der CE- und anderer Kennzeichnungen.

Die Konformität des Gerätes zu der EU-Richtlinie 1999/5/

EG wird durch das CE-Kennzeichen bestätigt.

Alle Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte sind getrennt vom allge-

meinen Hausmüll über dafür staatlich vorgesehene Stellen

zu entsorgen.

Die sachgemäße Entsorgung und die getrennte Sammlung

von Altgeräten dient der Vorbeugung von potentiellen Um-

Hinweise zum Aufstellort

• Der Betrieb des Telefons ist nur an einer gebäudeinternen LAN-

Verkabelung erlaubt. Das Gerät ist mit einem geschirmten LAN-

Kabel an die IP-Infrastruktur anzuschließen:

Cat-5 für 100 Mb/s oder Cat-6 für 1000 Mb/s

In der Gebäudeinstallation ist sicherzustellen, dass der Schirm

dieses Kabels geerdet ist.

• Das Telefon ist für den Betrieb in geschützten Räumen mit einem

Temperaturbereich von

5 °C bis 40 °C ausgelegt.

• Das Aufstellen in einem Raum mit hoher Staubentwicklung kann

die Lebensdauer des Gerätes beeinträchtigen.

• Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direkter Sonneneinstrahlung oder an-

deren Hitzequellen aus. Dies kann zu Beschädigungen elektri-

scher Bauteile oder des Gehäuses führen.

• Stellen Sie das Telefon nicht in Bädern oder Duschräumen auf.

Vormontage des Telefons

Tischmontage

Schieben Sie die Aufstellstütze entlang der

L-förmigen Schienen auf der Unterseite des

Telefons bis Ihr bevorzugter Neigungswinkel

des Telefon erreicht ist.

Es sind vier verschiedene Neigungswinkel

einstellbar.

Wandmontage

Hierfür ist ein spezielles LAN-Kabel mit kurzen Steckern erforder-

lich - kontaktieren Sie Ihren Administrator bzgl. näherer Informati-

onen. Zur professionellen Wandmontage empfehlen wir das optio-

nale Wall Mount Kit.

1. Brechen Sie die Hörer-Halteklammer (1) aus der Aufstellstütze

heraus.

2. Stecken Sie diese in die obere Hörerablageschale.

3. Positionieren Sie die Montagelöcher (2) der Aufstellstütze am

vorgesehenen Montageort und markieren Sie die Bohrlöcher.

4. Bohren Sie die Löcher, setzen Sie die Dübel und befestigen Sie

die Schrauben.

5. Fixieren Sie nun die Aufstellstütze an den beiden Schrauben.

Anschließen des Hörers

1. Stecken Sie den Stecker am

langen Ende des Hörerkabels

in die Buchse auf der Un-

terseite des Telefons und füh-

ren Sie das Kabel durch den

vorgesehenen Kanal.

2. Stecken Sie den Stecker am

kurzen Ende des Hörerkabels

in die Buchse am Hörer.

Anschließen des Telefons

Wenn Ihr LAN nicht über PoE (Power over Ethernet) verfügt (zu-

ständiges Fachpersonal fragen), ist ein Netzgerät erforderlich.

Stecken Sie den Stecker des Netzgerätes in die Buchse auf der

Unterseite des Telefons.

Um eine Beschädigung des Gerätes zu vermeiden darf das Netzge-

rät nur an der mit gekennzeichneten Buchse angeschlossen wer-

den.

Installation am Schreibtisch

Für Installation am Schreibtisch stecken Sie das LAN-Kabel in die

Buchse auf der Unterseite des Telefons.

Wand-Installation

1. Verbinden Sie das LAN-Kabel mit der

Buchse auf der Unterseite des Te-

lefons und der Wanddose.

2. Setzen Sie die L-förmigen Schienen

des Telefons oben an die Führungs-

schienen der Aufstellstütze an und

schieben das Telefon vorsichtig nach

unten.

Optionale Anschlüsse

: LAN Anschluss zum PC

: Anschluss für Kopfhörer

Drittanbieter-Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung

OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G HFA Software

Das Produkt beinhaltet die OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G HFA Soft-

ware (nachfolgend „Software“). Diese ist Eigentum der Unify Softwa-

re and Solutions GmbH & Co. KG (nachfolgend „Unify“), sofern nicht

ausdrücklich anderslautend angegeben.

Die Software ist durch das deutsche Urheberrechtsgesetz, internati-

onale Urheberrechte, internationale Verträge und alle weiteren an-

wendbaren Rechte geschützt. Sie wird zu den Bedingungen der End-

benutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung von Unify lizenziert, sofern keine

anderslautenden vertraglichen Vereinbarungen bestehen.

Im Produkt verwendete Open-Source-Software

Das Produkt beinhaltet neben anderen Komponenten integrierte

Open-Source-Software, die von Drittanbietern entwickelt wurde

und urheberrechtlich geschützt ist. Ihre Nutzungsrechte an dieser

integrierten Open-Source-Software, die über die reine Program-

mausführung hinausgehen, sind durch die Bedingungen der ent-

sprechenden Open-Source-Lizenz geregelt.

Unter Einhaltung dieser Lizenzbedingungen wird Ihnen das Nut-

zungsrecht für die Open-Source-Software gemäß der entsprechen-

den Open-Source-Lizenz gewährt. Bei Konflikten mit der Unify-

Endbenutzer-Lizenzvereinbarung oder mit einer zwischen Ihnen

und Unify geschlossenen vertraglichen Vereinbarung haben die Be-

dingungen der Open-Source-Lizenz Vorrang in Bezug auf die Open-

Source-Komponente der Software.

Die integrierte Open-Source-Software ist lizenzgebührenfrei, d. h.

für die Erteilung und Ausübung der lizenzierten Rechte werde keine

Gebühren erheben, wogegen Unify von Ihnen die Erstattung von

Kosten fordern darf, die für die Bereitstellung der Open-Source-

Software anfallen.

Sofern in den Bedingungen der maßgeblichen Open-Source-Lizen-

zen gefordert, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, eine physische Kopie der in

diesem Produkt enthaltenen Open-Source-Komponenten und der

maßgeblichen Open-Source-Lizenzen zu erhalten. Sofern erforder-

lich, können auch herunterladbarer Quellcode, Dokumentation und

weitere ergänzende Informationen auf Medien bereitgestellt wer-

den. Wenn Sie sich über die Bereitstellung solcher Medien und die

Unify übernimmt keine Gewährleistung für die integrierte Open-

licher vertraglicher Vereinbarungen mit Unify legen die für die inte-

grierte Open-Source-Software geltenden Open-Source-Lizenzen die

etwaige Gewährleistung fest, die von den Autoren oder Lizenzge-

übernimmt Unify keinerlei Gewährleistung für Defekte, die durch

Care and cleaning instructions

• Never spray liquids onto the telephone since any liquid penetrating

the telephone can lead to malfunctions or destruction of the device.

• Any substances such as alcohol, chemicals, solvents or scouring agents

should also be avoided since these may damage the surface.

• Clean the telephone with a soft cloth moistened with water.

Marks

For safety reasons, the telephone can only be supplied with

power as follows:

• with the supplied original power supply unit,

• using a LAN with PoE (Power over Ethernet) which sup-

ports the IEEE 802.3af standard

Never open the telephone. If you encounter any problems,

contact your technical support.

Use only original accessories! Using other accessories may

be dangerous, and will invalidate the warranty, extended

manufacturer’s liability and the CE mark and other certifica-

tions.

The device conforms to the EU guideline 1999/5/EG, as attes-

ted by the CE mark.

All electrical and electronic products should be disposed of

separately from the municipal waste stream via designated

collection facilities appointed by the government or the local

authorities. The correct disposal and separate collection of

your old appliance will help prevent potential negative con-

sequences for the environment and human health. It is a pre-

Notes about Place of Use

• Operation of a SIP telephone is only permitted with indoor LAN

cabling. The device shall be connected to the IP infrastructure

using a shielded LAN cable:

Cat-5 for 100 Mb/s or Cat-6 for 1000 Mb/s

The LAN cabeling of the building shall ensure that the shield of

this cable is grounded.

• The telephone should be operated in a controlled environment

with an ambient temperature between 5 °C and 40 °C (41 °F and

104 °F).

• Do not install the telephone in a room where large quantities of

dust accumulate; this can considerably reduce the service life of

the telephone.

• Do not expose the telephone to direct sunlight or any other source

of heat, as this is liable to damage the electronic equipment and

the plastic casing.

• Do not operate the telephone in damp environments such as ba-

throoms.

Prepare the Telephone for Installing

Desk Mounting

For desk mounting slide the stand along the

L-shaped bars on the base of the telephone

until your prefered viewing angle to the te-

lephone is reached.

Four different viewing angles allow you to

personalize your telephone viewing prefe-

rence.

Wall Mounting

For wall mounting you will need a special LAN cable with short

plugs - please contact your administrator for purchase information.

For professional wall mounting we recommend to use the optional

Wall Mount Kit.

1. Break out the tip (1) from the stand.

2. Insert the tip into the telephone’s upper handset tray.

3. Position the wall mounting slots (2) on the stand at the desired

place of installation.

4. Drill the holes, insert the dowels and fasten the screws.

5. Affix the stand to both screws.

Connect the handset to the telephone

1. Insert the plug on the long

end of the handset cable into

the jack on the base of the

telephone and press the cable

into the groove provided.

2. Insert the plug on the short

end of the handset cable into

the jack on the handset.

Connect the Telephone

If your LAN does not have PoE (Power over Ethernet; ask your admi-

nistrator), then you need to use a power supply.

Insert the power supply plug into the Power jack on the base of

the telephone.

To prevent damage to the telephone, the power supply must only be

plugged into the Power jack .

Desk Installation

For desk installation insert the LAN cable into the Network jack

on the base of the telephone.

Wall Installation

1. Connect the LAN cable with the net-

work jack on the base of the tele-

phone and the wall jack.

2. Slide the L-shaped bar of the telepho-

ne from top down along the guide

rails of the stand until it locks in place.

Third-Party End User License Agreement

OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G HFA Software

This product contains the OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G HFA Soft-

ware (“Software”), which is intellectual property of Unify Software

and Solutions GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as “Unify”),

except where explicitly indicated otherwise.

The Software is protected by German copyright law, international

copyrights, international treaties and all other applicable laws, and,

save where contractually agreed otherwise, licensed to You under

the terms of the Unify end user license agreement (“Unify EULA”).

Open Source software used in the product

This product contains, among other things, embedded Open Source

software developed by third parties. This embedded Open Source

software is protected by copyright. Your right to use the Open Sour-

ce software embedded in this product beyond the mere execution of

the program is governed by the terms of the relevant Open Source

license.

Your compliance with the Open Source license will entitle you to

use the embedded Open Source software as provided for in the re-

levant Open Source license. In the event of a conflict between the

Unify EULA and a contractual arrangement between You and Unify,

the Open Source license terms shall prevail with respect to the em-

bedded Open Source software portions of the Software.

The embedded Open Source software in this product is licensed to

You royalty-free, i.e. no fees are charged for granting and exercising

the licensed rights, whereas Unify may charge You for the reimbur-

sement of costs incurred by Unify when providing the Open Source

software to You.

Where required under the applicable Open Source licenses, you

may obtain a physical copy of the relevant Open Source software

components contained in this product and the applicable Open

Source licenses, also including, where required, downloadable

source code, documentation and other supplementary information

on media. Please contact the Unify headquarters to find out about

how to obtain the media and about the applicable handling fees.

Unify may also elect to provide the relevant information via a dedi-

cated section of its website. Please select or search for the applicable

Warranty regarding further use of the Open Source

Software

Unify provides no warranty for the embedded Open Source softwa-

re if it is used in any manner other than execution of the program as

intended by Unify. Subject to any explicit contractual arrangement

with Unify, the Open Source licenses applicable to the embedded

Open Source software define the warranty, if any, from the authors

or licensors of the Open Source software. Unify specifically disc-

laims any warranties for defects caused by altering any of the em-

bedded Open Source software or the product configuration. You

have no warranty claims against Unify in the event that the embed-

ded Open Source software infringes the intellectual property rights

of a third party. Technical support, if any, will be provided only for

products which contain unmodified Software.

Remarques importantes

Consignes d'entretien et de nettoyage

• Ne vaporisez jamais le téléphone avec des liquides. Tout liquide

Remarques sur le lieu d'utilisation

• L'utilisation d'un téléphone SIP n'est autorisée qu'avec un câblage

LAN d'intérieur. L'appareil doit être connecté à l'infrastructure IP

à l'aide d'un câble LAN blindé :

Cat-5 pour 100 Mb/s ou Cat-6 pour 1000 Mb/s

La câblage LAN du bâtiment doit assurer la mise à la terre de la

gaine de ce câble.

• Le téléphone doit être utilisé dans un environnement contrôlé

avec une température ambiante comprise entre 5 °C et 40 °C

(41 °F et 104 °F).

• N'installez pas le téléphone dans une pièce où la poussière s'accu-

mule en grande quantité. Ceci pourrait considérablement réduire

la durée de vie du téléphone.

• N'exposez pas le téléphone aux rayons du soleil ou à toute autre

source de chaleur, car ceci pourrait endommager les composants

électroniques et le boîtier plastique.

• N'utilisez pas le téléphone dans des environnements humides

tels que des toilettes.

Préparez le téléphone pour l'installation

Installation sur bureau

Pour une installation sur bureau, faites glis-

ser le support le long des barres en forme de

L sur la base du téléphone jusqu'à ce que la

position souhaitée soit atteinte.

Quatre angles de vue vous permettent de

personnaliser la position de votre téléphone.

Installation murale

Pour une installation murale, utilisez un câble LAN avec embase

courte. Contactez votre administrateur pour obtenir de plus amples

informations. Pour la fixation murale professionnelle, nous recom-

mandons d'utiliser le kit de montage mural optionnel.

1. Retirez l'extrémité (1) du support.

2. Insérez l'extrémité dans le plateau supérieur du combiné.

3. Positionnez le support à l'emplacement prévu pour le montage

et faites une marque au niveau des encoches de montage (2).

4. Percez les trous, mettez les chevilles en place et serrez les vis.

5. Fixez maintenant le support sur les deux vis.

Connectez le téléphone

Si votre LAN n'est pas doté de la technologie PoE (Power over Ether-

net, renseignez-vous auprès de votre administrateur), vous devez

utiliser une alimentation.

Insérez la fiche d'alimentation dans la prise d'alimentation sur la

base du téléphone.

Pour éviter tout endommagement de votre téléphone, connectez le

bloc d'alimentation uniquement à la fiche .

Installation sur bureau

Pour une installation sur bureau, insérez le câble LAN dans la prise

réseau sur la base du téléphone.

Installation murale

1. Utilisez le câble LAN pour connecter

la fiche située sous le téléphone à

la prise murale.

2. Faites glisser la barre en forme de L

du téléphone de haut en bas le long

des rails de guidage du support.

Logiciel OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G HFA

Ce produit inclut le logiciel OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G HFA

(« Logiciel »), qui est la propriété intellectuelle de Unify Software and

Solutions GmbH & Co. KG (ci-après dénommé « Unify »), sauf indica-

tion contraire.

Le logiciel est protégé par les lois allemande et internationale sur les

droits d'auteur, les traités internationaux et toutes les autres lois ap-

plicables, et, sauf s'il en a été convenu autrement par contrat, il vous

est concédé sous licence selon les conditions du contrat de licence

utilisateur final de Unify (« CLUF de Unify »).

Logiciel Open Source utilisé dans le produit

Ce produit inclut, notamment, un logiciel Open Source développé

par des tiers. Ce logiciel Open Source est protégé par les droits d'au-

teur. Vos droits d'utilisation du logiciel Open Source intégré dans ce

produit autres que la simple exécution du programme sont régis par

les conditions de la licence Open Source correspondante.

Votre acceptation des conditions de licence Open Source vous con-

cède le droit d'utiliser le logiciel Open Source intégré conformément

auxdites conditions. En cas de conflit avec le CLUF de Unify ou avec

un accord contractuel entre vous et Unify, les conditions de licence

d'Open Source s'appliquent aux parties Open Source intégrées du

• Spuit nooit vloeistof op het toestel. Binnendringend vocht kan er-

toe leiden dat het apparaat niet meer naar behoren werkt of zelfs

onherstelbaar beschadigd raakt.

• Gebruik ook geen middelen als alcohol, chemicaliën, oplos-

middelen of schuurmiddelen, want dergelijke middelen kunnen

het oppervlak beschadigen.

• Maak het toestel schoon met een zachte doek die licht met water

vochtig is gemaakt.

Om veiligheidsredenen kan de telefoon alleen op de

volgende manieren van stroom worden voorzien:

• met de meegeleverde originele voedingseenheid,

• via een LAN met PoE (Power over Ethernet) dat de IEEE

802.3af-standaard ondersteunt

Open de telefoon nooit. Neem contact op met System Sup-

port als u problemen ondervindt.

Gebruik alleen originele accessoires. Het gebruik van ande-

re accessoires kan gevaarlijk zijn. Hierdoor vervallen de ga-

rantie, uitgebreide verantwoordelijkheid van de fabrikant,

de CE-markering en andere certificeringen.

Het apparaat voldoet aan de EU-richtlijn 1999/5/EC, zoals

wordt aangegeven met de CE-markering.

Alle elektrische en elektronische producten moeten ge-

scheiden van de gemeentelijke afvalstroom worden afgevo-

erd via specifieke inzamelingsfaciliteiten die worden inge-

steld door de overheid of plaatselijke autoriteiten.

Door de juiste afvoer en afzonderlijke inzameling van uw

oude apparaat draagt u bijaan het voorkomen van mogelijke

negatieve gevolgen voor het milieu en de gezondheid van de

mens. Dit is een voorwaarde voor het hergebruiken en re-

cyclen van gebruikte elektrische en elektronische apparatu-

ur.

Opmerkingen over de plaats van gebruik

• Het gebruik van een SIP-telefoon is alleen toegestaan met LAN-

bekabeling voor binnenshuis. Het apparaat moet op de IP-infra-

structuur worden aangesloten met een beschermende LAN-kabel:

Cat-5 voor 100 Mb/s of Cat-6 voor 1000 Mb/s

De LAN-bekabeling van het gebouw moet garanderen dat de be-

scherming van deze kabel geaard is.

• De telefoon moet worden gebruikt in een gecontroleerde omge-

ving met een omgevingstemperatuur tussen 5 °C en 40 °C (41 °F en

104 °F).

• Installeer de telefoon niet in een ruimte waar zich grote hoeveel-

heden stof verzamelen; dit kan de levensduur van de telefoon aan-

zienlijk verkorten.

• Stel de telefoon niet bloot aan rechtstreeks zonlicht of een andere

warmtebron, omdat de elektronische apparatuur en plastic behui-

zing hierdoor beschadigd kunnen raken.

• Gebruik de telefoon niet in vochtige omgevingen zoals badka-

mers.
