the product type (invoice, purchase receipt) no warranty claim will be processed.
1. KH Trading machines and tools are covered by 6/24 months warranty, starting on the date of
purchase, as described in the Civil Code (proof of purchase or invoice receipt must be
enclosed with the warranty card when making a claim).
2. This warranty does not cover defects caused by unprofessional handling, machine overloads, not
complying with instructions contained in this manual, using accessories that are not approved,
unauthorized repair, regular wear and tear and damages occurred during transport. Further, this
warranty does not cover parts and accessories such as the motor, carbon brushes, seals and
hot-air operated parts and parts that need to be changed regularly.
3. If the repair is to be found as not covered by the warranty policy, all costs including the repair and ship-
ping to and from the repair centre will be paid by the customer, according to valid price list. See www.
4. When making a claim, you must present the warranty card, showing the date of the purchase, the
serial number of the machine, vendor stamp and signature of sales clerk, as well as the proof of
purchase receipt.
5. Warranty claim shall be made at the vendor shop where you bought your machine or you may mail
it to a service centre. The vendor is obligated to fill out the warranty card (date of sale, serial
number, vendor stamp and signature). All these information must be filled in at the time of sale.
6. The warranty period will be extended for the period of time for which the machine has been in the
service centre possession. If the repair or defect is not covered by the warranty policy, all costs including
the repair and shipping will be paid by the owner of the machine / tool. We recommend sending the
machine in its original packaging. Please, also enclose brief description of the defect with the packaging.
7. Before sending the machine for repair, clean it thoroughly. If the received machine is dirty, it may
be rejected by the service shop or you may be charged a cleaning fee.

Before first use, please read this manual carefully. It is your responsibility to study all instructions,
necessary for safe use and operation and to understand all risks that may be involved during the use
of power machines.
WARNING! Do not try to use this machine before reading this entire manual and before you know
how to handle it. Keep this manual for future reference. Pay special attention to safety instructions.
Not complying with safety rules may cause injury to the operating person or to people standing by
or it may cause damage to the machine or to the work piece.

and the number of the sale receipt here in this box.
Your drill hammer 32.4V is equipped with continuous speed control. The controlling device is integrated in
the main switch.The mains switch also servers as an electric brake. Your machine features switch that con-
trols the turning direction of the chuck and enables you to activate impact-drilling function. Tools are fastened
using fastening system SDS PLUS.
Your machine includes: battery charge (aprox. 1 hour)
spare rechargeable battery - batteries are equipped with control light indicating the charge status.
4 drills with carbide tips, diameter 6, 8, 10, 12 mm.
standard chuck for drills with cylindrical shank, diameters up to 14 mm with SDS PLUS adapter.

General instructions
•Make sure you know how to control your tool or machine and that you are familiar with its operating
procedure. Know the hazards that may occur, if not used correctly.
•If other person is using this machine make sure that he knows how to safely operate this equipment and
that he is familiar with hazards and risk that may occur, if not used correctly.
•Pay special attention to safety notes and safety labels on the machine. Do not remove or damage them.
If the warning label becomes unreadable, please contact your vendor.
•Dirty and disorganized workplace may cause accidents.
•Never work in poorly lit, narrow or too crowded rooms. Always keep stable posture.
•Maintain your tools clean and in safe working conditions.
•Handles must be kept free of grease and dirt.
•Make sure no children, unauthorized persons or animals have access to your workshop.
•Use only for purposes for which it has been designed.
•Use personal protective gear such as safety goggles, ear protection, respirator, safe working shoes etc.
•Do not overreach, use both hands.
•Never work under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
•Do not use the machine/tool if you feel dizzy or week.
•Any modifications or improvements to the machine are strictly prohibited. DO NOT USE if you discover

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

•Never perform any maintenance during operation.
•If you see any unusual sign or hear any strange sound, switch off the machine immediately.
•Do not forget to remove all wrenches and screwdrivers from the machine after use.
•Before use, make sure all screws are tightened securely.
•Perform maintenance regularly. Before use make sure the machine is in good working conditions
and without any damage.
•Use only original spare parts during repairs.
•Using extension pieces or accessories not approved by the manufacturer may cause injuries to
the operating personnel.
•Use suitable tool for particular type of work. Do not overload tools, accessories or the machine. For large
work volume use more powerful machine.
•Do not overload your device. Measure the work load in such way, so it could be done with comfortable
speed. Damages due to machine overload are not covered by the warranty policy.
•Do not expose to extremely high temperature or direct sunlight.
•This machine is not designed for use in humid environments or under water.
•If you are not using your machine, store it in a dry and safe place, out of reach of children.
•Before use make sure that all safety elements work correctly and efficiently. Make sure all moving parts
are in good working conditions.
•Before use make sure that no part is cracked or stuck, Make sure all parts are attached and assembled
as designed. Beware of all other conditions that may have a negative effect on the proper functioning of
your machine.
•If not stated otherwise in this manual, all damaged parts and safety elements must be repaired or changed.
Battery equipment
•Your machine is powered by 32.4V NiCd batteries.
•If you are not using your equipment, remove the battery. Battery leak may seriously damage your machine.
•Before use make sure that battery is securely fastened and that the safety notch is engaged.
•Do not recharge the battery after short use (e.g. 3 min.).
•If the battery was not used for a long time, charge it before use.
•NiCd batteries feature so called negative memory effect. That means, that if they are not completely
discharged before next recharge the total capacity is reduced by the amount of charge that has been left
in the battery.
•Before use you must fully discharge the battery and then fully charge again. Repeat this cycle one more
time. It is similar to the formatting process of lead based batteries.
•Full capacity is reached after about 5 cycles.
•Batteries may get warm during use. This is normal.
•It is recommended to repeat the discharge / charge cycle sometimes to ensure the maximum capacity of
the battery.
•It is not recommended to store empty batteries for long time. Charge them fully before storage.
•Store in dry place. Protect against extremely low, freezing temperature.
•Do not try to disassemble the battery.
•Protect against heat and fire. Batteries may explode if exposed to heat.
•Protect against direct sun and do not store near heat sources.
•Temperature over 50°C may damage your battery.
•Cool down warmed up batteries before recharging.
•If you notice significantly lower operational time, the battery is worn out and must be changed for new one.

If the machine breaks down, send it back to the vendor for quick repair.
Please, enclose brief description of the defect. That makes repair easier. If the machine is still covered by
warranty, enclose the warranty card and proof of purchase receipt. After the warranty period expires, we
repair your machine for a special price.
To prevent possible damages during shipping, packed the machine carefully or use the original packaging
material. We are not liable for shipping damages due to incorrect packaging of your machine. If making
a claim at the shipping company the level and method of packaging plays a major role during claim evaluation
process.
Note: Pictures and contents in this manual may slightly differ from the actual product or accessories.
It is due to continuous improvement of our products. Such small differences have no effect on the product
functionality.

Fine mechanics
•Never use a vise to hold you device.
•Protect your machine from fall and impact. When you finish your work store your equipment back inside
the briefcase.
Assembly
•Do not use the machine unless completely assembled.
Electrical equipment
•Observe all basic safety rules when using electrical equipment to prevent risk of fire, injuries by electrical
shock and other hazards. Before using this device, read this manual entirely and follow all safety
instructions.
•Before connecting the battery to you machine, make sure that the switch is in the middle position and that
no tool is inside the chuck.
•The voltage of the batteries must be the same as shown on the specification label of your machine.
•Make sure that the battery is properly fixed in the handle and that the safety notch is engaged.
•Make sure the power cable plug is plugged into the correct wall outlet. The voltage in the wall outlet must
be the same as shown on the specification label to prevent damage to the electric motor. Too low voltage
will not provide your machine with enough power.
•Before connecting the machine to the wall outlet make sure that the main switch is in the "OFF" position.
When you finished your work, disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet and switch off the main
switch.
•Never carry electrical tools and appliances by their power cord. When disconnecting the plug from the
wall outlet, never pull the cable by its cord.
•Protect the power cable from high temperatures, oils, paint thinners and make sure that the cable is not
hanging over sharp edges.
•Inspect the power cable regularly. If damaged have it replaced by qualified technician. Inspect extension
cables regularly. If damaged, have it replaced.
•If you need to use an extension cable, use cable with appropriate power rating. Use only completely
unwound. Inspect extension cables regularly. Damaged cable must be repaired or changed immediately.
•Before performing any maintenance, repair or adjustment, switch off the main switch and disconnect the
power cable from the wall outlet.
•Make sure your machine may not be switched on accidentally. Do not keep your fingers close to the
main switch, unless absolutely necessary.
•If you mount your machine to the work table, release the safety button after installation.
•Do not use in environments where explosives are stored or used (paint shops, warehouse with
flammables etc.).
•Do not use in humid environments or if wet.
Hand tools
•Do not lay aside your machine unless it is completely stopped.
•When placing you machine aside, make sure that the machine is not pressing on its tool.
•Never use a vise to hold you device.
•Always have the work piece securely fastened and use extreme caution when releasing it or handling.

Rotary tools/machines
•Always wear suitable work clothing (do not wear loose clothing, ties, jewellery etc.). Long hair must be
covered and tied up behind you head. Do not wear worn out working shoes. Sleeves must be rolled up.
Danger. Loose clothing or body parts may get caught by moving machine parts.
•Do not remove safety covers. Make sure the operating personnel is well-protected.
•Do not touch or come close with moving machine parts during work. Keep your hands away from moving
and spinning machine parts.
Metal turning operations
•Always securely fasten the work piece on the work table using appropriate clamping equipment or vise.
Do not hold the work piece in your hands during work. Use both hands to hold the handles of the
machine/tool.
•Do not overreach. Maintain stable posture on both legs. That way you will not be thrown out of balance
in case of a reverse impact.
•Keep your tools clean and sharp.
•When changing tools or during maintenance, follow safety instructions.
•To feed or move the work piece use appropriate extension tool.
•Make sure the work piece complies with required technical parameters and that is securely fastened.
•Use extra caution when releasing the work piece from the fastening device.
Drilling
•Make sure the work piece is properly fastened to the work table against turning during drilling.
•Before switching your machine on make sure the chuck is turning in the right direction, based on the
used tool.
Power equipment
•If your machine is equipped with depressed springs, use suitable device to release them slowly and safely.
•Make sure not part is left inside the packaging box before throwing the packaging materials out. If so,
take it out and install it. Use the part listing for check-up and the installation drawing for guidance.
•Before first use, charge the batteries with the supplied charger.
•Use safety goggles.
•Use respirator or mask if your work creates lot of dust.
•Protect you hearing against acoustic pressure.
•If the acoustic pressure reaches 85 dB(A) or more, use ear protection.
•Remove the batteries if you are not using your machine or before performing maintenance, repairs or
changing accessories.

•Remove the batteries if you are not using your machine or before performing maintenance, repairs or
changing accessories.
•Before cleaning, remove the battery pack.
•Before attempting any maintenance or cleaning of the charger, always disconnect the power cable plug
from the wall outlet.
•Clean the machine covers and the charger with soft cloth.
•Maintain the ventilation openings clean and free of obstacles. Dirt may enter the inner mechanism of your
machine and cause damage.
•Do not use aggressive cleaning solution or paint thinners to clean the machine.
•If you are not using your machine, lubricate it with suitable grease and store it in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
Lubrication
Your tool does not require any additional lubrication.
Before inserting SDS-plus drill into the chuck, lubricate the shank of the tool with small amount of grease.
•Replace the battery pack if it no longer can handle work loads that it handled before.
•Dispose of the batteries in accordance with environmental rules and regulations.
•Let the battery discharge completely and then remove it from your machine.
•NiCd cells may be recycled. Take them to the vendor shop or to the local recycling facility.
•Old and used battery cells must be recycled or disposed off properly.
•Used NiCd cells must be disposed off in accordance with the Law of waste disposal management.
When the operational life of your device is over, dispose off it in accordance with valid rules and regulations.
Your product is made of metal and plastic parts that may be recycled when separated.
1. Disassemble all parts.
2. Separate all parts according to the material they are made of (e.g. metals, rubber, plastics, etc.).
Take the separated parts to the recycling facility near you for further processing.
3. Electrical waste (used electrical power tools, electric motors, recharging equipment, electronics,
accumulators, batteries etc.).
Dear customer. In accordance with the valid regional rules and regulations describing the management of
electrical waste, electrical waste is considered dangerous.
Disposal of electrical waste must be therefore handled as dangerous waste in accordance with waste
management rules valid in the state you are in.
It is prohibited to mix electrical waste with regular household waste.
You may return your used electrical appliance to a recycling facility near you. More information about
electrical and dangerous waste disposal may be obtained from your local authority or from the Internet.
DISPOSAL

Impact drilling
•Select the impact drilling mode 6, the symbol of the drill with a hammer. The switch lever must be in
horizontal position.
•Insert SDS-plus compatible drill. You will achieve better results if you use high-quality drills with
carbide tips.
•Mark the centre of the hole.
•Place the drill tip on the centre mark. Do not use excessive force. (Use force equivalent to 5 kg)
•Too much pressure on the drill will not speed up the drilling process, but it will lower the power output of
your machine and shorten the operational life of the tool.
•Using the switch 1, turn your machine on. The hammer mechanism must work smoothly and must not
rebound.
•If needed, use more pressure on the main switch/trigger.
•Do not use the supplied chuck for impact drilling. Use drills with fastening system SDS PLUS only.
Regular rotary drilling
•Select the regular drilling mode 6, the drill symbol. The lever of the switch must be in vertical position.
•Select the direction of rotation.
•For regular drilling you may use the supplied chuck with regular fastening system for drills with cylindrical
shank.
Using your machine as a screwdriver
•Select the regular drilling mode 6, the drill symbol. The lever of the switch must be in vertical position.
•Select the direction of rotation.
•You may use the regular supplied chuck to fasten hexagonal screwdriver tips.
•You may also use a special screwdriver extension adapter SDS - plus that is designed for hexagonal
screwdriver bits fastening. This chuck is not supplied as standard.
•Insert the screwdriver bit into the chuck or into the applicable adapter and tighten the chuck firmly.
•Slowly press the main switch to start with low speed. Otherwise you may damage the screw head.
•If the screw head reaches the surface of the material, let go off the switch. Otherwise the screw head
may cut through the surface of the material.
Do not use this machine for mixing or pumping flammable or explosive liquids.
Changing the carbon brush 4
Your machine is supplied with a pair of spare carbon brushes.
•Before changing the brushes, remove the battery from the handle. See the procedure described earlier.
•We recommend to change the carbon brushes after 2,000 hours of operation. That way you maintain the
power output of your machine on top.
•Turn the brush cover and remove it. Change the brushes for new ones.
•You have to change both brushes at the same time.

Overload safety clutch
•If the drill gets stuck during working, the chuck driver disengages. Due to strong forces present during
drilling, always hold you machine with both hands and keep stable posture.
Braking mechanism
•If you release the main switch/trigger, the chuck will stop immediately. It is stopped by an electric braking
system.
Electrical safety
•The electric engine has been designed for one voltage only. Always make sure that the batteries provide
your machine with the specified voltage. Make sure that the wall outlet voltage is the same as shown on
the specification label of your charger.
Checking the level of the battery charge
•Press the testing button on the battery. The number
of lit diodes tells you the lever of the charge.
•Before charging the batteries, discharge them
completely to eliminate the negative memory effect
that lowers the capacity of the battery.
Charging the batteries
Your machine is supplied with battery charger and with a spare battery.
•New battery, or battery stored for a long time must be charged before use.
•When you recharge the battery to full capacity you must fully discharge it and then charge it again. Repeat
this cycle 5 times.
•Charge the battery before storage. If you store empty or partially charged battery the operational life of
the battery may be shortened.
Charging instructions
•Connect the power cable plug of your charge to
the appropriate wall outlet 230V.
•The red LED diode on the left side of the
charger base will come on, indicating that the
power is on.

•Place the battery in the base as seen on the
picture. Make sure the safety notch in engaged.
•Press the charge button, located between the
red and green LED diodes.
•The green LED diode will come on, indicating
the start of the charging process.
•During charging both LED diodes stay on.
•If the charging is finished, the green LED diode
comes off and only the red one stays lit,
indicating that the charger is under power.
•When the charging process is finished, press
the safety notch and remove the battery from
the base.
•Disconnect the power cable plug from the wall
outlet.
•If the battery pack is fully charged and the
operational time is significantly shortened, the
battery is damaged and must be changed for
a new one.
Installing and removing the battery pack 3
•Set the directional switch 2 to the middle position - the switch with the integrated speed control is blocked.
•Align the fully charged battery with the groove in the handle and slide it in, Make sure that the safety notch
is engaged. You may use slight force to overcome the spring force in order to correctly connect the battery.
•If you want to disconnect the battery, press the button 10 and remove it.
Selecting the operational mode 6
You may use your impact drill in two modes:
•Regular rotary drilling: use for screw driving,
steel, wood and plastic hole drilling. The switch
is in its vertical position.
•Impact drilling: use for concrete and wall impact
drilling. Select the desired mode by turning the
mode switch so the tip of the switch points on
the applicable symbol.

Using the SDS - plus system for tool fastening and releasing
•Your machine is equipped with SDS-PLUS fastening system. The shank of the drill must be cleaned and
lubricated regularly.
•Place the drill shank to the holder 9.
•Press the drill bit down and turn it until it engages.
•Pull the drill to make sure that it is securely fastened.
•Impact drilling method requires the drill to move few millimetres along its long axis.
•If you want to remove the drill, slide the fastening socket of the holder back and remove the drill.
Installation of the side handle 8
•You may set the side handle to either side to accommodate left or right handed persons.
•Use the machine with correctly installed side handle only.
•Turn the side handle to release it.
•Right handed persons: slide the handle socket over the fastening ring behind the handle. Left handle position.
•Left handed persons: slide the handle socket over the fastening ring behind the handle. Right handle position.
•Adjust the handle in the most comfortable position and secure it in place by turning.
Setting the drilling depth
•Install the applicable drill inside your machine.
•Release the side handle 8.
•Push the depth setting pole through the opening
in the handle socket.
•Set the desired drilling depth.
•Tighten the side handle.
Direction switch
•Move the direction switch 2 to the right side
to select forward direction (right rotation).
•Move the direction switch 2 to the left side
to select backward direction (left rotation).
•Move the switch 2 to its middle position. The
integrated switch is blocked in this position to
ensure safe tool replacement, manipulation or
handling during transport or storage.
•Always wait until the engine comes to a complete
stop before changing the direction of rotation.
Operational instructions
•Always follow all safety instructions and regulations.
Switching your machine ON/OFF
•You may switch your machine on by pressing the switch 1. This integrated switch also serves as a speed
regulator. The more you press the switch the faster the chuck will turn and vice versa.
•The amount of pressure applied on the switch determines the speed.
•To stop you machine, simply release the switch. The electric brake will stop the rotation of the chuck
immediately.
