ACG and your authorized representative checked this vehicle before it was
delivered to you.
39 Roadster NEV does confor to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard FMVSS #500
for LSV (low-speed vehicles), and is equipped for operation on public streets and roads, as
of date of anufacture as shown on the vehicle’s “Certification Label”.
ACG is not liable for any additional require ents or odifications that your individual state
ay require.
ACG is not liable of errors in this anual or for incidental or consequential da ages that
result fro the use of the aterial in this anual. The infor ation contained in this
docu ent including the warranty infor ation contained in separate “Warranty” docu ent is
subject to change without notice.
