1. Before beginning any exercise program,
consult your physician. This is especially
important for persons with pre-existing
health problems.
2. Use the ACTIVEBASETM only as described
in this manual. Do not attent to climb or
stand on your feet on ACTIVEBASETM.
3. It is the responsibility of the owner to
ensure that all users of ACTIVEBASETM are
adequately informed of all precautions.
4. WARNING!
ACTIVEBASETM is intended for home and
office use only.
5. Inspect the condition of this equipment
and properly tighten all parts regularly.
Replace any worn parts immediately.
6. ACTIVEBASETM is intended to be used by
one person at the time.
7. ACTIVEBASETM should not be used by
persons weigthing more than 100 kg and
measuring less than 135 cm.
8. Use ACTIVEBASETM on a dry and a level
surface and away from moisture and dust.
9. Keep your ngers away from under the
seat.
10. Always have at least two points of
support on the ground.
11. Do not use your ACTIVEBASETM on a wet
or slippery oor.
12. Excessive practice can cause muscles
aches on deep muscles, if you feel pain
during use, rest or reduce mobility.

For your benet, read this manual carefully before you use ACTIVEBASETM.
If you have questions after reading this manual, please see the front cover of this manual. To help us assist
you, note the product model number and serial number before contacting us. The model number and the
location of the serial number decal are shown on the front cover of this manual.
• Assembly requires one person.
• Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do
not dispose of the packing materials until you nish all assembly steps.
• Before reading further, please familiarize yourself with the parts that
are labeled in the drawing beside.

ASSEMBLY
1• insert the shield sleeve (8) into the
supporting tube (7).
3• Then screw the rubber seat retainer
(10) to the bottom cone (9).
5• In a counterclockwise direction
tightly screw the cardan (2) to the
upper tube (6), using the key (11).
6• Screw tight counterclockwise the
cardan (2) under the seat board (1),
with the provided key (11).
4• Manually screw the cardan (2)
under seat board (1).
2• Screw the supporting tube (7) to
the bottom cone (9).

ASSEMBLY
7• Stick the foams (12) as you like on the
seat board (1) for a better grip.
(effective example above)
8• Open and turn the knob (A) while
holding the ring nut (B).
1• Turn clockwise to loosen the upper
cone (3) and release the cardan (2)
for more mobility.
3• Choose the desired height. We recommend that you
adjust the seat to the height of the top of your knee
whilst standing.
You are now ready to use ACTIVEBASETM.
2• Turn counterclockwise to loosen
the bottom cone (9) and release the
rubber seat retainer (10) for even
greater mobility.
SETTINGS
Before each use,
be sure to tighten the
toggle clamp (5).

STARTING EXERCISE GUIDELINE
WARNING!

tness and therefore, assumes no responsibility or guarantee as to the use of
information or advice contained in this publication, including any liability for
errors, inconsistencies and omissions.
It is recommended as a way to progress and gain in efficiency
1. Basic Position
Adjust the seat height to have knee exion lower
than the seat.
Block the ACTIVEBASETM at the top and bottom,
and sit on it, making sure your glutes are slightly
off at the back of the seat.
Keep your legs shoulder-width apart.
Tighten your abdominal muscles and straighten
your back. Relax your shoulders and place your
hands on your desk.
Warning! You must have your elbows at 90° when
you put your hands on your desk.
Make sure the tube is aligned with your spine
natural curve.
After about ten minutes of use in basic position
mode you can proceed to the next step.
2. Getting started ACTIVEBASETM with upper cone unlocked
Unlock the upper cone to start.
Unlocking the upper cone will give mobility to
the seat of the ACTIVEBASETM. Be progressive,
vigilant and intuitive, accordingly to your limits and
capacities.
Starting from the Basic Position (1) place yourself
in front of a mirror and check if your posture is well
aligned. Look for stability. Keep this posture, and
place with your hands on a desk for extra support.
After a few minutes you can remove the hands
from the desk while trying to remain static.
If you feel capable, try to make small movements
forward or lateral. Avoid backward movement.

STARTING EXERCISE GUIDELINE
3. Getting started ACTIVEBASETM with two cones unlocked
Unlocking the two cones (top and bottom) gives
mobility to the entire ACTIVEBASETM.
Unlock the upper cone to start and after the bottom
cone. Always follow this order.
From the Basic Position (1) place yourself in
front of a mirror and check if your posture is well
aligned. Look for stability. Look for stability without
support on both stabilizing cones simultaneously.
Keep this posture, and place with your hands on
a desk for extra support. After a few minutes you
can remove the hands from the desk while trying
to remain static.
For a more dynamic utilisation we recommend
removing the bottom cone.

WARRANTY
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
ACTIVEBASE SAS warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under
normal use and service conditions, for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase.
For the Parts listed as (9) and (10) on Part List ( please see page 3 of this manual) the warranty is valid
for a period of 3 months.
Terms
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser (you) and is not transferable.
The warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Any adaptation or changes to upgrade this product from its normal purpose as described in your user’s
manual.
3. Damage resulting from:
a) transportation.
b) abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper or abnormal usage.
c) non-home use.
d) repairs not provided by an ACTIVEBASE SAS authorized service provider.
e) accidents, lightning, water, re, or any other causes beyond the control of ACTIVEBASE SAS.
