General information
Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual belongs to this travel hammock (referred to
below only as the “hammock”). It contains important information
on set-up and use.
Before using the hammock, read the instruction manual carefully.
This applies in particular to the safety notes. Failure to heed the instructions in
this user manual may result in severe injury or damage to the hammock.
Store the user manual for future use. If you pass the hammock on to third
parties, be sure to include this instruction manual.
Explanation of symbols
The following symbols and signal words are used in this instruction manual, on
the hammock, or on the packaging.
WARNING!
This signal symbol/word designates a
hazard with a moderate degree of risk
which may lead to death or severe injury
if not avoided.
CAUTION!
This signal symbol/word designates a
hazard with low risk that, if not avoided,
may result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE! This signal word warns against potential

Proper use
The hammock is designed for one person to lie on and has a maximum load
capacity of 330 lbs (150kg). It is only intended for private use and is not suitable
for commercial purposes.
Only use the hammock as described in this instruction manual. Any other use
is deemed improper and may result in damage to property or even personal
injury. The hammock is not a children’s toy.
The manufacturer or vendor accepts no liability for damage caused by
improper or incorrect use.
Safety instructions
WARNING!
Risk of strangulation and suffocation!
If children play with the hammock or the packaging, they could
get caught in it, strangle, or suffocate.
− Do not allow children to play with the packaging or the
hammock.
− Supervise children when they are near the hammock.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Improper use of the hammock could result in injury.
− Do not exceed the hammock’s load bearing capacity of
330lbs (150kg).
− Please make sure that there is only one person lying in the
hammock at a time.
− Do not stand up in the hammock.
− Do not jump in the hammock and do not let yourself fall
into the hammock.

− Do not transport animals or other objects in the hammock.
− Do not use the hammock as a swing.
− Do not let children use the hammock without supervision.
− Do not use the hammock as climbing assistance.
− Check the hammock and attachment components for
damage before every use.
Do not use the hammock if the hammock itself or any of its
individual parts display damage.
− Only lie in the hammock if it has been correctly set up and
fastened.
− Set up the hammock over a soft surface. Then if you fall
out of the hammock, injuries will be less serious.
− Do not use the hammock during a storm.
− Have qualified professionals perform repairs. Liability
and warranty claims are waived in the event of repairs
performed by the user or incorrect use.
NOTICE!

Improper handling of the hammock may damage it.
− Do not leave the hammock hanging unattended after use.
− Do not continue to use the hammock if it has rips or if
individual parts are damaged. Only replace damaged
individual parts with corresponding original spare parts.
− Keep the hammock away from fire and cigarettes.

If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a
sharp knife or other sharp object, you may damage the ham-
mock.
− Take care when opening it.
1. Remove the hammock from the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that the contents are complete (see Fig.A).
3. Check whether the hammock and individual parts exhibit damages. If this is
the case, do not use the hammock. Contact the manufacturer at the service
address specified on the warranty card.

CAUTION!

Improper use of the hammock could result in injury.
− The hammock must only be set up by adults.
− Only lay in the hammock if it has been properly set up and
fastened.
− Make sure the surface underneath is as soft as possible.
− Remove sharp stones and other sharp objects from
underneath the hammock.
− Stretch out the hammock so that it is about 8ft (2.5 m)
long.
Fasten the hammock between two sturdy trees.
They should be about 10ft (3 m) apart.
1. Take the hammock out of the protective bag 3.
2. Unfold the hammock and lay it out on the floor.
3. Place a rope2around the first tree and guide it through the end loop4
with the free end (where the thirteen attachment loops5are located)
(see Fig. D).
4. Pull the rope through the end loop as much as you can so that it rests firmly
against the tree.
5. Insert one of the carabiner clips 1into one of the attachment loops on the
rope (see Fig. E and F).
6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 with the second rope and carabiner clip on the opposite
tree.
7. Stretch out the hammock so that it is around 8.20 ft (2.5 m) long.
If necessary, hook the carabiner clip into a higher attachment loop if the
hammock sags too much.
When a person is lying on the hammock, the gap between the hammock
and the floor should not exceed 1.64 ft (0.5 m).

CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
If you lay in the hammock incorrectly, you could hurt yourself
and damage the hammock.
− When laying in the hammock, make sure that the gap
between the hammock and the floor does not exceed
1.64ft (0.5 m).
− Stretch out the hammock so that it is about 8ft (2.5 m)
long.
− Only lay in the hammock if it has been properly set up and
fastened.
− Check the hammock and all fastening components before
each use for secureness and for any damage or wear.
Do not use the hammock if the hammock itself or any of its
individual parts are damaged.
− Do not leave the hammock hanging unattended after use.
• Make sure that the hammock is not pulled too taut and lay
slightly diagonally in the hammock. This way you will avoid
lying in a posture where your back is bent (see Fig. B)
• Lie slightly diagonally in the hammock and make sure that
the hammock is not pulled too taut (see Fig. C).
1. Stand to one side of the hammock.
2. Swing one leg over the hammock so that you are standing with your legs
apart on either side of the hammock.
3. Sit down onto the hammock.
4. Carefully bring your legs up onto the hammock.
5. Lean the top half of your body back.

Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the hammock may lead to it becoming
damaged.
− Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such
as knives, hard scrapers and the like. They could damage
the surfaces.
− Do not put the hammock in the washing machine.
− Wipe the hammock, the carabiner clips 1and the ropes 2with a damp
cloth.
− Then let the hammock and all individual parts dry completely.
Storage
1. Clean the hammock as described in the chapter “Cleaning”.
2. Store the hammock in the protective bag 3.
3. Store the hammock in a dry place that is not accessible to children.

Uso apropiado
La hamaca está concebida para que una sola persona se tumbe y cuenta
con una capacidad de carga máxima de 330 lbs (150kg). Está destinada
exclusivamente para uso privado y no para el ámbito comercial.
Utilice la tumbona solo como está indicado en este manual de instrucciones.
Cualquier otro uso se considera inapropiado y puede provocar daños
materiales o incluso personales. La hamaca no es un juguete.
El fabricante o distribuidor no se hacen responsables de daños producidos por
un uso inapropiado o erróneo.

Si los niños juegan con la hamaca o el embalaje, pueden que-
dar atrapados o estrangularse con ella y asfixiarse.

No use la hamaca si esta misma o sus piezas presentan
daños.
− Túmbese sobre la hamaca solo si se montó y se fijó
debidamente.
− Instale la hamaca por encima de un suelo blando.
De esta manera, en caso de que se cayera de la hamaca,
las lesiones no serían tan graves.
− No use la hamaca durante una tormenta.
− Si hubiera que repararla, llévela a un servicio técnico.
En caso de reparaciones por cuenta propia o uso indebido,
se excluyen los derechos de responsabilidad y garantía.

El manejo inadecuado de la tumbona puede provocar daños
en la misma.
− Tras usarla, no deje colgada la hamaca sin supervisión.
− No use la hamaca si presenta rasgones o alguna pieza
está dañada. Las piezas dañadas solo deben sustituirse
por las piezas de repuesto originales adecuadas.
− Mantenga alejada la hamaca del fuego y los cigarrillos.

La hamaca podría verse dañada si abre el embalaje con un cu-
chillo afilado o con otros objetos puntiagudos sin tener cuidado.
− Al abrir el embalaje, proceda con cuidado.
1. Saque la hamaca de su embalaje.
2. Compruebe que el contenido del paquete esté completo (véase fig.A).
3. Compruebe que la hamaca o las piezas no presenten daños. Si presentara
daños, no la utilice. Contacte con el fabricante a través de la dirección de
servicio técnico indicada en la tarjeta de garantía.
Fijación de la hamaca a un árbol
¡ATENCIÓN!
¡Riesgo de lesiones!
El uso indebido de la hamaca puede provocar lesiones.
− La hamaca solo debe ser instalada por adultos.
− Túmbese sobre la hamaca solo si se montó y se fijó
debidamente.
− Procure instalarla por encima de un suelo lo más blando
posible.
− Retire las piedras agudas y cualquier otro objeto afilado
del suelo sobre el que cuelgue la hamaca.
− Tienda la hamaca de tal manera que su longitud sea de
unos 8.20 ft (2.5 m).
Fije la hamaca entre dos árboles estables. Estos deben estar a
aprox. 9.84 ft (3 m) de distancia.
