SAFE ASSEMBLY
•
Never attempt to assemble the Aeroball if you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol
or other substance.
•
Fully read and understand the entire instruction manual prior to assembling the
Aeroball. There are multiple steps that must be followed in order to have a safe and
successful assembly.
•
Have the correct tools on hand, as prescribed by the manual.
•
Assembly of the Aeroball should be performed by adults only. Maintain a safe perimeter
around the work area free of bystanders, components or obstructions.
•
The assembly of this product requires ladders or scaffolding. Climbing on the Aeroball
frame is dangerous. Ensure the ladder is stable, solid, and tall enough to reach the top
of the Aeroball without extending reach an unsafe distance.
•
Ensure there are no obstructions above the Aeroball that can obstruct the work – e.g.:
lights, electrical cables, sprinklers, drop ceilings, tree branches, etc.
•

SAFETY RULES FOR OPERATORS & EMPLOYEES
THIS GAME IS DESIGNED FOR SAFETY, BUT IT MUST BE USED SAFELY AND IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ALL SAFETY RULES!
1. Adult supervision of Aeroball is required at all times.
2. It is recommended that players sign indemnification waivers prior to using the Aeroball
to confirm their physical fitness for play and to recognize the inherent risk in any activity
involving height, motion, and physical activity. If users are under legal age, a parent or
guardian should sign for them.
3. Do not allow anyone under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other inhibiting substance
to use the Aeroball.
4. Do not allow smoking in or around the unit.
5. Operators & supervisors should have the authority to restrict use of Aeroball to those
with the physical ability to play safely.
6. Never allow more than one person on a jump surface at one time. Each trampoline is for
one person at a time only.
7. Do not allow other people to sit or stand on the edges of the trampoline while someone
is inside the Aeroball.
8. Never store anything under the Aeroball; this space must remain clear so that the
movement of the jump’s surfaces are not impeded.
9. Inspect jump surface before each use and all other parts on a periodic basis. Replace
any worn, defective or missing parts with genuine AEROBALL parts. Aeroball jump
surfaces are of 2-ply construction for the safety of users but any defective or worn parts
should be replaced immediately.
10. Do not allow shoes on the jump surface and keep the jump surface free of dirt, rocks,
sand or debris.
11. Enforce all Safety Rules for Players. Ensure safety rules are posted and unobstructed and
require all players to take notice of them.
12. Ensure all new operators are trained in safety rules and procedures.
OUTDOOR USE
AEROBALL MAY BE INSTALLED OUTDOORS BUT SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE FACTORS MUST
BE CONSIDERED.
1. Outdoor units should be anchored securely in case of unexpected high winds. If winds
exceed 25 mph it is recommended that the housings be released from the frame by
removing the housing springs. This should take only a few minutes. It is a good idea to
weigh-down or anchor the Aeroball, contact Aeroball UK to discuss options of an
anchoring plan.

[email protected] t: +44 01328560250
2. No one should play Aeroball in the rain/snow or when the jump surfaces are wet/icy.
3. Play should cease immediately if bad weather is imminent. If lightning appears in the
area, no matter how remotely, cease play and seek shelter.
4. Rain will not affect the Aeroball housing (mesh & fabric parts) or jump surfaces as these
are porous and dry quickly. However, the housings are easy to remove and reinstall and
this is recommended during winter, off-season or protracted periods of bad weather.
5. Aeroball is powder coated over a high quality undercoat but it is recommended to
inspect the painted surface and recoat scratches or other paint damage with Aeroball
touch-up paint. If rust appears it should be cleaned and primed (with a metal primer)
before touch-up paint is applied.
6. When the Aeroball is not in use it must be secured so that unauthorized people cannot
play on the Aeroball or climb on the structure. Exposure to liability may not cease when
your facility is closed.
SAFETY RULES FOR PLAYERS
ANY ACTIVITY INVOLVING HEIGHT AND MOTION CREATES THE POSSIBILITY OF INJURY.
STRICTLY OBSERVE ALL THE FOLLOWING RULES TO MINIMIZE THIS POSSIBILITY. FAILURE TO
FOLLOW THESE RULES IS DANGEROUS AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.
1. Do not play if you have a physical injury or other impairment or condition.
2. Only one person on each jump surface at one time.
3. Children must have adult supervision while playing
4. Flips, spins, or somersaults are dangerous and are strictly prohibited.
5. Do not land on the jump surface with your knees locked.
6. Do not land on the jump surface with you back arched.

Step 6: Clip the remaining springs to the structure. (There are 16 springs per side, 64 for each
trampoline mat). If the springs are too stiff to stretch by hand, use the spring tool provided
(part #99)
Step 7: Repeat steps 5 and 6 in order, for all the remaining trampoline beds. By the end of this
step, all 4 trampoline beds should be attached to the structure.
Step 8: Attach each of the 8 blue padded spring covers (part #52) to the sides of the Aeroball.
Then attach the 4 center covers (part #51) in the middle.
By the end of Step 8, all four trampoline surfaces should be fully attached and covered by the
pads.
