HOW TO INSTALL
FOR PURCHASING AT AFX MOTORSPORTS
(20x) 1/4 x ” x 1/2” Bolts with nuts.
(24x) 3/16 x 1/2 ” Bolts with nuts.
Central Rails

(4x) 3/16 x 3/4 ” Bolts with nuts.

Align 3 central rails with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image). Use twelve 3/16 x 1/2”screws with nut, inserting them
bottom-up. (Do no tighten yet)
Install rear frame assembly onto rear side rails (as it is shown in
the image). Use four 1/4x 1/2”screws with nut. (Do not tighten
yet).

Central rail
To nish with the installation, settle the whole rack over the
roof, use six 1/4 x 1”screws with washer and nut (as it is shown
in the image).

* For safety tighten all the screws.

Align the last central rail wih the perforations of the Bracket
#3 (As itis shown in the image). Use four 3/16 x 3/4”screws
with nut, inserting them bottom-up.

Install Front frame Assembly onto front side rails (as it is
shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nut (Do
not tighten yet).
Align 3 central rails with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image). Use sixteen 3/16 x 1/2” screws with nut, inserting them
bottom-up. (Do not tighten yet).
Place the rear rack assembly with the front rack assembly,
aligning the Bracket #1 with the perforations (as it is shown in
the image), using eight 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nut. (Do not
tighten yet).
