Spray Aka-NoStick Liquid onto your
Aka-Mould. Let it dry upside down to
avoid your Aka-NoStick Liquid to
accumulate at the bottom of your
Aka-Mould 1
Mix your resin and hardener according to
our guides and fill the Aka-Mould to max.

When the mount is cured. Remove the
bottem of your Aka-Mould and push the
cured mount out of your Aka-Mould.
Push towards the cap end of your
Aka-Mould 3
Clean your Aka-Mould with a wooden
stick to avoid scratching the Aka-Mould
parts. Remove any residue as it can cause
a leak or deform your Aka-Mould upon
assembly making it leak permanently 4
To save time it is a good idea to apply
Aka-NoStick Liquid to your Aka-Mould
directly after cleaning. This way you
always have a Aka-Mould ready for use.

Sprayen Sie Aka-NoStick Trennflüssigkeit
auf Ihren Aka-Mould. Lassen Sie die Form
Kopfüber trocknen, um zu vermeiden das
sich die Flüssigkeit am Boden sammelt 1
Mischen Sie Harz und Härter nach unseren
Anleitungen zusammen und füllen Sie die
Aka-Mould bis max. 2 mm unter der
Kante an 2
Wenn Ihre Probe ausgehärtet ist entfernen
Sie den Boden Ihrer Aka-Mould und
schieben die Probe heraus 3
Reinigen Sie Ihre Aka-Mould mit einem
Holzstab um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
Entfernen Sie alle Rückstände 4
Um Zeit zu sparen kann die Aka-NoStick
Trennflüssigkeit direkt nach der Reinigung
in die Aka-Mould aufgetragen werden.
So haben Sie immer eine Aka-Mould
einsatzbereit.
