Pull at the thread to pull it out, and wind it around
the bobbin winding tension disc.
Then, wrap the thread around the bobbin a few
times to secure it. Slide the bobbin pin to the right
to lock the bobbin in place for winding.
Apply gentle pressure to the foot pedal to begin loading
the bobbin with thread. When the required amount of
thread is loaded, remove pressure from the foot pedal.
Slide the bobbin pin back to the left and remove the
bobbin from the bobbin pin.
Step 1 - Wind the Bobbin
Place your thread spool on the spool pin
and put the thread spool cover on top.

Step 2 - Threading the Upper Half of the Machine
Place your thread spool on the spool pin
and put the thread spool cover on top.
Pull at the thread to pull it out, and wrap the
thread around the thread guide.
Follow the directional arrows on your sewing
machine by pulling the thread through the thread
guide and towards you. Ensuring the thread is
centralised, you should be making a long and
narrow “U” shape with your thread.
Feed the thread through the take up lever.
Make sure you are inserting the thread
from the right hand side of the hole.

Step 2 - Threading the Upper Half of the Machine
Thread the thread in to the eye of the needle.
Ensure that your thread has been fed through
the final directional arrow marked on the
machine and feed your thread through the metal
hole at the top of the needle.

Step 3 - Threading the Bobbin Through the Machine
Once you’ve threaded up the upper half of the
machine, remove the bobbin cover and insert
your loaded bobbin.
Slide the bobbin cover back on and
ensure that the presser foot is raised.
Gently pull the bobbin’s thread ensuring that the
bobbin spins clockwise.
Feed the thread to the left ensuring that
the thread is tucked in to the inside of
the bobbin.

Hold the thread that is through the needle
with your left hand and turn the hand wheel
with your right hand. Watch the bobbin as you
turn the hand wheel.
Step 3 - Threading the Bobbin Through the Machine
When you see a loop pass over the top of the
bobbin, continue turning the hand wheel until
the needle is raised.
Pull the thread through until you see
a loop appear out of the machine.
Pinch the loop and pull the threads until all of
the bobbin’s thread is through the machine.
Your machine is now ready to use.

Changing the Needle
Remove the needle and dispose of it safely.
Turn off your machine, remove thread from
the needle and use the hand wheel to
position your needle at the highest point.
Take your new needle and position it so that the flat
side is facing away from you. Put the needle back in
to the needle hole and tighten the needle clamp by
turning it away from you.
Gently hold on to the needle with your left hand and
loosen the needle by turning the needle clamp
towards you.

The Thread Breaks Thread tension is wrong for the fabric:
Fabric should be no more than 16mm; Use lower
tension setting for thicker fabric. Tension Control
should be in the right place

Ensuite, enroulez le fil autour de la bobine plusieurs
fois pour le fixer. Faites glisser la broche à bobine

coudre en tirant le fil à travers le guide-fil et vers vous.
En veillant à ce que le fil soit bien centré, vous devez
former un «U» long et étroit avec votre fil.
Faites passer le fil par le levier d'enroulement. Assurez
-vous que vous insérez le fil du côté droit du trou.

Une fois que vous avez installé le fil dans la partie
supérieure de la machine, retirez le couvercle de la
bobine et insérez votre bobine chargée.
Remettez le couvercle de la bobine en place et
assurez-vous que le pied presseur est relevé.
Tirez doucement sur le fil de la bobine en veillant à
ce qu'elle tourne dans le sens des aiguilles
d'une montre.
Faites passer le fil vers la gauche en veillant à ce
qu'il soit ramené à l'intérieur de la bobine.
