Information to user
The radiated output power of this device is below the IC radio frequency
exposure limits. Nevertheless, the device should be used in such a manner that
the potential for human contact during normal operation is minimized. In order
to avoid the possibility of exceeding the IC radio frequency exposure limit,
human proximity to the antenna should not be less than 20 Cm.

Alerts & Messages
ACT613 has no button for user-set alert funct ons; the LBS (Locat on based
server) can only know the dev ce locat on and alerts nclud ng the veh cle
nformat on.

The ACT613 can be conf gured to report ts locat on on a sw scenar o based
chronolog cal nterval. The nterval s remotely conf gurable and can be
set v a appropr ate web and mob le software platforms. In add t on to
nterval track ng, the ACT613 s capable of serv c ng s ngle locat on
requests on demand v a one-t me-f x requests made through the web/mob le
platforms.

NLOCK WITH REMOTE CONTROL
The ACT613 has the door lock or unlock funct on, wh ch s controlled by
several methods; a cellular data rad o, a Bluetooth rad o for short-range
commun cat ons, a UHF rad o w th short-range veh cle-based rece vers. Th s
dev ce adapted the BT2.1+EDR funct on to detect the Smartphone
presence/ dent f cat on and RKE (Remote Keyless Entry) funct on to access
the UHF rece ver of veh cle.

NLOCK WITH REMOTE CONTROL FROM CLOUD SERVER
The ACT613 equ pped a replacement remote for or g nal equ pment and
aftermarket automot ve keyless entry systems (RKE). The features and
funct ons assoc ated w th each of the s x channels of the RKE are dependent
on the year, make and model of the veh cle. Such funct ons nclude remote
control operat on of the veh cle’s lock, unlock, horn, trunk, dome l ght,
rear hatch, remote start and power s de door funct ons. The funct ons are
act vated by command on the remote control from the cloud server. Select on
from a var ety of appropr ately controlled command wh ch correspond to the
features of the veh cle shall be used for funct on dent f cat on. The
remote control may be conf gured to operate more than one rece ver. A user
may toggle between rece vers as often as necessary.

Bluetooth can be used for veh cle door lock/unlock control. Bluetooth
ava lable smart phone can be pa red to the dev ce. Once pa red user can
lock/unlock the veh cle us ng the appl cat on one the smart phone. Please

1. Most of veh cle has an OBD-II (On Board D agnost cs) connector, wh ch
s located w th n 2 feet of the steer ng wheel.
2. The nstallat on s very easy, just put the ACT613 to the OBD-II
connector n user veh cle.
3. The ACT613 w ll power on automat cally from veh cle battery and start
n t at on for WCDMA network access.
4. After nstall of dev ce to veh cle, all serv ces are served by server.

OWER SUPPLY FROM VEHICLE

1. After nsert on of ACT613 to OBD-II connector, the dev ce has
automat cally power-on w th the car battery, typ cally 9~18V.
2. If the eng ne has off, then the dev ce dec de to power off the OBD
nterface c rcu t, and run the WCDMA RF w th GPS for the
unauthor zed movement funct on.
3. If the eng ne has on, then the dev ce work on the OBD nterface
c rcu t, wh ch s charge of gather ng the veh cle nformat on such
as fuel gauge, speed, eng ne RPM, and so on to report t to LBS
server v a the WCDMA network.

To Power ON:
1. Insert the dev ce to OBD-II connector.
2. Then, the dev ce has automat cally powered on accord ng to veh cle
cond t on.
3. There s no v sual way to conf rm whether dev ce has power-on or not.
4. But, user can make sure the locat on from web-server, or appl cat on.
To Power OFF:
1. If the dev ce s needed for totally power-off, then just remove t
from the OBD-II connector.
2. In case of the car has eng ne off w th ACT613, and passed several
days, the dev ce has automat cally power-off to protect the battery
dra n fully.
3. The dev ce w ll stay power-off unt l the car gn t on-on aga n.
4. If the dev ce detects the battery level over 13.5V, then start the
power ng on.
