INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully the instructions before switch on and use the heater.
Installation must be done according to the standards of the country of destination.
Take care of safety instruction; the missing care on safety can be a source of accident and damages.
Take care of this manual for future reference.
PLEASE USE THE HEATER ONLY IN A GOOD AIR FLOW ROOM.
DO NOT USE ON ROULOTTE, CAMPERS AND BOAT.
AFTER THE USE, CLOSE THE SWITCH OF THE LPG CYLINDER VALVE.
THIS APPLIANCE REQUIRES A HOSE AND REGULATOR, CHECK WITH YOUR GAS SUPPLIER.

•Installation must be made accordingly to the standards of the country of destination.
•The stove gives off its combustion residues in the environment: the latter to ensure
adequate ventilation.
•It 'must be installed in rooms where gas appliances can flow at least as much air than
is required by the regular burning of the gas consumed by various appliances. The
replacement must be a minimum of 105 cm2divided equally between the top and
bottom.
•For proper operation, the infrared heater must be powered by gas cylinders containing
liquid mixture of propane-butane in the relations established by the standards of the
destination countries. It's always convenient to consult authorized dealers.
The gas supply pressure is 30 mbar for Butane, 37 mbar for Propane.
•The minimum ventilation surface must be greater than 105 cm2.
•The minimum size of the local use of the device must be 84 m3for rooms where you stay and 42 m3for other rooms. -
Do not use the device in high-rise buildings, in rooms under the ground level, bathrooms or bedrooms, caravans and
campers. The guard on this appliance is to prevent risk of fire or injury from burns and no part of it should be
permanently removed. Anyway, IT DOESN’T GIVE FULL PROTECTION FOR YOUNG CHILDREN OR THE INFIRM.
•Please read the instructions before use.
IMPORTANT
Operations maintenance, adjustment, etc.. must always be performed by qualified people.

INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION TO CYLINDER
•Detach from the back of the stove the pressure regulator already connected to the gas hose and to the heater. Install
the wheels firmly if not mounted.
•If not provided, gas pressure regulator must be compliant with standard EN16129 (flow rate: max 1 kg/h) and
gas hose with applicable national standard. For the details of the gas pressure, please refer to the technical
features.
•Screw the bolt connection of the regulator to the cylinder of up to 15 kg. (Recommended size: Diameter 320 mm x
Height 620 mm for 15 kg cylinder), taking care not to forget the seal between regulator and attack.
•Insert the cylinder into the slot and snap back
•Cylinders should be introduced or removed from the compartment of the stove keeping them in vertical or nearly
vertical. This is to avoid the transfer of gas (even at liquid) from the cylinder to the stove.
•Avoid absolutely to flip the cylinder to fully exploit the content. This operation would cause the leakage of liquid
waste from the bottom of the cylinder, which would damage irremediably the stove and could be a source of danger.
•The replacement of the cylinder should be done away from any flame or heat source.

SWITCH ON AND USE
1. Open the tank valve.
2. Push and turn the control knob to position MIN. and hold for 10-15 seconds. The gas flows into the burner.
3. At the same time repeatedly press the power button piezo-electric (A) (it clicks), until the pilot lights on the bottom of
the burner.
4. Continue to hold the control knob for 10-15 seconds until the flame is established stably. If the pilot flame extinguished,
repeat step 2-3-4 until the pilot flame stays on permanently, heating power can be regulated, changing position of the
power control knob by turning lightly on the desired heat level.
5. From the minimum position (MIN), with only 1 of the 3 panels on the burner lighted, heating power can be regulated
changing position of the power control knob by pressing lightly on the desired heat level: medium (Med - 2 panels on)
and maximum (MAX - 3 panels on).
6. By turning the knob back on MED., 2 panels will remain lit, to MIN. 1 single panel will remain lit. Moving the knob to
OFF, 1 panel and the pilot light will remain lit.
7. To completely turn off the appliance, close the cylinder valve, wait until the pilot turns off, then turn the control knob to
the lighting position. Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder.
WARNING!
ONLY CLOSING THE CYLINDER VALVE THE HEATER IS COMPLETELY OFF AND YOU HAVE THE MAXIMUM
SAFETY.
NOTE
TO TURN ON THE HEATER, MOVE THE CONTROL KNOB FROM IGNITION TO POSITION MIN. WITH A STRONG
PRESSURE: TO MOVE THE CONTROL KNOB TO MEDIUM AND MAXIMUM POSITION A LIGHT PRESSURE IS
ENOUGH.
WARNING!
BEFORE USING THE HEATER FOR THE FIRST TIME, PLEASE PRESS ALL CONTROL BUTTONS WITH STRONG
PRESSURE FOR MORE TIME, TO FAVOURITE THE GAS FLOW TO THE PILOT. THIS ACTION MUST BE DONE
EVERY TIME THAT THE DEVICE IS NOT USED FOR A LONG PERIOD.
BEFORE LIGHTING ON AGAIN THE HEATER, WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES FROM THE SWITCHING OFF.
IMPORTANT NOTICES for use and storage
•DURING THE OPERATION ALL PARTS OF THE APPLIANCE CAN REACH HIGH TEMPERATURES.
•CHILDREN SHOULD NOT STAY CLOSE TO THE HEATER.
•LET THE HEATER COOLING AT THE END OF WORKING BEFORE MAKING ANY OPERATION.
•To avoid all risks of fire, position the heater so that the radiant surface (in front of the heater) is not directed toward the
walls (especially if they are covered with tapestry or other), the furniture in general or flammable objects. Because of
the high heating capacity of the appliance, always place it so that during operation there will always be at least 120
cm away from flammable objects. In case of bad smell or gas leakages, immediately close the gas valve located on
the cylinder, open doors and windows to ventilate the room as quickly as possible and do not turn on electrical devices
that may cause fire or explosion.
•Don’t move the appliance when operating, shocks and bumps may activate the safety device.
•Please use only in a well ventilated area. Do not use in leisure vehicles such as caravans and auto caravans.
•Don’t cover in any case the heater during operation, as this could cause a substantial increase of the temperature.
•Never use the heater without the grid.
•The front grille protects against contact with incandescent, but it becomes very hot during operation too.
•If the heater is not used, cylinder valve must be well closed at all times.
•At the end of the season the heater, after taking out the cylinder, must be protected with a sheet of polyethylene, to
avoid dust or other substances.
•The container should be charged in accordance with instructions provided.
•If the heater is not to be used for a period of time, disconnect regulator from the cylinder and replace any valve

protection plug and cover.
•The hose must not be bent. Before starting using the heater, each season, check the tightness of the hose and gas
connections and the date of expiry of the hose: in case of replacement, use only hose certified according to applicable
EN-standard, length 50 cm.
•If not provided, gas pressure regulator must be compliant with standard EN16129 (flowrate: max 1kg/h) and
gas hose with applicable EN-standard.

SAFETY DEVICES
The heater is equipped with triple safety device:
1. ODS : turns off the unit when the % of C02 in the atmosphere exceeds the permitted limits;
2. PPF : automatically stops the gas supply if the pilot light off;
3. Anti-tilt: automatically blocks the gas supply in case of shock with reversal risk.
The heater turns off if there is not enough ventilation in the room: in this case, ventilate well the room and wait 10 minutes
before trying to turn it on again.
MAINTENANCE
To grant economical and smooth operation over time, we have prepared the following table for simple interventions, before
contacting after sales service.
Malfunction
a) The heater provides just a little heat.
b) The heater provides too much heat.
c) The heater emits odours.
d) The pilot goes out during operation
and turn off the heater.
e) The pilot doesn’t turn on by the
piezo-electric.
Possible cause
- Check that the hose is not kinked.
- Make sure the pressure regulator delivers
pressure of 30 mbar for G30 (Butane) and
37 mbar for G31 (Propane).
- Check if the gas in cylinder is finishing.
- None of these causes.
- Check if the pressure regulator delivers a
pressure higher than 30 mbar for G30
(Butane) and 37 mbar for G31 (Propane).
- Gas leakages on various connections or
hose, regulator without gasket.
- The gas in cylinder is finishing.
- The cylinder contains too many acids.
- None of these causes.
- In the room there is more than 1,2% by
volume of carbon dioxide.
- You are high on the mountains.
- The pressure regulator provides pressure
above 30 mbar for G30 (Butane) and 37
mbar for G31 (Propane).
- The nozzle of the pilot is dirty.
- The ignition electrode is not positioned
correctly.
- Cable disconnected from the button or from
the candle.
- None of these causes.
Suggested Actions
- Replace the pressure regulator 30 mbar
for G30 (Butane) and 37 mbar for G31
(Propane).
- Change the cylinder.
- Contact After Sales Service.
- Replace the pressure regulator 30 mbar
for G30 (Butane) and 37 mbar for G31
(Propane).
- Sprinkle with a brush and soapy water
all the connecting joints for leaks.
- Replace the cylinder.

The heater requires minimal maintenance. Occasionally clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Never use abrasive powders
or solvents. Wait until the unit is cold. It is recommended that the heater be serviced every year by a competent
person in accordance with the Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations.
