where technology is a part of the interior design as well as being used as
a communication tool.
Please, read this installation and operating instructions carefully and keep

EC Regulations and Security
ATTENTION: Do not disassemble or modify the device in any way.
These symbols warn of the presence of dangerous un‐insulated voltages
inside some of the components of sufficient magnitude to expose people
to risk of electronic shock.
This symbol calls attention to important use and maintenance
instructions in the manual that accompanies the unit.
This symbol indicates that the equipment conforms to the norms
established by European community.

Safety instructions
PLUGS
Not dismantle any part of the system’s power connector. Disconnect the
power plug from the AC outlet when the system will not be used for an
indefinite period of time.
POWER AND EXTENSIONS CORDS
−Use the proper power cord with the correct plug type.
−Do not overload wall outlets or power cords.
−Make sure the total ampere passed through an extension cord does
not exceed the maximum allowed by the cable used.
−Do not place anything on the power cord. Do not locate this product
where a person may walk or trip over the cord.
Wiring connected to hazardous voltage components requires installation
by instructed person, or the use of flexible cables ready.
For your security, your equipment must be connected to an electrical
outlet with grounding connection protection.
The electrical outlet must be operating in an easily access place.
ENVIRONMENT
Install the system on a high and flat surface
Install the system in a ventilated area
Avoid exposing the system to:
-Rain or water
-Excessive heat, cold or humidity
-Area exposed to direct sunlight
-Dirty areas
-Equipment generating strong magnetic fields
Avoid placing the containers of liquid (glasses), near the equipment.
To prevent damage, the equipment must be firmly anchored to the wall
surface as the installation instructions.

Applications
Motorized wall integration support, for hiding video conferencing
cameras. The camera can be displayed when needed and be hidden when
not in use to a safe environment and for protection of the camera. The
front enclosure is moved vertically unveiling the camera while the tray is
simultaneously extracted. This product range is specially designed for
desk integration at:
−Conference rooms
−Meeting rooms
−Auditorium
−Training rooms

In box elements
Before the installation of your retractable system, please check the
contents of the shipping carton, it must contain the following items:
-Motorised lift system
-Power cord
-User’s Manual
-Power supply 100‐240Vac, 50‐60Hz. Output 12V
-Remote control

Installation
Support Wall mounting.
DynamicVision is designed for mounting on wall. Installation is extremely
simple.
Attach the enclosure into the hole previously made. Use suitable
hardware in the 4 holes.
Once system connections are done, match front to enclosure, matching
pressure staples; press until they are subject.

Installation
Video conference camera mounting.
DynamicVision is compatible with a wide range of video conferencing
camera models. Ask the manufacturer of your video conference camera
for any issue related to it.
Fix the mounted motorised lift enclosure to the wall, as described in
previous page.
Attach the video conferencing camera to platform with most appropriate
screws under the camera model. If in doubt, ask the manufacturer of the
video conference camera.
Push control button on remote control, to lift the cover up.
DynamicVision will open the cover and move the tray horizontally
outward.
Place the platform with the camera already fixed and connected
(recommended) in the DynamicVision movable tray.
Fit the platform to tray through a key system (see detail). Set with a
metric hexagon nut.

Connections
Rear the equipment, do you have the connections to power and external control
the equipment
AHnet: RJ45 CAT5 connector for addressable RS422 control. There is a loop through
connector to use as signal RS422 output. You can connect up to 30 monitors on the
same RS422 bus
Termination: Active (ON) the termination ONLY on the last monitor of the RS422
bus
GPI: Monitor external contact close control. SubD9 female

Changing the monitor address:
‐Push OK. One BEEP sounds
‐Change the monitor address using UP or DOWN buttons
‐Push OK. Two BEEP sounds, indicating that the new address has been
saved

Controls
Please look at this picture
Push to open up the front cover. Please make sure that nothing
obstructs vertical up movement path.
While the cover moves upward, the tray that supports video
conference camera performs a forward motion. Make sure that
nothing obstructs its trajectory too.
Push to close the front cover. Please make sure that nothing
obstructs vertical down movement path.
While the cover moves downward, covering the video
conference camera, the tray that supports it, makes a horizontal
movement that retracts video conference camera into the
enclosure. Make sure that nothing obstructs its trajectory.

Protocol to control the monitor by addressable RS422 bus. You can connect up to
30 monitors on the same RS422 bus. You can use a AH Interface Ethernet, to
control the RS422 bus. The units should have set address and the address must
start by 1. Maximum cable length between ends, 500m

Product Warranty
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
Albiral Display Solutions S.L., with this document, guarantees Trademark Series
Arthur Holm DynamicVision, valid as of June 2014; against defects in
manufacturing in accordance with the following conditions:
i) LIMITED 2‐YEAR WARRANTYE ENGINE AND MECHANICAL LIFTING PARTS The
engine and mechanical lifting parts and any of their parts other than those
covered by either the separate warranties below or those subject to normal
wear and tear are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a
period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect
appears in the engine and mechanical lifting parts or in their parts other than
those parts covered below or those subject to normal wear and tear within 2
years of purchase.
ii) LIMITED 2‐YEAR WARRANTY: POWER SUPPLY ‐The electric parts of the
Arthur Holm Dynamic series are warranted to be free from manufacturing
defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Product Warranty
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
(1) Parts: During the above mentioned warranty period, the replacement
of any electronic and mechanical parts against any defects in
manufacturing. (LIMITED 2‐YEAR WARRANTY ENGINE AND
MECHANICAL LIFTING PARTS & LIMITED 2‐YEAR WARRANTY POWER
SUPPLY).
(2) The guarantee does not cover any faulty electronic and/or mechanical
components arising from incorrect installation, non‐authorised
modification, and inadequate transport or as a result of atmospheric
phenomenon.
(3) Labour: Albiral Display Solutions S.L. covers labour costs for
replacement of any defective parts (in accordance to paragraph A)
during the period of this warranty.
(4) Transport costs:
(a) In the case that a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days
after the purchase date, both freight and insurance will be paid by
Albiral Display Solutions, S.L.
Although Albiral Display Solutions S.L. pays for transport and
insurance cost, Albiral Display Solutions S.L. will not be
responsible for the damages caused by transport if the customer
does not inform in writing when receiving the goods.
(b) After this period of warranty: Both freight and insurance costs will
be paid by the customer.
(5) Albiral Display Solutions S.L. will not be responsible for the damages caused by
transport, when this is paid by customer.
(6) The warranty is not valid if persons other than authorised service Centre have
handled the product and if the product has been manipulated or warranty seals
are removed or manipulated.
(7) The warranty is not valid if the product is not returned in its original packaging.
(8) The warranty is not valid if the customer does not include RMA form and copy of
the purchasing invoice
Albiral Display Solutions S.L. recognized all warranties user rights by all legal rules
from its region, and in the absence of them, all established consumer rights by
general law 26/84.
