Reset
Please follow below steps to reset the gateway if your
App account does not connect.
1Ensure Internet and power cable is connected to
gateway
2Use the end of a paperclip to press the reset button
at the back of gateway
3Press and hold for 5 second to reset the internet and
account setting
4Reconnect Internet and power cable after the
indication light stops flashing
Now, you can retry the normal setup procedures with
an existing or new App account.
