WHAT GOES WHERE
WE ADVISE THAT:
• The motion sensors are setup in the
bathroom, kitchen, living room and
bedroom according to the stickers on them.
• The temperature sensor is placed in a
central area such as the hallway.
• The door sensors are setup on the front
and back doors.
• The bed pad under the sheet on the bed.
• The gateway near the WiFi router.
PETS
We understand that pets can be an
important part of some households.
Their movement will also be detected,
as with other motion sensors, leading
to false readings. To help minimise
this please see the diagram showing
the placing of the sensors.
HOW TO RESET
YOUR GATEWAY

• If your app account does not connect,
ensure the internet and power cables
are connected to gateway
• Use the end of a paperclip to press
the reset button
• Hold for 5 seconds
• Reconnect internet and power
cables after indication lights have
stopped ashing
• Now, you can retry the normal setup
procedures with an existing or new
app account.

a shelf or furniture to avoid
the detection of ground
level pets.

INSTALL
03 TEMPERATURE
SENSOR
• Insert 2 x AAA batteries
• Install with wall hook and
double-sided tape
• Install in a well-ventilated indoor
location
• To remove, press and pull
double-sided tape out
• Insert 2 x AAA batteries
• Install with wall hook and
double-sided tape
• Install in living room, kitchen,
bathroom and bedroom
• To remove, press and pull
double-sided tape out
• Insert 2 x AAA batteries
• Install main sensor into
wall-mounted case
• Install main sensor at the door’s
opening side
• Install magnet in the door frame –
match the markings on both parts
• Plug transmitter into bed pad
• Switch on transmitter
• Cover transmitter inside side pocket
• Press bed pad for 15 seconds
to activate
• Place bed pad at shoulder or hip level
• Connect network cable
• Connect power cable
