Designed for outdoor applications, the AT1 Waterproof Enclosure provides you with extreme level of sealing
protection against water, dust and corrosion. The following are the step-by-step instructions and part
descriptions of the waterproof enclosure. Please use a Philip-head Screwdriver when starting the installation.

In this section, we will work you through the installation process. Each part or item is labeled with a capital
letter in parentheses, for instance, Lock Nut (G). Please refer to the package contents and part description
sections for more information.
1. Use an office paper knife to cut through the surface of a Sealing Insert (J) by slicing back and forth gently
until you are able to open it and place the GPS cable through it.
2. Install the Mount Plate (B) with two Mounting Screws (E).

3. Make sure that the SIM card is already inserted before installing the AT1 tracker on the Mount Plate (B).
Please refer to the SIM Card Installation section on the AT1 user manual for more information.
4. Install the AT1 tracker on the Mount Plate (B) with two Small Metal Screws (F).

5.Attach the GPS cable to the AT1 tracker and pass the cable through the Body (I) of the cable gland. Open
the Sealing Insert (J) to place the GPS cable through it and then thread the GPS cable through the Clamping
Claw (K) and the Thread-Lock Sealing Nut (L). Align the parts as shown below.
6. Attach the power cable to the AT1 tracker and pass the cable through the Body (I) of the cable gland.
Thread the power cable through the Sealing Insert (J), Clamping Claw (K) and Thread-Lock Sealing Nut (L).

Align the parts as shown below.
7. Plug the Sealing Insert (J) and the Clamping Claw (K) into the Body (I) and tighten the Thread-Lock Sealing
Nut (L).
8. In order to have an adequate seal, there is a foolproof mechanism as shown below. Please follow this way
to close the enclosure lid.

9. Drive those four Plastic Screws (D) to seal the Waterproof Enclosure (A).
