Home Theater Speaker Room Switching System Manual
This system is designed to demonstrate 5.1 channel home theater speaker systems. A customer-friendly 4905
control panel controls the system, but a 903 control panel may be added for advanced operations and system
selection by sales personnel.
Installation
Follow instructions in the AccessEZ System Installation Manual for basic module placement and bus connection.
Use the diagram on the reverse of these instructions to connect the particular signal paths for low level and high
level audio in this system. Connect the 903 Control Panel to the “902/903” port on the 980EZ module. Connect
the Graphical 4905 Control Panel to any System Bus port on any module.
1. Mount the Speaker modules in convenient locations, and connect them together with speaker bus as shown.
2. Refer to the diagram to set the Address and Left/Right switches (see page 23 of the AccessEZ System
Manual).
3. Connect System Bus to every module that has a System Bus port (932, 922, 940, 980).
4. Connect both the Source’s Analog Audio and Digital Audio outputs to the Receiver’s inputs.
5. Using the Brown Gray wires only, connect the receiver’s Center Speaker Level output to the center 932
modules as shown in the diagram.
6. Connect the Front and Rear speaker bus from the Receiver as shown, using Green, White, Brown, and Gray
wires.
7. Connect the power supply to the 980 module as shown above and apply AC power.
