ONE-YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
BABOLAT warrants to the original purchaser that the BABOLAT PLAY PURE DRIVE (the “Product”) is free from defects
in material or workmanship, under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is
only valid for purchases made directly from authorized BABOLAT dealers. Authorized BABOLAT dealers can be found
at www.Babolat.com. BABOLAT will not accept any returns directly from consumers. The warranty is nontransferable.
This warranty includes sensors. However, BABOLAT does not warrant that the electronic or software operation of the
Product will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all such errors may be corrected. BABOLAT is not responsible for
any loss of software programs, data or other information contained on the storage media or any other part of the
serviced products. BABOLAT disclaims the provision of or failure to provide support or other services, information,
software, and related content through the product. This Limited Warranty does not apply to: • protective coatings
that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; • damage caused by use with another product;
(c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause; (d) damage caused by
operating the Product outside BABOLAT’s published guidelines; (e) Products which had their electronic module housings
opened or otherwise tampered with; and (f) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal
aging of the Product, or if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product. (g) consumable parts or
accessories, such as batteries and USB cable, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
If the Product is defective, return it with a legible copy of the proof of purchase and a written description of the problem
to the place of purchase within one year of the date of purchase. Authorized BABOLAT dealer will then contact BABOLAT
to process the warranty return or service. You are responsible for any necessary shipping charges for returned or replaced
products. BABOLAT will repair or replace any product found to be defective at its discretion. Any replacement under this
warranty will only be made with the same or similar product of the same or similar value and will not include cash,
credits, or other types of products. BABOLAT strives to provide a timely warranty process and will work to perform its
obligations under this warranty within 30 days, under normal conditions, after the warranted product is returned to an
authorized BABOLAT dealer as set forth above. This period may be extended if replacement products are out of stock
or other unusual circumstances require longer. All repaired or replacement product will be covered for one year from
the date of the original purchase. BABOLAT shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, during warranty
service the contents of the storage media will be deleted and reformatted. If BABOLAT determines that the problem
with the Product is not covered under this Limited Warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service or replacement
alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the
exclusive remedy of the consumer, except for the warranties contained in this limited warranty, BABOLAT makes no
other warranty of any kind, express or implied, in fact or by law, whether of merchantability, fitness for any particular
purpose or otherwise. Your sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be product repair or replacement
as provided herein. In the event of any dispute regarding the Product, the Purchaser and BABOLAT agree to resolve any
Claims only by BINDING ARBITRATION that must be brought in Denver, Colorado. Such arbitration will be conducted under
the Streamlined Arbitration Rules of JAMS. For the purposes of this section, references to “Purchaser” include the original
purchaser, their family members, beneficiaries, and assigns, and references to “Claim” shall include any dispute, claim or
controversy arising from or relating to: (1) the Product, whether based in contract; tort; fraud; misrepresentation; state
or federal statute, regulation, ordinance; or any other legal or equitable theory, and (2) this Limited Warranty. There
shall be no right or authority for any Claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis. This Dispute Resolution agreement
is part of a transaction involving interstate commerce and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, which governs its
enforcement and interpretation.
No other person or company is authorized to change this Limited Warranty, and your dealer is solely responsible for any
other additional warranties. Some states and countries do not allow limitation on consequential damages or how long an
implied warranty lasts, or exclusion of all or certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other additional rights, which vary from
countries. The foregoing is without prejudice to other legal rights that may arise under applicable national legislation.

GETTING STARTED
Before using your racket for the first time:
• Go to www.babolatplay.com;
download and install the Babolat connect
software on your PC/Mac.
• or Download the smartphone application from:
the App Store or - Google Play
And follow the instructions …
CONNECTING THE RACKET
Turn on the racket.
A. Using a PC/Mac and a USB cable:
1. Open the butt cap
of the racket
2. Connect the racket to the
computer using
the USB cable
3. On the new device that
appears on your computer,
click on the Play link and
follow the instructions on the
Babolat Play website.

B. Using a smartphone and Bluetooth:
1. Turn on the bluetooth in the settings of your smartphone.
2. Switch your racket on and turn the
Bluetooth on by pressing the button
with the Bluetooth logo
3. Scan the Bluetooth devices with your smartphone and pair
your racket with it.
4. Launch the Babolat Play application on your smartphone
5. To start downloading the data from your racket, click on the
racket logo on the upper right-hand corner of the app. Next
time you want to synchronize, make sure your Bluetooth is
active on your Smartphone and your racket, then click on
the racket logo in the app.
CHARGING THE RACKET
• Plug the USB cable into a laptop or an adapted USB
charger* with a plug.
• Then, plug the cable into your racket. When your racket
is fully recharged, just turn it on (make sure the blue
light flashes slowly) and start playing. It’s automatically
measuring.
