Jake and Jade, the Pirate Monkeys™, welcome you to their world on Bananax®. Please read this guide carefully to be sure
your child gets the most out of their Bananax® tablet. Bananax® is a powerful, fully functional Android® tablet that, when set
up correctly, can maximize your child's enjoyment and learning power.
The Bananax® tablet has a protective lm over the screen to protect it during shipping. Peel off the lm starting at one of
the corners of the screen.
The battery will only be partial charged. Charge the battery fully before using the Bananax® for the rst time. Bananax® can
be charged in dierent ways. To charge the tablet, use the outlet charger included in the box. Connect it to the charger port
and then plug into an electrical outlet. You may also charge the Bananax® by connecting it to a computer or any other de-
vice with a powered USB port using the included USB cable. Bananax® can also be charged in a vehicle using the Bananax®
Car Charger, sold seperately. Once fully charged the Bananax® is ready to be set up.

Turn on the Bananax® tablet by holding in the power button until the Welcome Screen appears. Release the power button.
The MeetPlayLive splash screen will appear followed by the Bananax® loading screen. The Bananax® is ready when Jake and
Jade's Children's World appears.

Getting Started
For the Bananax® to update the apps to the latest versions, you need to set up for WiFi.
Note: Some apps will not work if WiFi is not set up.
Select Settings. Press the WiFi switch to On. Next select Add WiFi Network. Select your
WiFi Network from the list and enter your WiFi password.
Bananax® can also use the Free WiFi available at many locations such as restaurants and
airports!
By default Bananax® is set up for a young child. Bananax®
has apps for many ages and you can decide when your
child is ready for them. To access this and other Parental
Features, you must use a password. The password defaults
to 1234. To change the password, select Parent. Enter the
Password and press Manage.
To change the password, enter the old password and then
the new password. You will need to conrm the password.

Set how long the tablet may be used by entering hours and min-
utes under Play Time. Also set the amount of time it will be locked
using Rest Time. Unlock the tablet at any time by entering the
Parental Password.
The message that appears on the lock screen may also be
changed. Press Done on the on-screen keyboard to close the on-
screen keyboard.
Press the Lock Button on the screen to lock the tablet.
Tip: Reward your child with extra Play Time.
By default Bananax® only allows your child to play games that are
safe for the very youngest children. Enable more games and apps
by selecting Application. Choose a catagory, and a list of the
apps and games on the Bananax® will appear. Place a checkmark
next to the ones you want to enable into this catagory.
You may also disable one by unchecking the box. This will not
remove it from the tablet, only hides it from your child. Change
a catagory by disabling it in one catagory and then enabling it
in another. Pressing Browser lets you turn on and o Child Safe
Browsing.
By default Bananax® only allows your child to play games that are

Accessing the Android® Operating System
When entering your password, select Exit App to enter Parent Mode in the Android® Operating System. Here
settings can be changed or more apps can be added to the tablet. To add apps, go to the Google Play™ store.
There are hundreds of thousands of apps available, both free and purchasable. After adding an app, it must
be enabled in Jake and Jade's Children's World for your child to access it. Return to Jake and Jade's Chil-
dren's World any time by pressing the icon (shown right).
Transferring Photos and Videos
Connect Bananax® to a computer using the included USB Cable. Bananax® will ask you to allow the
connection. For best results, make sure all the apps are closed before turning on USB Storage. Your
computer can now access the Bananax® as if it is a drive. Copy photos, music, and videos to and from
the tablet.

Browsing the Web
As your child gets older, they will want to use the Internet. By default Child Safe Browsing is enabled and the web browser
is disabled on the Bananax®. When you feel your child is ready, enable the browser under Applications. When Child Safe
Browsing is enabled your child can only access sites deemed appropiate for children by Google.
You may also enable NetFlix, Facebook, Twitter, and other Internet enabled apps as your child is ready. Be careful what you
add and make sure you explain to them the dangers of being online. A wireless connection is required to use any Internet
features.
Expanding the Memory
The Bananax® has 4GB of storage. You can purchase memory expansion in the form of MicroSD
cards. Bananax® can only use a MicroSD card up to 32GB. Note that some space is used by the sys-
tem and the full amount of memory will not be available.
Insert the MicroSD card into the proper port as shown on page 1.
You can move apps from the tablet memory to the MicroSD card by using Settings in the Android® Operating System under
Apps. Note that not all apps can be moved to the MicroSD card and most apps that can will also need to use some space on
the tablet itself.

Two Year No Worries Warranty
This warranty is extended only to the original end user purchaser, or the person who is receiving the product as a gift with proof of pur-
chase, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
MeetPlayLive LLC warranties for two years from the date of sale to the consumer that the Bananax® is of merchantable quality and that
it conforms to applicable specications. Applicable specications mean the specication for the Processor, the CPU (Central Process-
ing Unit). The applicable specications exclude and no warranty is provided for the specications for any other components or for any
performance that can degrade naturally with normal use for two years. In no event, does the warranty of the applicable specications,
as dened above, cover failures resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or
unauthorized alteration or modication of the product.
If you discover that your Bananax® is not of merchantable quality and fails to conform to its applicable specications, as dened above,
we will, at our option, refund the purchase price, or repair or replace the product, using new or refurbished components within a reason-
able time during the warranty period. The costs of shipping or transporting the product (including to and from MeetPlayLive LLC), any
insurance or any import fee duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the consumer and will be not be covered by this warranty.
Backup
Bananax® is capable of storing software programs, data and other information. You should protect its contents against possible opera-
tional failure. Before shipping your product for warranty service, you must remove all personal information and data that you want to
protect and must keep a separate back up copy of your content. THE CONTENTS OF YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE DELETED AND STORAGE
MEDIA REFORMATTED IN THE COURSE OF WARRANTY SERVICE.
