Opmerkingen
1. Bij intensief gebruik verdienen alle punten extra aandacht.
2. Extreme weersomstandigheden en plaatsingssituaties vragen om een hogere controle frequentie. Overleg
hierover met de leverancier.
3. Vandalisme-gevoelige plaatsen vereisen een stringente controle, eventueel dagelijks.
4. De verbindingen in Robinia toestellen dienen twee maanden na in gebruik name nagetrokken te worden.
5. Ruimtenetten dienen twee maanden na in gebruik name nagespannen te worden.

6. Controleer het terrein regelmatig op zaken die er niet thuis horen, onveilig zijn of uitnodigen tot verkeerd
gebruik, bijvoorbeeld giftige planten, glas enz. De controle frequentie is afhankelijk van de belasting.
7. Bedenk dat slecht onderhoud leidt tot onveiligheid en aantoonbare snellere verpaupering van de
speelomgeving.
8. Onderdelen kunnen bij de fabrikant worden besteld onder vermelding van de nummers welke vermeld
staan op de module tekeningen in de gebruikershandleiding.
9. De valruimte dient vrij te zijn van obstakels en valdempende eigenschappen te hebben in overeenstemming
met de gespecificeerde valhoogte.
•Tot 0,6m valhoogte: geen eisen aan de val dempende eigenschappen van de ondergrond.
•Aarde: geschikt tot 1000mm valhoogte.
•Gras: geschikt tot 1000mm valhoogte (in Nederland: tot 1500mm valhoogte).
•Los materiaal (zand, grind, schors, houtsnippers): geschikt tot 3000mm valhoogte. Laagdikte is de
valhoogte / 10 + 100mm, met een minimum van 300mm.
•Synthetische valbodems (Rubber tegels, kunstgras, gietrubber, tigermulch e.d.): Valhoogte en dikte
conform opgave leverancier.
10. Deze lijst is in overeenstemming met CEN-norm "playground equipment and surfacing NEN-EN 1176-7".
Fundatie aanstorten
(bij toestellen zonder beton in de standaard fundatie)
Als de valbodem bestaat uit los materiaal (zand, grind,
houtsnippers, schors, etc.), of als de ondergrond zelf niet
bijdraagt aan de stabiliteit (b.v. zandgrond, veengrond,
laag bims):
Aanstorten met 50l snelbeton (4 zakken) per poot.
Bijvoorbeeld:
Vierkant: 0,6 x 0,6 x 0,16m
Rond: ø0,35 x 0,5m
Rond: ø0,50 x 0,2m

A ssembly manual for Hand pump HPOl
T his manual has been written to guide you in the assembly of the Mh2o hand pump
type HP0l, suitable for sucking water from a borehole or water storage. Manuals for
other Mh2o products can be found at www.mh2opompen.nl
Preparation:
In this installation manual we assume that
the location of the pump is already fully
e q uipped to be able to install the pump.
In brief:
• T he supplied base plate and associated
threaded rods have already been poured
level in a concrete foundation, or you have
made all preparations for another proper
fastening.
• T he threaded ends are shortened to 25mm
for the outermost and 16mm for the middle
above the base plate.
• A borehole is provided at depth with
sufficient supply or a water storage, of which the casing / supply is in the middle of the
base plate and of which the diameter does not e x ceed 110mm. T his should be
shortened along with the base plate.
• S ufficient drainage options are provided for e x cess pumped-up or spilled water.
R e q uired tools:
• T wo spanners 17mm
• A llen key 8mm, 2.5mm and 1.5mm
• L arge slotted screwdriver
•Pipe wrench
•Drill with a 3mm drill bit
• A clinker or paving stone
• A piece of rope of at least 2 meters,
connect the sisal strings of the
packaging for this. Make a loop on one
side and tie a piece of cardboard from
the wrapping on the other side as a
bobbin.
R emarks:
• Installation of the HP01 hand pump re q uires two people.
• T he heaviest part of the pump, the chassis weighs 14kg.

I nstallation:
1. P
ull the piston rod out of the gra y c y linder
and pull the tie rod out of the blue riser on
the male side. C onnect the tie rod of the first
riser to the piston rod of the pump c y linder
and tighten securel y using the two open-end
wrenches. Slide the protection hose out of
the riser pipe as far as possible over the
piston rod.
2. C onnect the pump c y linder to the riser b y
twisting the blue tube into the c y linder.
B e careful not to damage the thread, feel
gentl y until the thread catches. Then tighten
the tube firml y , hand tight is sufficient.
3. Lower the c y linder and riser combination
into the well / water storage. The black
c y linder is the first to enter the well! Let the
pump pipe protrude appro x imatel y 1 meter
above the borehole and hold or clamp it.
4. Depending on the depth of the source /
water storage, one or more risers are now
attached to each other to reach the depth.
U se the string for this. P ull this through the
empt y riser, make sure that the loop
protrudes from the side with e x ternal thread.
P lace the pipe with string ne x t to the
borehole / water storage. W hile one holds the
riser tightl y , the other connects the ne x t tie
rod to the one sticking out of the blue pipe.
Slide the protective hose over the connecting
nut as far as possible and gentl y lower the
drawbar into the riser. Secure the loop of the
string to the connecting nut. Slide the riser
with string over the pump rod and screw it
onto the riser protruding from the borehole.
Let it all sink into the well. U
se the string to
pull the drawbar back out of the riser and
repeat the above until the desired depth is
reached.

5. When the desired depth has been reached,
clamp the riser to appro x imatel y 1.5 meters
above the borehole / water storage. Now drill a
hole in the riser about 1.2 meters below the
end of the tube. This ensures that the pump
drains automaticall y and can therefore never
freeze. Pull the drawbar out of the riser and
secure the protective hose with the adjusting
ring.
6. Turn the rod head onto the threaded rod.
A ttach the loop of the string to the rod end.
R oute the other end of the string from below
through the wire sock of the chassis.
7. Take the chassis and put it over the riser,
guiding the string through the wire sock in the
chassis. F irml y screw the riser onto the wire
sock. Using the string, pull the sucker rod and
rod end out of the wire sock.
8. Lower the chassis over the studs. F irml y fi x
the chassis to the base plate b y turning a cap
nut on both sides on the center stud. Now take
the black plastic cap and push it into the
chassis so that the level points to the outlet.
Guide the sucker rod through the hole. Place a
clinker or paving stone on its side on the base
plate.
9. Prepare the housing b y mounting the
operating handle and removing the blind plug
with a screwdriver.
10. R emove the string from the drawbar and,
using a pipe wrench, grasp it firml y just above
the spout. Grab the housing and slide it over
the chassis until it rests on the stone. Y ou still
have the pull rod with the pipe wrench.

11. N ow connect the tie rod to the operating
handle b y tightening the A llen screw through
the hole in the housing. F irst, make sure the
hole, handle and rod end are aligned. T o do
this, move the lever and with the pipe wrench
the rod end until the y are in front of the hole.
N ow put the bolt on the A llen ke y and insert it
through the hole in the handle and rod end,
tighten securel y .
12. R emove the stone from between the base
plates and lower the housing over the studs.
S ecure the housing b y turning the cap nuts on
the remaining four threaded ends. F inall y ,
screw the blind plug back into the hole in the
housing.
13. T he assembl y of the pump is now
complete. M ake sure ever y thing is working
properl y . Check that the pump has not been
damaged during installation. Check the pump
for burrs and sharp edges that could injure
