INTRODUCTION

DESCRIPTION MACHINE
TheME-15excavator,isashovelfittedtoabasicchaser.Itissmall,powerfulandversatile.Theframe consists
ofaweldedstructure.Itincludesatoothedwheelandarotatingjointthatallowsthismini excavator to
turn on itself 360°.
The boom rotation is equipped with:
- Agasoline B&S13,5HP engine with anelectric
starter - A 35A/h battery
- Progressive controlvalves
- Suitable and resistantcylinders
- A double pump 3.2cc + 3.2cc
- A compass (for better bucket reference)
The digger allows all types of work:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
. Regularly maintain safety accessories. (Check maintenance instructions)
.DonotusetheME15 under theinfluence of medication,alcohol, drugsoranysubstances that
can cause any kind of disorientation.
. Work only during the day.
.Themachinemustnotbeusediftherearepeople,especiallychildrenoranimalsintheworkzone.
. The machine must be operated by trained personnel and after reading this manual.
. Before turning the machine on, check the functions of the safety devices.
. Before operating the machine, make sure the stabilizer blade is lowered.
. Do not move, stop or work under the arm.
. Do not work under or near power lines.
. Do not use the machine to transport, lift people or for any other unforeseen uses.
. Never exceed the usage limits set by the manufacturer.
. Never leave the machine unattended when the engine is running or the key is inserted.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

OIL LEVEL, CHANGING THE OIL AND FILTER
Totopuporchangetheoil,useonlyhydraulicoilISOHVI46.Thecapacityofthetankis16L.
Theoperationoflevelingoremptyingmustbemadeasshownonthemaintenancechart«A».
1/To checkthe oil level in the tank, proceed asfollows:
a/ Put the machine on a flat surface and check the level.
b/Ifthelevelislow,unscrewthecapandfillitwiththeoilindicatedabove.Useonlynewoil.
c/ Once the level isreached, close the cap.
2/ To drain and replace the oil filter, proceed as follows:
a/ Put an adequate capacity container under the tank.
b/Loosenoneofthetwohosestopouroutthehydraulicoil.
c/Unscrewthe cartridgefilterandchangeit.
d/ Reconnect the hose and fill the tank..
LUBRICATION
All greasing points have HYDRAULIC FORM "A" UNI 7663 grease.
For lubrication, use only the MULTIFUNCTIONAL LITHIUM BASED NLGI 2 grease.

PROBLEM SOLVING

The transportation of the machine, after work, must be made on trailers with the engine turned off.
<Important>:keepamoderatespeed.Avoidheavyvibration.
<Note> :ontheroad,respectthelocalroadrules.Ensureallthe sidelightsanddirection indicators
are clearly visible from the rear.
< Operations >: Make sure that all the mechanical safety blocks are fully inserted..
Beforestorage,cleanthemachinetoremoveanydebris,soilanddust.Storethemachineinadryplace.
Attheendofthemachinesfunctionality,itmustbedestroyed;thisshouldbedoneonlybyauthorized
specialists. Follow local rules. Apply tothe competent authorities forthe procedure. The main components
of the machine are: iron, rubber, paint, etc ....
Themachineiscoveredbyamanufacturer'swarrantyforaperiodof24monthsfromthedateof
delivery;
The warranty is void:
a) if themaintenancehasnot been performed correctly
b) if the use doesnot matchthat specified bythemanufacturer
c) ifthemachinehasbeenalteredormodifiedwithoutpriorwrittenconsentofthemanufacturer
A3-yearwarrantyisgrantedonKOHLERengines,byKOHLERandonsiteatthedateofdelivery.
