handling the various components to avoid injury.
- Please wear gloves when handling.
- Two or more people should work together to assemble the lid
and BRABURA Griddle.

The griddle plate and lid of BRABURA Griddle is designed for easy installation and it is delivered with the components for assembly. The steps for installation are the following:

2. Place left-endcap with handle and screw M6-Screw
3. Place right-endcap and screw M6-Screw
1. The enameled cast iron cooking plate will need to be removed to install the lid
Excessive Weight Hazard
Two or more persons are required to handle the enameled cast iron cooking plate.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

4. Assemble and screw M6-Countersink, bearing, lid, washer, lid-bracket and acorn nut M6
(both sides). Place rubber bumper in each hole
5. Place lid on the chassis and screw with two M4-Screw (both sides)

6. Place enameled cast iron cooking plate
Excessive Weight Hazard
Two or more persons are required to handle the enameled cast iron cooking plate.
