SPEAKER ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Drill Bit
5/16 Socket and Socket wrench
Phillips Screw driver
Wire Connector Crimpers

Some people think that filling the cans with
padding will make the speakers sound better.
If you are of this group we recommend using
a foam filler like the one in figure one. You
can find it at any hardware store. One can
of foam should do two speaker cans.

2. Shake the can for about one minute then
spray in the can ( figure 2 ). Make sure that
you only fill to about 1 1/2 below the bottom
connector hole. The foam will expand and you
do not want the foam to cover the holes. If it
does you could always wait until it dries and cut
some out. It should look like ( figure 3 ) once it
is dry.

3. If you are installing coaxials make sure that you
place the crossover on the foam ( figure 4 ) so
that the crossover sticks to the foam when it dries.

5. Install the wire connectors on power leads
( figure 6 ).
4. Install the binding posts ( figure 5 ).
6. Install the power leads to binding posts ( figure 7 ).

7. Mark the speaker mounting holes ( figure 8 ).
8. Using the drill and drill bit dill the mounting holes
( figure 9 ).
9. Connect the speakers to the output leads ( figure 10 ).
10. Using the phillips screwdriver mount the speakers
( figure 11 ).

11. Using the phillips screwdriver mount the grill
( figure 12 ).
