Recovery of the software
In general, the warranty does not cover software or firmware upgrade. To minimize
the risk of being charged for software upgrade we kindly ask you to perform a
firmware upgrade prior to sending the product to service center. Please look for latest
firmware for your model on www.netlogic.se and download to your computer. This
should be done in cases when your tablet doesn’t work satisfactory. Reasons we
recommend a software upgrade is that it very often solves technical issues with the
tablet including errors caused by faulty applications, installed third party firmwares
(e.g custom ROMS) or that the manufacturer has released a newer improved version
of the of the official firmware.
