Intended Use
This device is intended for professional use as a perimeter bracket for the Premiere LED panel series. Any
other use, not mentioned under intended use, is regarded as non-intended and incorrect use.

Incorrect installation can cause serious injuries and damage of property.
This product may be installed only by instructed or skilled persons.
●Do not exceed the working load limit (WLL) as indicated on the device and in this user manual.
●When the device is used together with other accessories, make sure that the working load limit (WLL)
of each component is not exceeded.

This device shall be used only for the purposes it is designed for.
This device is intended for professional use as a perimeter bracket for the Premiere LED panel series. Any
incorrect use may lead to hazardous situations and result in injuries and material damage.
●Do not modify the device. Unauthorized modifications to the device will render the warranty void.
Such modifications may result in injuries and material damage.
●Use the device only in environments with an ambient temperature between -10 °C and 55 °C.

Attention
Before every use, examine the device visually for any defects
●Follow the inspection schedule established for the site.
●Examine the device for damage, cracks and corrosion. If any fault is found, mark the device clearly
and remove it from service.
●Do not use the device if it is damaged.
Attention
Do not expose the device to conditions that exceed the rated IP class conditions.
This device is IP54 rated. IP (Ingress Protection) 54 class means that the device is dust-protected. Ingress of
dust does not interfere with satisfactory operation of the device. Water splashed against the enclosure
from any direction shall have no harmful effect.
Requirements for the User
DANGER
This product may not be used by ordinary persons.
This product may be used only by instructed or skilled persons. Installation and maintenance may be
carried out by instructed or skilled persons. Service shall be carried out only by skilled persons. Contact
your Highlite International dealer for more information.
Instructed persons have been instructed and trained by a skilled person, or are supervised by a skilled
person, for specific tasks and work activities associated with the installation, service and maintenance of
this product, so that they can identify risks and take precautions to avoid them.
Skilled persons have training or experience, which enables them to recognize risks and to avoid hazards
associated with the installation, service and maintenance of this product.
Ordinary persons are all persons other than instructed persons and skilled persons. Ordinary persons
include not only users of the product but also any other persons that may have access to the device or
who may be in the vicinity of the device.

3. Description of the Device
The Perimeter Bracket shall be used for installation of the DMT Premiere LED panels as perimeter screens.
The device has 7 inclination angle settings.

4. Installation
Safety Instructions for Installation
WARNING
Incorrect installation can cause serious injuries and damage of property.
Attention
Do not use brute force when loosening or tightening the nuts/bolts/feet/locks.
Installation must be carried out only by instructed or skilled persons.
Follow all applicable European, national and local safety regulations concerning rigging and trussing.
Personal Protective Equipment
During installation and rigging wear personal protective equipment in compliance with the national and
site-specific regulations.

Installation
To install the device, follow the steps below:
Install the rear frame (D). See 4.3.1. Installing the Rear Frame on page 10.
Install the extension tube (E). See 4.3.2. Installing the Extension Tube on page 11.
Install the Premiere LED panel. See 4.3.3. Installing the Premiere LED Panel on page 12.
Install the top frame (A) on the Premiere LED panel. See 4.3.4. Installing the Top Frame on page 13.
Connect the extension tube (E) to the top frame (A). See 4.3.5. Connecting the Extension Tube to the
Top Frame on page 14.
Set the inclination angle of the Premiere LED panel. See 4.3.6. Inclination Angle Adjustment on page
15.
Set the height of the device. See 4.3.7. Height Adjustment on page 16.
Installing the Rear Frame
To install the rear frame (D), follow the steps below:
Insert the mounting pins (13) of the rear frame (D) into the openings of the bottom frame (C) (Fig. 08).

Push the spring-loaded fast-locks (14) and turn them by 90˚ clockwise or counterclockwise (Fig. 09).
Make sure that the pins are firmly locked.
Turn the locking levers clockwise to tighten the rear frame (D) to the bottom frame (C) (Fig. 10).

Installing the Extension Tube
To install the extension tube (E), follow the steps below:
Push and hold down the button of the spring-loaded pin (18)(Fig. 11).

Put the spring-loaded pin (18)through the extension tube mounting opening (11) of the rear frame
(D) and the lower opening of the extension tube (E) (Fig. 12).

Installing the Premiere LED Panel
To install the Premiere LED panel, follow the steps below:
Put the Premiere LED panel on the bottom frame (C) so that the 4 mounting pins (07)and the 4 fast-
lock openings (06) fit in the openings of the Premiere LED panel (Fig. 13).

Push the spring-loaded fast-locks of the Premiere LED panel and turn them by 90˚ clockwise or
counterclockwise (Fig. 14). Make sure that the pins are firmly locked.
Turn the locking levers counterclockwise to tighten the Premiere LED panel to the bottom frame (C)
(Fig. 15).

Installing the Top Frame
To install the top frame (A), follow the steps below:
Put the top frame (A) on the Premiere LED panel so that the mounting pins on the Premiere LED panel
fit in the 4 pin openings (04) of the top frame (A) (Fig. 16).

Use the supplied 4 M10 screws and washers to attach the top frame (A) to the Premiere LED panel.

Connecting the Extension Tube to the Top Frame
To connect the extension tube (E) to the top frame (A), follow the steps below:
Slide out the inner part of the extension tube (E) (Fig. 18).

Push and hold down the button of the spring-loaded pin (15)(Fig. 19).

Put the spring-loaded pin (15)through the extension tube mounting opening (03) of the top frame
(A) and the upper opening of the extension tube (E) (Fig. 20).

Inclination Angle Adjustment
To set the inclination angle, follow the steps below:
Release the left and right inclination angle locks (05) (Fig. 21).

Slide the inner part of the extension tube (E) in or out to tilt the Premiere LED panel to one of the
following 7 inclination angles:

Push and hold down the button of the inclination angle spring-loaded fast-lock (17)(Fig. 23).

Put the inclination angle spring-loaded fast-lock (17)into one of the 7 inclination angle openings
(16) of the extension tube (E) (Fig. 24).

Release the button of the inclination angle spring-loaded fast-lock (17).
Height Adjustment
You can adjust the distance between the surface and the Perimeter Bracket with the adjustable feet
(08/12). There are 2 adjustable feet on the bottom frame (C) and 1 on the rear frame (D).
To adjust the length of the adjustable feet (08/12), follow the steps below:
Turn screw F of the adjustable feet (08/12) clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the length of the
feet, as shown in Fig. 25.
Turn screw G clockwise until it reaches the bottom of the Perimeter Bracket, as shown in Fig. 26.

Working Load Limit
The device shall be installed only on flat surfaces and shall be used only with the Premiere LED panels, as
shown in Fig. 27.
The WLL (Working Load Limit) is 60 kg.

5. Inspection and Maintenance
Attention
Inspection and maintenance may be carried out only by instructed or skilled persons.
Service shall be carried out only by skilled persons.

Attention
Before every use, examine the device visually for any defects
Regular and periodic inspections shall be carried out throughout the period of service of the device. The
frequency of the inspections depends on the inspection schedule established for the site where the
device is installed.
●Examine the device for damage, cracks and corrosion. If any fault is found, mark the device clearly
and remove it from service.
●Do not use the device if it is damaged.
Corrective Maintenance
●Do not modify the device.
●Refer repairs and servicing to skilled persons. Contact your Highlite International dealer for more
information.

Basic Cleaning Instructions
●Use a damp cloth to clean the device.
●Do not use alcohol, solvents or abrasive agents.
6. Deinstallation, Transportation and Storage
Instructions for Deinstallation
WARNING
Incorrect deinstallation can cause serious injuries and damage of property.
●Restrict the access under the working area during deinstallation.
●Always observe the national and site-specific regulations during deinstallation of the device.
●Wear personal protective equipment in compliance with the national and site-specific regulations.
Instructions for Transportation
Make sure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent damage to the device during transportation.
Storage
●Inspect the device for defects before storing. See 5.1. Inspection on page 17 for more information.
●Clean the device before storing. Follow the cleaning instructions in chapter 5.3. Basic Cleaning
Instructions on page 18.
●Store the device in a dry, ventilated environment to avoid corrosion.
7. Disposal
After the device is removed from service it can be disposed of as scrap.
8. Compliance
