1.- INSTALLATION
1.1.- Installation diagram
See Figure 1
1.2.- Positioning
The washing machine must be firmly secured on the floor, which will support the
its weight and the residual force generated while spinning.
After unpacking the washing machine, the pieces that secure the free-floating part
and the chassis during transportation should be removed. In order to do this, the front and
back panels should be removed to access the fixing elements. They are easily seen as they
are red.
It is advisable to secure the washing machine with the screws provided with it. In
order to do so, plastic plugs must be inserted into the previously drilled holes (Fig. 2).
The washing machine must be correctly levelled leaving a space at the back to
facilitate its maintenance.
1.3.- Water connection
If only cold water is available, water connection is carried out as shown in Figure 3.
If hot water is available, connection will be performed as shown in Figure 4. If decalcified
water is also available, connection will be performed as shown in Figure 5.
Necessary dynamic pressure: 2 ÷4 Kg/cm2.
1.4.- Steam connection
If steam is available, heating of washing water will be injected directly. The
connection diagram is shown in Figure 6.
Steam pressure: 2 ÷4 Kg/cm2.
After steam has been introduced into the machine for the first time, it is advisable
for the steam hose nuts to be re-tightened.
1.5.- Drainage
Fix the drainage bend pipe as shown in Figure 7.

7
1.6.- Electrical connection
Access the connections terminal strip dismantling the section switch and removing
its cover; fix the cable sleeve in the rear panel.
Connect the terminal strip and check that the connections correspond to the
operating voltage (Fig. 8).
Put an autonomous power switch (I) into the mains socket, with a minimum
distance between contacts of at least 3 mm.
The machine must be connected to earth.
Check that the turning direction of the drum during spinning is anti clockwise. If
this is not the case, the connections of two phases to the variator outlet should be changed
Check that the turning direction of the motor's ventilator is such that the air
circulates towards the housing of the motor. If this is not the case, the connections of two
phases to the washing machine inlet should be changed.
If the voltage frequency is 60 Hz, change the emptying valve connection.

2.-USE
2.1.-Controls
Figure 10 shows the washing machine's control panel with a programmable
microprocessor.
Screen (1)
Each screen has 4 lines and 20 characters. When selecting a wash programme, its main
characteristics are shown on the screen; and once the programme has started, information
relating to the wash programme status and function is shown on the screen.
Power switch (2)
This switch has two positions and is used to turn the washing machine on and off. When
“I” is pressed, the washing machine turns on and when “O” is pressed it turns off.
START key
With this key you can start a programme, pause or continue the programme after the pause.
STOP key
This key is used to end a programme.
INFO key
This key gives access to several menus such as programming, maintenance or
configuration. It also gives access to detailed displays of the phases.
ADVANCE key
This key allows speeding the execution of a programme up. Every time this key is pressed,
the programmer directly moves on to the next programme stage. If the phase being carried out is
the last one, the programme ends. Furthermore, if you keep the key pressed, the programme will
advance fast.
ESC key
This key is used to remove the error messages from the screen and consider the programme
ended. It is also used to go up a submenu when the programming, maintenance and configuration
menus are accessed.
ENTER key
This key is used to remove the error messages from the screen and continue with the
execution of the programme. It is also used to enter the programming, maintenance and
configuration submenus and to validate the modifications made to them.
INC (∧) and DEC (∨) keys
The INC (∧) and DEC (∨) keys have different functions depending on the screen and the
programmer operating mode. They allow for the selection of the wash programme, to alter
programming parameters and certain maintenance screenshots values.

10
2.2.-Programme selection
When the washing turns on, the last programme carried out appears on the screen,
indicating its number and name, as well as its main characteristics. For example, if programme
number one is selected:
P1:WHITES 90 ºC
Pre-wash
Temperature: 40 ºC
START to commence
The first line on the screen indicates the programme number (P1) and its name
(WHITES/COLOUREDS 90 ºC). The first phase of the programme appears in the following
rows, in this case a pre-wash, the programmed water temperature for this phase (40 ºC) and a
message indicating how to turn the washing machine on.
2.3.-Washing programmes
These are the washing machine's 16 fixed programmes:
1.- Whites 90 ºC
2.- Whites/coloureds 60 ºC
3.- Whites/coloureds 40 ºC
4.- Whites/coloureds 30 ºC
5.- Whites/coloureds Cold
6.- Synthetics 60 ºC
