1.- INSTALLATION
1.1.- Installation outline
See figure 1.
1.2.- Positioning
The machine must be firmly secured on the floor, which will support the weight
of the washer-extractor and the pressure transmitted while spinning.
After unpacking the washer-extractor, the pieces that secure the floating part and
the chassis, which are necessary for the transportation must be removed. In order to do
this, the front and back panels should be removed to access the fastening elements. They
are easily seen as they are red.
It is advisable to secure the washer-extractor with the bolts provided with it. In
order to do so, plastic plugs must be inserted into the previously drilled holes (Fig. 2).
The washer-extractor must be correctly levelled leaving a space at the back to
facilitate its maintenance.
1.3.- Water connection
If only cold water is available, water connection is carried out as shown in fig 3.
If hot water is available, connection will be performed as shown in figure 4. If
decalcified water is also available, connection will be performed as shown in Figure 5.
Necessary dynamic pressure: 2÷4 kg/cm2.
1.4.- Vapour connection
If vapour is available, heating of washing water will be injected directly. The
connection diagram is shown in figure 6.
Vapour using pressure: 2÷4 kg/cm2.
After vapour has been introduced into the machine for the first time, it is
advisable for the vapour hose nuts to be re-tightened.
1.5.- Drainage
Fix the draining bend pipe as shown in figure 7.

1.6- Electrical connection
−Gain access to the connection strip by removing the top cover of the machine and
fixing the sheathed cable in the rear panel.
−Connect the strip and check the engine, heating elements and contactor connections
for a correct working tension (fig. 8).
−Position an autonomous main switch (I) into the mains socket, with a minimum
distance between contacts of at least 3 mm.
−The machine must be connected to earth.
−Check that the turning direction of the drum during spinning is anti-clockwise. If this
is not the case, the connections of two phases to the variator outlet should be
changed. If the voltage frequency is 60 Hz, change the connection of the emptying
valve.

The numeric key utiThis numeric key can be used for all selections. During
programming it allows to insert a new step in an existing cycle. During execution
it allows to check the number of r.p.m. of the drum in the programmed engine.
Numeric keys that can be used in all selections.
They allow the forward or backward display of a programme or a cycle during the
editions.
If they are pressed together with TEMP or LEVEL, they allow modifying the
preselected temperature or level.
They allow increasing or reducing the time in minutes while the step is being
executed.
The numeric key can be used for all selections.
If this key is pressed during heating phase, when the real temperature is displayed, it
allows modifying temperature through INC and DEC keys.
In the rest of the phases it allows to read the current temperature.
The numeric key can be used for all selections.
If pressed during filling phase, when the display indicates the current level, it allows
reading the introduced value and the temporary modification of the same through
INC and DEC keys.
In the rest of the phases it allows to read the current temperature.
The numeric key can be used for all selections.
If pressed during filling, draining or heating phase, if the reason for a step end is a
level, or temperature, it allows displaying the WDT of the current phase.
