MONKEY BAR Assembly
Layout 2 - M4478 monkey bar
uprights, M4478L and M4478R
monkey bar over heads left and
right. Also layout 8 monkey bar
rungs 15 1/8”(As shown in
picture).
NOTE: Make sure that all square
sides and angled cut sides are
facing in the same direction.

Measure from the square side of all 4 monkey bar supports and
make a line using measurements above (as shown in the
photo).
Monkey bar upright and
overhead are ready to be
assembled.
Screw the 8 - monkey bar
rungs into supports using 1½”
Screws. (as shown in the photo).
Measurements are to center of
rungs. Continue until all 8 rungs
are screwed in.

Lay monkey bar upright and
overhead on sides. Place angled
cuts together (as shown in photo)
Place MT2412L and MT2412R on
respective sides of upright and
overhead. Install with 4 - 3” lags
on each side. (as shown in photo)

MONKEY BAR Installation
Place monkey bars into position under ½
wall next to slide opening.
NOTE: the upright side should be facing
away from clubhouse. Lift and place monkey bars into ½ wall. Placing overhead
into openings next to post and tent support. Level
Monkey bar overhead as needed.
From inside of clubhouse install Monkey bar
overhead with 2 - 5” lag bolts into post and
2 - 5” lag bolts into tent support.
Install GS2422 stakes to bottom of each
upright leg by digging into ground and install
using 2 - 3” lags.

or Gang Plank where half wall is located.
